I never have posted a negative review, I usually just leave it be, but...My best friend's car has been in this shop since December 2021.She paid over 2k to fix her car and get the run around for over a year that her car would be fixed "next week" and "next month"and "I'm not sure".She has been given excuses for why they blocked her phone number and blamed the squirrels for chewing the telephone line.The fact that I had to drive all the way out there to help my best friend even get an INVOICE and find out when her car was going to be done is ridiculous.The owner continuously evades any responsibility as if he is not the owner of the establishment. He did not want to commit to a date that her car would be done and said he "didn't want to tie his name to this place because I'm trying to leave". Then when I asked who his superior was, he said his sister was... Then followed it with "it's been difficult since she retired." And then he finally came around to saying he was the owner and in charge.We asked if we can take the car to someone else and he refused.He told her that her car would be done on March 14th and she decided to give them one more chance. Even though he refused to sign his name to that date.So she walked over on March 14th (today) and he gave her the run around and extended the date once more.She asked if she could even see her car multiple times and he continually told her that was absolutely not going to happen.We are no longer going to handle this situation and have handed it over the the authorities.Don't waste your time or money at a place where the OWNER of the establishment does not have faith that your being vehicle fixed when promised.

So let me begin by saying do not I repeat do not take your car/truck you own here , we took my son in laws car to get fix after he got into a car accident , he was told by the owner Paul the car would be ready in three to four weeks after the first month went by nothing no call no answer when we would call , my son in law went to the shop and the owner claimed that because of covid he had no workers and he would have the car ready in three to four more weeks. So that went by and again nothing long story short he got he s car after sixminths only because we told the owner we would get police involved and weren t leaving without the car.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here to have my first ever insurance claim figured out. I dropped my car off july of 2021 and still have not received it back(1 year and 2 months) keep in mind they have all the parts needed they just haven t gotten to my car after over a year. The owner Paul will not answer any calls, he claims he doesn t have a secretary, but doesn t even bother to return calls after leaving voicemails. My car drove in as a daily driver and now it won t even stay on after stepping on the gas. I do not recommend bringing any car you care about or your daily driver here because your car will be sitting in his lot for as long as possible. This shop is short staffed and they will keep your car for a while so I wouldn t even bother with this shop and go next door especially if you have a newer car 10-20 years old.

Just had my Nissan worked on at Precision Auto Body and they did an amazing job. The work that they did was on the trunk, right side light, and latch. The car is like new now. I couldn't be happier with the work. My trunk, light and latch are perfect and aligned correctly. Paul also threw in extra buffing work on my Nissan's side panels. I will definitely go back to Precision Auto Body when I need more work like I have the last 30 plus years. I am not sure where the previous review is coming from.Thanks Paul for the wonderful work that you and your crew did!Joe

From the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up, Brett and Paul had gone above and beyond in helping me through the whole process in getting my car looking brand new again. The quality of work and customer service they provide is top notch. The bodywork and paint job by Brett is amazing. I was recommended by a friend of this place and needless to say, I will recommend it to my family and friends as well.

I received great service .You can see that the team loves what they do and it shows in their work. I came to them after someone hit the back of my car. Brett and his father were able to walk me through problems with my insurance company and car rental pick up. I was keep in the loop on the progress of my car. And if I had any question the were up front and able to give as to what was going to be done to my car. I was also given Notification about timeline changes as soon as the came to be.

I've had a good amount of work done through Brett and I would have to say that he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. He's a perfectionist when it comes to his work and will never send a car back if the car is not showroom ready. I have also recommended a lot of my friends and family to this shop and have heard nothing but good things about their experience!

Paul and his team did a GREAT job revamping the front end of my 2014 Jeep . I brought in my 2017 Ford Explorer that had a bad hit . Brett was very professional and helpful to work with . My estimate was a fast and stress free process and I recieved a printed out estimate. When I picked up my Explorer it looked as nice as it did the day I drove it off the lot . I will definitely be back .

I have unfortunately had to bring my car to a body shop two times in the past year. The first one was my fault I just about totaled my car. Paul and the guys over at precision brought my car back to new. The second time was a hit and run some idiot decided to back into my car causing a ton of damage. After bringing my car to Paul the first time I knew 100% to bring it back to them. I couldn't have been more right once again IT LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW!!!

I have had two vehicles fixed here. I am hesitant to write a review immediately because often you find something wrong later on. In this case after months, I can not find any flaws in their work. Excellent job.
