I needed my steering and windshield wipers to be fixed. It took 2 weeks to get my car. When I went to go get it, it was not fixed. The only thing that worked was my windshield wipers. I paid 1250. I called every day and it was told that it would be done tomorrow every day I called. Then I was told that every day afterward, it wasn't ready. He was nice enough to let borrow his car for like a few days. I had it for a few weeks, and it was barely working. Gave me anxiety like my car. Car overheated, and the steering wheel randomly locked up. I put coolant and fluid for the steering wheel. In a car that's not mine... after paying service for my car. I'm not even working. Deliveries with my car were how I made money. I have 4 kids, and the bus is a hassle. But im doing it. So I'm grateful his car got me somewhere even for the few days. He had to take my car to another shop bc they thought my car had taken steering fluid. And it doesn't. it's electric. But I already paid for a rack and pinion with them, so it'll be dumb to pay again for not being fixed the first time around. My car has been in the shop since Oct. 2cd It's Oct. 23rd. He said he'll cover it, but now is telling me he'll only cover another rack and pinion, which is $300, and I have to cover the other $393 for an ABS module. But this , I had a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be back. I thank him for taking consideration that they messed up, but the journey to the finish line has been nothing but messy. Ps. I just picked up my car from the other shop, and the steering wheel still doesn't work. I called them and they said they don't know why my car was initially in the shop. I told them for my steering wheel. And if they replaced the rack and pinion twice, something is right. And it's still not working after reprogramming my car? He covered $300, so therefore, I paid 1530 for the car to still NOT be fixed

Obviously got their friends to leave them a 5 star review.Their cost estimate during diagnosis was 130% off. They told me it would cost $90 during diagnosis but changed it to $230 when I actually took my car there to fix it.They are really unorganized in terms of time as well

I recommend everyone I know to take there vehicle here for repairs.The staff is very professional and won t lie to you just to get more money.
