I like posting to let others know of being aware of this location. I always appreciate an honest place that takes care of their clients. I brought 2 trucks, my van and my wife s truck. This location instead of patching a tire or finding an easy fix, they try to sell you a brand new tire or used one. I was very upset that they had the audacity to make me purchase a tire when it only needed a patch. I give this place a zero if I could. Please be aware of them scamming you, and the owner has something to do with it, every time it happens they always say you need a new tire. Shame on you. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Had a nail in my tire and told me it couldn t be plugged I needed a new tire. I got the new tire and in 2 days got another nail. I returned and they told me again couldn t be replaced I needed a new tire. No problem. The issue is, THEY SOLD ME BACK MY ORIGINAL TIRE. They fixed the nail with a plug after telling me they couldn t and sold me back my tire. Avoid this scam shop at all times.

Previously had several great experiences here. Last time I tried to shop with them, I was on the phone with them getting a quote. I politely asked the lady on the phone for just a minute because I was at work and was briefly interrupted. The minute ended up being exactly 37 seconds and the lady hung up on me and sent me straight to voicemail twice. Clearly, customer service is not a priority. I will no longer be doing business with them or recommending them.

Rude, awful communication skills. Tried to sell me a used tire when it only needed to be patched up. I felt so uncomfortable my few minutes there.

This place can get pricey! And they have a unfriendly worker with a bad attitude with a tattoo on his face who they need 2 fire, I won't be back

Always fast changing my tire and seem like quality used tires.Update 10.3.23 while I had always received good service here, not sure if the guys were new or didn't care but the last two tires I got from there were bad. In fact that last tire, according to the shop where my car was fixed and another tire shop, was a bald tire and had not had it long. Paid $60 for a bad tire twice. Won't be back.

I just purchased a brand new rims n tires, take to them to mounted and calibrate, they scratch my rims really bad I don't appreciate that and also their charge me $160 because they have to install it in my car They lose a customer

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a flat and came there for a used tire. The price for a used tire was higher than average but I needed to get it done. They were quick and professional (or so I thought). Time passes (like 2.5 - 3 months) and the tire starts to have a slow leak. I go to another tire shop to see if I need a patch. I am told that the tire already has a plug in it and it is no good. I was sold a tire that had a plug in it. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe that s how they do business but they definitely got over on me and I will never make the mistake of going back there.

I thought this was a good tire shop. I ve been coming here for over three years. I called the shop on Thursday because I had a nail in my tire which they told me it will cost me $20 to get it removed, mind you I have a 2023 jeep. Long story short I went in with my husband to remove the nail just for them to tell me I needed a new tire the tires are bad these people are scammers and liars went to another tire shop and get it removed for $15 . Just for them to check to see where the nail in tire was cost us $10 which was no problem. Stop lying to your customers is it really worth it ,are do you people think that everyone is illiterate. If you wanted to get over on us just say that. Brand new car with brand new tires and you re telling me otherwise.

Every tire shop in the area said they were booked and I would need to leave my car overnight for a rear flat. Glad I found this shop. It took them less than 10 min; $20 out the door. Cannot recommend them enough.

Most awesome shop I ever been to might be small but the best customer service I ever seen companies should take lessons from this place , prices are the best around and they work with people to keep your car on the road. Great job guys my family loves you guys.

These guys are top notch. I bought some tires online, took them to Goodyear and they said they couldnt get them on the rims. Brought the same tires to the guys at Premier and they had all 4 on no prob in 30 minutes. Awesome job.

I was in the shop to replace a part and it was damaged by the factory once they opened it. It was going to cause me to pay extra money, however, the mechanics found a quick solution and they saved me a lot of money! They got the job done in a timely manner and all is well! Thanks Vic and all mechanics involved in coming up with a solution. It was a great experience!

Went there for a tire,and one of the worker say ,"I got some black rims for your truck", I reply, let me see it, the other ball headed Hispanic, say don't sell it to him, with a attitude, I will not recommend no one to go there ,not either for a bicycle tire...

Tire shop on 79th and Lawndale. I brought used tire at shop on 12/01/21, it was a bad tire. I took it back a week later while pulling in shop employee said that s a bad tire. Showed receipt with date, lady said maybe I went to another shop and got tire. I ve never been disrespected to my face like that ever! I will never go there again! I m telling everyone of the disservice this place has done! Pls be careful and take before and after pictures, pls note I ve been going here for years.

Bought 4 new tires 30 days ago, got on star reading stating I had flat , went into shop to check out mechanic went out to check came back in and said to me are you blind you have screw in tire . Not right response to customer. Politeness is answer sir . And they call all women mama I m not your mom so please don t call me mama.

Nail in my tire that was getting flat by every morning got removed and the hole patched, with tire removal and replacement all in under 10mins for $20. Excellent and quick service.

Awesome people! I went there to have a flat tire repaired expecting the worst! Being a woman and past lifetime experience with car repair shops, I figured they would try and sell me something else or charge an arm & leg! But I was so off base! They fixed the flat, put it on my car and only charged me $10!!! And top it off it only took about 15 min! Amazing!!!! Thank you!

This is my first time coming to this tire shop and I will not be back. I went there to get a plug or patch which ever one, they began to inform me that I need to purchase a used tires for $50. I ve been working on cars and with car parts for about 7 years now and I know for a fact that I have a nail in my tire I touched it myself! However, I asked the mechanics what s wrong with the tire to see what they will say due to the fact that mechanics try to get over on us women. I went to another tire shop, a tire shop usually go to on the regular and he was able to plug the tire immediately and I only spent $15. This is not the first time this has happen! Any time you go to this place whether if you need a plug,or patch they will say you need a Brand new tire ! I just purchased my tires a month ago from Ford Dealership there s no way I need a new tire !

I went to these guys twice the first time for two new tires and they were very quick, respectful and reasonable price. I was so pleased i went back a second time for a brake pads rotors I received the same service excellence and they remember my name so highly recommend them

I've been going here for car repairs for the past 5-6 years. My man Victor always take good care of me. It takes him a while to remember me because the repairs are so far in between, but you dont see a GREAT mechanic often.

Went here to get a plug and they said no I needed a new tire. I KNOW that I just needed a plug and they said I couldn't do it because the tire was worn from driving on it. I was not even 2 minutes away. So according to them, you need a new tire immediately instead of a plug when the tire is touching the ground. Money sucking company.

These guy's are clowns... They will tell You, Your tire is no good and try to sell You a new 1.... I did not buy a tire from them. I went to Super Sharp Tires on 59th and California.They said My tire was fine just needed a patch. I (used) to go to premier spa all the time. They lost a long time Customer!Premier car spa is ran by degenerates, the old man is the biggest clown there. Save Your time and money and stay away from these guys.

they tell me is $15 to plug a tire over the phone and when i go there they tell me i need a new tire, i had the tires for under a year and the nail is in the middle of the tire and not the side wall so i know the tire is still good, i go to the local auto parts store and buy a $10 plug kit and plug the tires myself, 12 month later leak proof tire, these guys are scammers, becare full with these rats
