Never going anywhere else! My catalytic converter was stolen and Mike and his team took such good care of me and my car. Mike was straight forward, honest, prompt, and just so kind. I can t recommend Peterson Car Care enough!

We have been coming to Mike to Mike for few years with our first and and second car. We ve never disappointed with his works. Mike is the Most Honest Mechanic person Ever! I ve been using Peterson Car Care for a few years and have always been impressed by the speed and care they take with my car. Prices are more than fair and unlike other dealerships and car places have never felt pressured. Mike has always been patient and explained any issues I have with my car.

Great service! I have taken my car to them for years. They treat me fairly and never overcharge. I am not a car expert and when my car was dripping a tiny bit of oil they told me just to keep an eye on it as it would be an expensive fix on an old car. They could have said it needs to be repaired and charged me $$$$. I appreciate their honesty. They always call and check with me before doing anything I didn t expect.

I self-diagnosed a bad A/C clutch coil after a worn coolant overflow hose leaked onto the side of the engine near the A/C compressor. A/C would no longer work due to a blown fuse and replacing the fuse would just cause it to blow moments after turning on the A/C if not immediately.I called the shop, Mike said he would look up the labor estimate and call me back. I then received a call back with a price for the labor only at $227 (I would need to supply the part, but often times that s cheaper to do anyway). Part was less than $45 at Autozone, delivered next day, which again was fine since the shop wouldn t be able to do the repair until 3 days after my initial call.I dropped off the car in the morning just after 8 am, and I received a text that the car was ready before 12 pm. Repair seems fine, final price was exactly what I was quoted, and pickup was very quick. 10/10 experience!Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Horrible person. Wanted to charge almost $300 for a job every other auto shop quoted less than $195. Finally i found a shop who did it for $120 with a little calling around. Also these people want appointments and if "Mike" has enough customers he just sends you home. Very disrespectful person. Do not go there, or just go at your own risk! My jeep is better off without them. Go at your own risk, you have been warned.

Went in last week for an issue with my radiator. Was very pleased with the service! Mike was very nice, took down my info n said hed call me when it was done. I didnt have to wait long! A few hours later, I was already driving my CRV again, n a week later there are still no problems. Thanks Mike and crew!

Mike has always been honest about the work and fair in pricing. He has never recommended or sold a service to me that wasn't needed. Used his shop for years now.

I have been a customer for 15 years. Even thou I live in the Bronzeville Community, I made the trip to the only repair shop I trust. Mike and his team of mechanics are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to keep your car on the road.

I went there to fix my tire and they returned my car with cracked windshield. When I told them that it wasn't like that when I left my car they tried to ignore me. I asked for video recording from their cameras but of course they refused to show me. The manager came to tell me the same thing as their mechanics- that my windshield was cracked when I left my car but it wasn't! Worst experience ever. I wanted to have a cheap tire fix and ended up with replacing windshield for $350. Don't go there, not only they aren't professional but they also refuse to take responsibility for any damage they make to your car

I was thankful (?) that I broke down right in front of them, because Mike was able to get me back on the road within 24 hours. Tough to find a nicer place that is as quick and efficient as they are

I had gone to Peterson Car care and had gotten a quote from this guy Mike. He promised that he would fix my car for 320.00 and after he fixed it my car had the same problem all over again. He then told me it would cost another 300.00 and I told him to still go ahead and fix it and he did but the car wasn't the same. He had cheated me and lied to me.

I have come here a couple times now for maintenance and repairs and I have received nothing less than quick, honest, quality service. If you live in the area, you can t beat the convenience and trustworthiness of this place!
