Honest place to get your car fixed .Affordable.Fast diagnosis and fix.No more being ripped off by John's Service Center on 63 st.Will be coming to Pieza from now on with our 3 vehicles.

My experience with Pieza Automotive goes back five years when we had that bitter cold snap. Our battery gave out. John, the owner came to our driveway and put in a brand new battery. Great service!

Ursula was GREAT!!! I took my car to another place and they told me I needed a PCM. I ordered and that particular place told me they would not fix it because I ordered the part myself after they told me it was national shortage. I came to Pieza and they told me it was a wire issue and that my car would be ready shortly. The relief I felt was beyond words. I came to pick up my car and Ursula and I spoke and she made me feel comfortable. My car has been still been going strong ! Thank you Pieza Automotive!!!!! I definitely recommend them.

Pieza Auto is amazing. John is the best. I went in without an appointment for an oil change and he got me in right away. Richard did an amazing job. He checked everything from tires to topping off fluids and checking all lights etc. Thanks also to Jose and Marco. What I love about Pieza is that John is an Honest awesome guy. In this day and age it s hard to find a good mechanic that won t rip you off. They are the real deal. Thanks a million guys. I have now found my Auto Guys for life!!!!!!

I happened to find this shop from a Google search and boy am I happy I did! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable of their work. I called and explained that I thought my car needed freon and was told to come in so they could check. Once I got there, they took my car immediately and was done servicing it in under 20minutes! They are good at what they do and honest people. I will definitely be back for future service! Great job!Service: Air conditioning

First class owner who teaches his crew old school values. Owner John is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. What more could you want when you NEED you vehicle fixed. Wouldn t spend my money any place else. Grateful to have a repair shop so close to my residence. New to the area so I had to trust Google and Yelp reviews...You were all correct. This company is great! Ursula is friendly and fun at the service counter. John and his crew did great work. Pointed out another job that "could" be done but said - "on a car this old, I don't know if I would invest the money. We'll just keep an eye on it." Most shops would have told me that this repair was necessary to keep me on the road. Gotta appreciate the honesty!

I started 2 weeks ago, when my first headlight when out on my 2014 Traverse, but because of the weather I wasn't able to fix it ( when we had done it before at home) then last week the other went out too. This morning I searched shops near me, and saw the reviews for Pieza Automotive, and called, explained my situation to them, Nancy, the girl at the front desk said to wait an hour, and then take it to them, so I did, left my vehicle there and within 45 minutes, it was ready. I GIVE 5 STARS , Not expensive, nice service, close to home. Thank you!!

Pieza Automotive is a hidden gem on Archer. I have lived in this area for over 30 years never knew it was here. John was reccomend by a friend. Prices are reasonable and the service is the best! John is a no b.s. kind of person, hard to find people like that these days. Took the car in on Tuesday morning had an answer as to what was wrong by the afternoon, picked up the car Thursday morning.

I called about my 2003 ACURA TL S TYPE and I spoke to a guy name Mike. He told me to bring it in so they can look at it gave me a call before they did any work on it reasonable price NO STICK without a pistol just honest business. I trust this place I will definitely be taking my car back to them ......just one more ads I work at midway they offered to give me a ride back to work so again fellas keep up the good work and your customers services

Ursula is the greatest!!!! John, Stanley and Mike are awesome!!! They do excellent mechanic work. They work with you and tell you the truth about how they will go about repairing your car. I love you guys and gal!!!

I went in to ask about how much it was to fix my a/c. The person who was at the front desk was coming out of the bathroom and did not even greet me. He just nodded his head. When I asked him he said it was 80 bucks without asking any questions about my car. I then asked if they were busy and he said well look at the garage it seems pretty full . As I was leaving, a white lady came in and he greeted her so kindly and made conversation with her. I am a Latino and this man was racist and very rude. Beware of this horrible customer service especially the white man up front who I believe is the owner. Horrible!

I was driving to midway and my car died on Cicero. I literally was on fumes when I came across Pieza. John and the folks at Pieza were able to successfully fix my car. Great service and great people!

Coming for a quick check up, I was mistreated by a lady. Right at the door. And when I question her diagnosis, said that she was not to discuss this with me, and she would throw me out. And told, that the brakes and discs would cost 1000!!!! Very unprofessional.

I have been going to John since he opened on Archer.My 2004 GMC work truck has over 240 ,000 miles and they keep it running perfectly .only fault is John went to St. Rita and the Army and i went to Mt. Carmel and USMC.

Great service! Ursula was great help and also the mechanics. Hard to find a place that is trustworthy and friendly. I am glad I found this place.
