I reversed into a phone poll - it completely smushed my back. I spend FORVER online looking for a trustworthy auto shop. I received quotes from other shops before I went into Phil's. When he saw me come in, he immediately stopped what he was doing, and talked to me. He was upfront and honest - something I appreciated. He gave me options for fixing my crunched back (costing half what I was quoted at other places) and reassured me it would look like new. By next week, my car was in his shop. He even touched up other parts of my car at no extra cost. This man TAKES CARE of his customers. I will only come to Phil from now on.

Phil was great! As a typical millennial, I hate phone calls, making appointments, and talking to strangers. Phil was so helpful and easy to talk to. Great guy! Made the whole process of getting my car fixed super easy and not at all stressful/ intimidating. Also these late hours are great for swinging by after work. Thank you Phil! You deserve all these 5 star reviews, so happy I found your shop!

Phil is an amazing guy did fantastic and overly amazing job on my 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA. Phil treats you like family and takes care of his customers would totally recommend taking your car if it has been into an accident I recently damaged my front passenger bumper and part of the passenger door was pushed in. Phil and his son took very great car of my car and it took a couple of extra days but Phil explained to me the reasoning and even went above and beyond by compensating me.I will totally be back if I ever need any future jobs done and will be sharing with friends and family if they need someone to work on their car. Phil s Auto Body is the absolute best! Great customer service and they were very accommodating. He was able to fit me in on a major holiday. I had some front bumper paint damage and Phil had in fixed in under an hour! Prices were very reasonable and he went above and beyond with fixing other small scratches on my car. Speedy service and you can tell that he cares about his customers. Highly recommend his work and will be back again. Great guy and family owned business, definitely worth checking out.

Was looking for a body shop that would do great and HONEST work and found one in Phil s Auto. I ve had to have work done on my truck twice in less than a month and both Phil and his son, Nick made both ordeals easier to swallow. My truck looks awesome. Scraped and dented the back passenger side door and rear fender on a concrete pole. Phil and his team made my Audi Q5 look like new. Color matched perfectly. This is not a fancy place with all the bells and whistles but we were not looking for that - just someone who loves cars and does a fantastic job. I was not going through insurance and he gave me a great price.

Yo! Phil and his son did an amazing job on my vehicle. This WILL be my go to joint for body work on my vehicle. Phil is skilled at having attention to detail. He even went above and beyond for me and fixed up some extra dents and touched up any specs or spots on my vehicle. The only thing that could be better is the line of communication and being timely. Overall, my experience was great! Thank you gentlemen! I look forward to working with you in the future.

Phil did an excellent job reparing our bumper after we were rear-ended. He thoroughly inspected the car and found out exactly which parts he needed, then let me keep the car while he ordered and painted the parts. He called me to tell me the parts were ready exactly when he said he would. We set a date for me to bring the car in, and he was completely finished within 24 hours. They even detailed the entire car. You can tell he really cares about making the car look like new. And you can't beat the price. Phil, his son, and his staff were a pleasure to work wtih.

Using Phil s to fix your car s body damage is like getting a batch of cookies from your grandmother instead of picking up Chips Ahoy from Jewel Osco. Phil and his son did an outstanding job fixing the front bumper on our BMW. He is flexible to your schedule and works unique afternoon hours that make him a great option to his competition. Not to mention, Phil treated the car like it was his own and made sure that the proper parts were supplied by the insurance company so it is repaired like anyone would prefer it to be. This is the place to go in Chicago.

One of the nicest guys, EVER, and his work is even better! Phil and his guys are very professional. The quality of work is phenomenal. My car looks brand new. He definitely has a repeat customer and I will recommend family, friends and strangers to go to Phil s. Great prices and awesome customer service.

Phil did a great job with my car! Had a few scratches and dent. He finished it up within a week, exactly when he said he would- and we got it back looking brand new! Love it!

Phil's a legit guy, and his Auto Body shop is a staple, a plus in Bridgeport. He did some great work, basically taking out a scratch and polishing/finishing some paint work on my car. When the car work was completed on a snowy Friday night, and because of how close I was to the neighborhood, Phil even offered me a ride back to the shop which I really appreciated due to the weather (I didn't even ask for a ride, he kindly offered). Due yourself a favor and at least step-in for a quote; see what your options are in terms of an affordable price.

