Purchased a Mini Cooper for my 16 year old daughter who has her drivers permit and we thought the Mini would be perfect for her to drive. After driving it for a couple of months, the engine went bad. Not knowing where to bring it, a friend told us about Prestige so we checked some of the reviews and had it towed in. Right a way, we started dealing with Rob. After a couple days, Rob called with the bad news....the car needed an engine! Rob gave me an estimate on the labor and allowed me to find a used engine which I did. He also let me furnish most of the parts needed to save money. To make a long story short, Rob and the rest of the staff at Prestige were awsome! I've never had to replace an entire engine, so to say I was a little nervous about doing this is an understatement. Rob contacted me almost daily to keep me informed on how it was going. The Mini was finished and now runs great! I have four cars in my household and they're all getting serviced by Prestige! As for my daughter, she still has her permit but is loving her Mini....and I have more gray hairs! Thank you Prestige Auto ServicesService: Engine repair

Best in town. Been going to Andy for 15 years and always honest. All my family and inlaws go to him aswell. He will do what's necessary to get the car on the road without breaking the bank.
