Very professional!! They don t try to get over on you, They work with you!! They are very helpful. I ve been to many shops in the area and this is by far my go to spot. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Their prices are reasonable as well. They work on anything and everything, which I like about them. Most places only work on specifics. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great group of guys . All of them very kind and respectfull they do timely oil changes and alert you on maintenance items that you need or will need in future not pushy at all. 10/10 i bring my work trucks and personal vehicles they never let me down

Needed to get my muffler fixed asap. I went to this business that was highly recommended. They did a great job! The staff was on top of it and did the job in a timley manner. This is the best place to go for your car! They always take the best care of my car and give great prices. The guys inside are also super nice and helpful. They're also bilingual so you all know!

I had went here about 4 times before the last time that I had went, and I will never be returning. They busted a bolt on my skid plate and never told me about it. Now this is not a terrible fix and is relatively inexpensive, but the simple fact that every single tech and the manager who I assume watched the whole ordeal go down lacked the basic integrity to inform a customer on when they break something/something goes wrong. I am never coming back and I am telling everyone that I know in the area about this incident and to never come here.

I had an emergency engine issue and luckily it happened right next to Precision Lube & Auto. Benjamin and his team are top notch. I will be taking my multiple autos to him moving forward. Let me start of by how grateful I am to this establishment. I went in for a scheduled oil change. Upon inspection of my vehicle it was brought to my attention of pending service my car needed. I didn t know my license plat bulb was out, the establishment changed it out for me no charge. I also had a brake light bulb out and they also changed it out for me. When I left the shop I felt confident driving on the road and most importantly safe. My kid and I relied on my car for transportation and this shop really gives me a piece of mind and professional service. Highly recommend, I have been returning for their services for about three years now, as well as friendly pricing. Needed a quick oil change before making the trek from Illinois to Colorado. These guys were so quick and kind and honest. Replaced a small drain plug at no charge to boot. Thank you for keeping me safe. Happy to support a local business like theirs!

I do not trust other places with my vehicles. These guys work fast and clean. They are reliable and very affordable. Since the new manager took over it got even better. He tried to look out for potential damaged parts and gives good deals. More mechanical experience. Yesterday got my brakes and oil change done for an incredible price. I recommended it to my wife and family and I recommend it to anyone reading this.

They provide stellar customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who lives in DuPage county and surrounding areas. They not only provide reasonable prices for their services but finish the job in a timely fashion! I have been going to them for years I have a 2005 Ford Escape and the worker/manager Benjamin makes sure my car continues to run smoothly.

I am thrilled with the experience that I had this morning at Precision! I have been getting oil changes from Tuffys for years and always left a few hours due to issues with my car. I walked into Precision today at 9:00 and left at 9:15. The service was incredible and they even filled up my tires and vacuumed for me. I am so happy that I found this place and will be going back. This is my go to place for anything car related. Love it! The whole team here does a great job but more than anything I love Jon. Six years ago I moved to the area and happened upon this shop by chance. Jon went above and beyond. He was kind, courteous and treated me like family from day one. This shop operates with a level of integrity and honesty not often found in the automotive service industry.

Love Precision Lube!! John is my go to guy if they aren t too busy. Efficient, fast and doesn t miss a beat. He s friendly and always has a smile. I trust him with our vehicle and know I m not just someone to up-sell. Everyone is very kind like a family owned place. Great clean shop, waiting area and restroom. Spacious and they always have fresh hot coffee. Affordable too. I highly recommend trying them!!
