Went to Pete's Auto Service after failing an emissions test. I was immediately helped at the front desk and handed off to Eddie for help. He didn't waste any time and was immediately helpful. He diagnosed the problem, we went over the issue, he fixed it, and I went right back to the take the emissions test and passed.Great service and really quick, I would definitely recommend for any auto work.

Very happy with Pete's Auto Service. Pete explained everything. They repaired 2013 Optima. Ball joints, tie rods , gas gauge, steering column all in a timely fashion. At a reasonable price. All the employees are very friendly and Lisa was best. I will definitely be back for any more repairs... Thanks to you all.

My 2003 Mercedes would not pass the emissions test after 5 tries. I took it to several shops, even one that specialized in German cars and they would just say no to taking my car in. Was ready to call it quits until I saw Pete s auto on the list of shops listed on the emissions papers. Called and honestly was relieved when a lady answered the phone(other shops had rude guys answer) She right away explained the process and set me up with an appointment. This being my first time ever leaving my car at a shop I was nervous but Pete and his tam reached out and kept me in the loop which I really appreciated. The best part is that they take the car to pass the emissions. So if you re like me and can t get your car to pass, don t give up, Pete s will help!

Do not go here Pete is a ripoff. My fiancee went to him to pass the emissions test he tried to charge him $4500 to get the check engine light to go off and when he told him needed time to think about it he asked him why would he need time to think about it which was rude so my fiancee paid the $95 fee for the diagnostics and he waited and drove the car for a few weeks and the check engine light went off on its own and I passed my emissions test and I didn't have to pay to have nothing fixed. I didn't need the time and chain after all.

I drove my vehicle, and it rides/performs as good as new! Thank you, Pete and your team, for the outstanding service provided! I took my car there for emission readiness testing, and they were very helpful and explained everything to me patiently. Eddie was very kind and respectful and I definitely go back to them if anything happens to my car in the future.

I would give ZERO stars, if possible! The service from this repair shop was beyond disappointing!!! HORRIBLE! They had my vehicle for 5 1/2 weeks for what ultimately resulted in 6.5 hours of labor and intentionally sat on submitting a claim for service, resulting in substantial rental car expenses during that time! They LIED about why my vehicle was taking so long to be repaired and I had issues with my doors not locking the SAME day that I picked up my car! Never had any issues with the doors since having the car. Not to mention, the check engine light came back on the very next week! They were not willing to repair my vehicle without wanting additional payment! DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL! Shady & unprofessional! I am seeking legal counsel!

The staff was very nice & helpful. They re extremely expensive. They charge you $98.00 to tell you how much they will charge you to fix your car. The emission testing center has already given them a code explaining what s wrong with your car.Secondly, my car was diagnose with a Cadillac converter problem. I was told it would be $2350 to replace my Cadillac converter. I refused and paid them my $98.00.I contacted another auto repair shop. They fixed my car with a new Cadillac converter for $1059.00. This is a shame someone would over charge by this much. I am a senior citizen on limited income. Please lookout for situation like this. My car is running very good now.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After 5 weeks they returned my vehicle worse than they had received it, instead of offering to help they told me they would need a couple grand to fix it, I took my car in to pass emissions and after 3 weeks the owner told me he could not put a time frame on a miracle unless I was willing to spend big money those where his exact words Even tho I had just gotten a new catalytic converter. Pete is a crook looking to make people waste there time in order for them to spend a lot of money in hopes of fixing there car. On 3 separate occasions with 3 separate people ( Pete ,front desk lady, mechanic manager) I was told I would get a call back from all of them and never did, keep in mind these where all separate occasions with different people. I guess it s a thing to say your gonna call back and never do. The shop is a absolute joke 5 weeks for wasted mileage ,time and insurance money. I hope they take down the emissions sign they have because they obviously do not specialize in that area. If you want to waste someone s time that you don t like , recommend this joke of a shop.

They are an honest group of people. If they can't fix it or do not believe it's worth you taking out a 2nd mortgage lol they will tell you. I brought my wife's 2018 Volkswagen Atlas to get the breaks fixed. They stayed late till after closing in order to get the job done and my wife her car back. I would bring any of my vehicles to Mr Pete and the team!

Thought I found the right shop, come to find out that I didn't. I spent $1,700 for two problems engine light (Which came back on) and a little squeaky noise from my front end, I know right that's a lot of money for those two problems, but Pete came up with all type of stuff that I needed so I paid it. So far the engine light has not came back on, but immediately I noticed that the squeaky noise was still there even though I paid alot of money just to have that little noise taken care of. I took it back he claimed he didn't see anything, but guess what now my car swerves at high speed, took it back again, and once again claims he doesn't see anything, but did something because the swerving stopped. Then after that instead my front end making a little squeaky noise it's now making a whole lot of noise, so I took it back FEW more times, and he's still claiming that he doesn't see anything and if something was broken it would still be broke and basically claiming I'm lying and wasting his time. So he told me to bring it back when it's constantly making the noise, I did and his main guy says fastly yeah it was some PARTS that WE did that was messed up or needed replaced and now you're all good I'm not coming back here I'll advise you to keep looking like I am for a good mechanic shop

Failed and waited to the last minute to complete your emissions test like I did!? No worries- came to the right place!! Their 100% success rate of 120 completed jobs- says it all!! Great customer service which Berenice (Very-nice) is a huge part of this- rare to find a place where the staff actually remembers your face, let alone your name; she DID!! Repairs took a bit longer than expected because it had other issues but Pete, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in detail; who gets to talk to the actual owners now a days!!!! Above and beyond customer service!! Best part was they took the car to pass the emissions test once the repairs were done!! Thank you guys! Looks like I found my mechanic office for all my future needs!!Thanks - Lino

Pete's provided outstanding service to us last week. He called everyday to provide relevant information and potential cost. He kept his word and we were able to get our car back in within three days. I would give No Stars if I could, they kept my car for 4 days just to check it & still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Given an invoice for $1,300 for a tune-up that might help. Unprofessional & terrible Customer Service

Pete (the owner) has the best customer service. I would definitely recommend. I went in to figure out what the issue was with my check engine light being on and failed my emission test. 11/14/2023 back at the only shop I trust-Pete's Auto! Pete's team came through again.They fixed leaking steering wheel fluid line, oxygen wires hanging replaced brake pads and worn hatch springs(not sure what they are called.)Pete went above and beyond to personally drive and patch up my nail in tire leak. THANK YOU SO MUCH.This service makes me feel taken care of and not just another number.I also love the texting feature that I usually text chatting with Bernice Pete and amazing mechanics and staff.I definitely recommend the shop for ALL car needs and concerns.Initial visit. I went to Pete auto as suggested by DMV after failing emission test .They got that up and passed Another issue arose with wear,tear and corrosion , the muffler had fallen, as I drove the parts under pushed other parts backdamaging bumper and breaking other parts.I needed more repair than expected.Pete's auto came to the rescue again.While my truck was services, i asked if they would look at the filters, air-conditioning was not cooling, air compressor had a leakAfter Pete Eddie and employees attempted to save me money, used parts were not working, however they didn't disappoint and my air conditioner is AMAZING cold and I'm showing off.This is definitely my new mechanic and highly recommended to family.THANK YOU PETES AUTO and staff!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming especially, Bernice. They had my car all of 3 days, fixed the issue and took it to pass the emissions test.
