Lost a lot of confidence in the service team recently. Brought my car in end of January for a 30k multi-point inspection. Right out of the owners manual, no notable issues with the car. Checks came back great, green all the way through except they said I could use a new valve in one of the tires (I had noticed a slow leak so this made sense and I was happy to pay for the service). However, over the next couple of days I noticed my car would hum when I got on the highway. After two weeks I brought my car back in. The service agent said my tires were bare and I needed to replace ALL FOUR, a $1400 job. This is never great news, but it's especially concerning given that two weeks earlier they checked my tires and said everything was good.What's more they charged me to change the valve and then wanted to charge me again for a new tire. It's just not right.Can't tell you what happened, but who knows if they're telling the truth about anything.Speedy service, but makes you wonder if they're overlooking things.

Nice and friendly. Fast too but I often just drop my car off for later. Get on their mailing list for coupons on seasonal specials.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. NOT HONEST WORKERS.My tire light came on and I knew I was due to get a replacement on my tires. Which is the only thing I brought the car in for. When I picked it up the engine light was on, when I reached out to the guy who replaced the tires he is claiming that it was on from the beginning (which is a LIE). Even worse is he is refusing to look at the car and explain to me why the light is on. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Call and sit on hold for 15 minutes and get a recording to leave a message. I've tried three times... how they stay in business is amazing... I guess being the only Ford option in the 3rd largest city in the US helps! Maybe Devoss should spend some of their millions to hire people to answer their phones!.

Beware - Service Dept. will try to scam you, & the dealership couldn t care less. *I have all of my calls to them recorded if they try to dispute this*. Called to get a new door code & diagnose/repair my Ford Sync. First off they charge $195 per issue to diagnosis & fix it, & that fee does NOT get rolled into the repair like EVERY other dealer I ve ever been to. The fee itself is much higher than the others too; that s their prerogative, it s a free market to make bad decisions, that s fine just letting people know who might assume. But the real issue is the door code I told them I d like to make an appointment for the Sync repair but asked if they could please help me with finding the door code thats 100% printed somewhere in the vehicle. 2 employees & managers in their service dept told me they stopped doing that in the 90s, have to pay $195 to download it. These are experienced mechanics & they know thats a lie. I found it myself after doing some digging. I confronted them about this lie & why they were trying to scam another $195 off of me when I was looking to be a new, hopefully long term customer. The manager of the service dept got hostile & angry with me, yelled some things & hung up. I left several messages for various departments & managers explaining this. I gave them a chance & waited 15 days now with no call back so here we are. They record all phone calls & so do I, which I notified them of. So I have all these calls on recording. They are exactly the reason nobody trusts car dealers anymore. What a shame.

Chatted on their website with Omar on Sat 8/6 about my vehicle problem. Since they were closed he said he would leave a message for someone to contact me on Monday 8/8. I called the service center at 9 am on Mon 8/8 and left a message, called again in the afternoon and left a message again. No one has called me or contacted me in any way about servicing my vehicle, which I bought from them. Customer service sucks. I had to get the car serviced somewhere else. Also chatted with Eddie on Wed to express my feelings. He was sorry and said he would share my information with a team member. No one has reached out.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PICK ANOTHER FORD DEALER!! This dealership is non trust worthy they tried to scam me for a 200$ computer analysis even though I spoke to them and told them what part needed to be replaced instead of replacing the coolant sensor like I asked they tried to rob me of 200$ by telling me my vehicle warranty wasn t valid even when I gave them the copy that clearly showed it is still covered for another 35,000+ miles. I got on the phone with the warranty company who told be my deductible is 100$ that the labor and cost is covered under the warranty. These dealer isn t professional and is just looking for money! I will be sending my suv to a real certified ford dealer with real personals to make sure my last appointment was actually done proper since I can t trust that they actually replaced the recall part from my first visit! Don t waste your time pick another ford dealer!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Quick Lane for an oil change didn't take 2 hours this time. They quoted me $608.45 to change six spark plugs during my oil change which is ridiculous and just comical. I ended up changing my spark plugs for $54 myself. They didn't screw the cover back on under the engine so i was dragging that around for a little bit. I think this will be my last visit to fox ford.

Don t suggest scheduling an appointment here if you drive a truck (the most popular car in America). They consider it commercial and even if you made an appointment online, with make and model included, they won t service your truck and won t tell you that until you arrive. Complete waste of my time.

This place is nice and will let you know if anything needs work, but they labor fees are thur the roof. If you want a certified car dealer to work on your car it's fine, if you willing to pay that fee

Do not take your car to this place. I went for a simple oil change and my car was severely damaged. The damage was estimated to be 2500. I requested to speak to a manager in order to see the before and after of my car. The manager lied and told me that the cameras were not functional that day! Ha!!! Of course they weren t. Never going there again

Free car wash is nice but prices went up so might go elsewhere. Staff is friendly and they do a good job, but it's just an oil change. Most places probably do it quicker honestly but they have a really nice waiting area compared to most so if not in a hurry not a big deal.

This service station is a joke and not a serious repair shop, they took 3 hours to replace 1 tire because their incompetent tech can t find the tire that they ordered.In another instance the tech did not screw the under layer of my car back correctly after service and it was scraping the road.This place is constantly under staffed in tech and they hire the worst people that it s just not worth even considering for servicing your car.

Please update your hours on your sites. I get there early on a Saturday to beat the rush. Wait 30+ min until they're supposed to open. Finally 10 min late they open the parking lot. Once I'm in the parking lot and wait another maybe 10 min, an employee happens to walk by to tell me that the Quick Lane has not opened on a Saturday since the pandemic. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. Lesson learned I guess.

Came in to try and get an oil change waited 30 mins then a man tells me it s going to take 2 hours for me to get an oil change I said forget it. He tells me to come back at 8. I come in early and then to see all the cars parked in front of the door. I decide to call. The service the dept is the only dept that answers. He did apologize and told me it was closed for the day. I will never go to this location ever I would rather make the trip to Northriverside. One thing I hate is to waste time. Just be honest and don t waste customers and loyal customers at that. I should have know to never come here. Quick lane more like slow.

Not worth 1 star. They couldn't open a stuck hood . I took it to a brake guy and he opened it in 5 min for 20 bucks. Came back to have the $39 " works" pkg. Took 2 hours and never rotaded the tires. Lucky I noticed and had them take it back. Saturday evening no other customers. Took all I had to keep cool. Going back to Firestone

Well for starters I had a 9am appointment to check out vibration on a brand new suv. Well its 11:15 and I still haven't gotten a word on what they found. Less known if it needs repairs. Very bad service. I dont even want to give them one star. I schedued an oil change service and they told me my car has transmission leak so I get up very early on Monday morning to drop off my car in order to let the technician dignose the leak. I have to Uber back to my office and 2 hours later they call me back saying I don't have any leak. I ask them why they told me there is leak last time. They say it was too dirty last time so they think there was transmission leak. So ridiculous! I won't come back again.

They couldn't hook up to the Ford server. I am not exactly sure what that meant. Had to bring my car back the next day. Fixed the problem. No loaner cars.

Not bad place, has everything you need to wait and I mean wait. 90 mins + for an oil change and tire rotation on a weekday morning. Don't understand that. That's called a fast lane too.
