Not only is the attention not great, the cashier seems to hate his life and the service advisor seems to recommend a bunch of unnecessary things.

My first foreign vehicle, and I m only bringing my Alfa Romeo here as long as I own it. Carlos is the best. Even gave me a new, Perillo branded license plate frame free of charge without pointing it out. A very nice touch I noticed a day later. No upsells past oil change, and gave vehicle a 100% clean bill of health, even noting how much brake/tire life I currently had, on invoice.Service: Oil change

I have been to this place multiple times and always have a fabulous experience. The car comes out clean and the service is impeccable. Carlos is extremely nice and is fair with his price quotes. He walks you through the entire process. Because of Carlos, I would never take my car anywhere else unless absolutely necessary.

Had a unfortunate scrape while pulling into a tight garage spot. After going elsewhere and hearing there was "nothing we could do", I went to Perillo Service Center and not only did they offer to help me, they were able to fix the scratch the SAME DAY I dropped off my car. The most-pleasant car experience I've ever had. Perillo Service Center has earned a customer for life!

I ve been servicing my cars here for many years and have always received exceptional service particularly from the manager Tom. Very honest and dependable, and also communicative as well. I will never service any of my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Tom!

Attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment for recall service on my Saab. The mechanic kept hedging, telling me there were no parts and that I should call back the following week, without allowing me to schedule an advance appointment. When I called the next week, the mechanic again refused to make an appointment, instead taking down my number with an insincere promise to call back. Needless to say, I never received a call. Quite a shameful response, especially for a potentially very dangerous airbag defect. If the dealership refuses to service Saabs, they should state so outright and cease to be an official Saab service facility.

I got my rear brakes fixed by these guys back in 2013. Brakes and Rotors. I would think that they'd do a thorough job and not just fix the problem at hand, but also make sure I wouldn't have to incur a large expense again. Nope, not even close.In September of 2014, my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. You'd think you'd check everything when you were replacing them, guess not with these guys.Then in December 2014, I had all 4 tires replaced. I ended up going with someone new to get these replaced, I was done with Perillo and you should avoid them too.Now here's the kicker, just a couple weeks ago (May 2015), my back left brake was warn down AGAIN and was metal on metal. Less than 2 years old brakes, had to be replaced again. Apparently the caliper was bad and had to be replaced causing the brake and rotor to go bad again.Again, you'd think that you'd check everything out so that someone doesn't have to incur close to $3000 in car maintenance on brakes and tires in less than two years. Not these guys.I called asking if there was anything they could do to warranty their parts. Apparently the parts are only under warranty for 1 year (seems pretty crappy / shady). They also weren't really willing to work with me and have a happy consumer. Instead they just wanted my money.If I were you I'd avoid them unless you have a lot of money to burn.

Carlos runs a great shop. Their prices are fair and he is always trustworthy when it comes to letting you know what services you actually need, without the usual BS and upselling.

#SAFEPARKINGLAMBORGHINII did a look around this small fortress. One window needs to have the security grate fixed. The building has modern electronic security measures. I have #14 of 150 produced of hand made coachworks. I am happy to have my PRIZE STALLION secured at this firms PARKING GARAGE. Many fine automobiles have safe refuge with this staff whom do the WhiteGlove treatment!I can trust this team, #14-Maximillion$->