I highly recommend this business. Owner & his staff are very dedicated & detailed with the services they provide. Everyone was very professional & kind. I had a minor fender bender on my BMW s bumper. I was extremely happy with the end results. I will most certainly refer this business to all my associates, friends & family. Great work and great price! Got a small scratch, Phil offered me touch-up in great price so the scratch will not be seen from a distance, he fixed it right today when I got there at 6pm. Experienced and super nice, also gave me practical tips that I wouldn't know without this scratch! Will definitely come again if I got problems in future!Service: Body & Trim

I stopped at Phil's for an emergency brake check, and even though it's a body shop he was able to replace my brake pads. He and his son stayed later than their advertised hours to get me back on the road, he personally went and got the right parts from a nearby shop since he didn't have them in stock, and they replaced the pads within an hour. On top of that, he was just really friendly and did all of the work for an entirely reasonable sum. I live on the north side but will be coming back to Phil's for any future body work I need.Service: Brakes

Phil is the best! I will never take my care anywhere else. He s honest, great attitude, straightforward on what s going on with your car and pricing! He s never beating around the bush and always there to answer any question or concerns. My car looks amazing! Thanks Phil for going above and beyond with an amazing staff! I wish I can give 10 stars to a great guy who does magnificent, flawless, excellent work with an outstanding staff!

I took my car to Phil's autobody to fix some nagging issues with my front bumper. Phil offered straight forward options to getting the problem fixed economically or a total front bumper replacement. He then made sure all parts were available before downing my vehicle. He had my car ready within a day and the work done was top notch. Phil has a lot going on with running and growing his shop so make sure you ask for updates along the way. Solid experience and if i need body work in the Future Phil's my guy!

Awesome customer service. I called Phil late on a Saturday afternoon for a mangled bumper. He told me to come over and get try to get it done immediately. I dropped it off, listened to him tell me about his decades of history serving Chicago and Bridgeport and a couple hours later returned to my car good as new. Phil is a great guy, does the work himself, supports the neighborhood and first responders. Highly recommend!

My car had a variety of scratches all over the sides and the bumpers were pretty destroyed as well. Some of these were from my bad driving, some were from the bad driving of others. Either way, I'd had enough.Phil quoted me a pretty reasonable price to take care of some of the damage. When he was working on the car, he couldn't stand some of the other issues, so he did extra work and cleaned up some previous shoddy repairs. Recommended - as long as you're willing to track him down!

Have been going to Phil's for the past 10yrs...with 5 vehicles over the years for various reasons. To say he is a professional does not even come close to describing Phil. His work ethic is unmatched. Quality of his work is phenomenal. From straight body work to mechanical issues, Phil has never let me down. Have issues with your insurance company giving you the run-around...just let Phil handle them. He will work with you for YOU and I guarantee you will NEVER be disappointed. Dealers have quoted me prices, I immediately call Phil, who will not only beat their quote but gives it that personal touch and the quality of the work and craftsmanship he displays destroys and beats the dealers hands down. I have and will continue to recommend family, friends..heck anyone to Phil. I not only consider him my mechanic but also a personal friend.

Phil is the Greatest! Very clear about the work and cost. Work completed as agreed. I was having the love of my life car repaired. She was elated considering the damage. THANKS AGAIN PHIL!!!! and son Nick is Awesome too!!!

Highly recommend for Phil s body shop. Got trouble for my vehicle around 7 pm. Gave Phil a call and he helped me to fix my vehicle until 9 pm. He is my hero on that bad day. Good service and nice person.

Hands down the best auto body shop out there. Period. Great service, honest prices, and very high quality work. And Phil is the nicest! They will work with your insurance company, too. I'll never take my car anywhere else!

I really loved the work that Phil did. I have to say he is an incredible guy and I can tell he values his customers a lot. He took his time on me truck and did not do a rush job. No one can tell that it ever had work done on it. I am so happy with my truck.

Phil did a great job repairing my Jeep Patriot's upper and lower front bumper covers -- you can't even tell the difference. He was able to paint and finish the parts off of the vehicle meaning I only had to be without the Jeep for a day. With how affordable the price was, you'd think the quality wouldn't be there, but it's a better job than a high priced shop would be. If I need anything else, I know where I'll be going.
