Perillo Collision took care of my M340xi so well, I brought her in for some curb rash and bumper resurfacing and it came out brand new again! Aaron in the front office was super helpful and provided me updates, as well as was extremely accommodating considering I was out of town for the drop off. Abner was also extremely helpful and accommodating when I came to pick up my vehicle he was very professional and kind I appreciate his energy. I will not be taking any of my vehicles any where else if I need any other work done Perillo Collision is professional and accustomed to handling high end cars. Do not hesitate!

Abner P. and his team at Perillo Collision did a great job fixing my BMW after a taxi passenger decided to negligently open his door into traffic as I was driving by. This caused extensive damage to the left fender, left headlight, and scratched pretty much the whole left side of my car. The Perillo team did a detailed estimate to assess all the damage (both visual and hidden) and make sure the car went back to its pre-accident condition. They also coordinated with my insurance company to make sure all the parts used were OEMs so that all the warranties and systems continue to function correctly. The communication with Abner was very good throughout the process, providing good updates and timely responses to any questions I had. Since this was the first time I had to deal with collision repairs I didn t know what to expect regarding the process. The repair work took a few weeks because of all the different tasks involved and approvals required but I was very pleased with the outcome after the repairs were completed. I strongly recommend Perillo Collision Center for similar needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was looking for a body shop that does good work after someone reared me in my Punk'in Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. Perillo's team really did a great job. Always kept me updated with the repair progress the whole time. The work was great. Like the accident never happened. Highly recommend this shop.

My car was brand new and only 1500 miles then someone rear ended me. I was about to put my X5M to autonation collision center which i use to put my previous X5 for body work from accident back in 2019 but honestly i did not impressed with the processing time and job quality. I give perillo a try. My SA is Izekei , Aaron , and Amanda. They work and communicate pretty fast and know what they are doing in every step from dealing and contacting with insurance company. Job quality wise, the SA keep updating procesing and time to be complete the job. It is not fast since they have to order parts and customer before me but after all they did really great job. Thank you! I finally get my baby back with perfect condition!Service: Body & Trim

We had a great experience with Perillo Collision after my car was backed into on Memorial Day w/e. From the estimate, to getting my car in early when I started experiencing mechanical issues on a 4th of July weekend prior to my scheduled repair date, to helping me deal with the other parties insurance and rental car issues Perillo was extremely helpful with the entire process. Our car looks amazing and we are grateful to have it back.

Great service. Really transparent about costs and timing of repairs. Abner was great to work with and very professional. My car is 4 yrs old and looked brand new when we picked it up after the work had been completed. Would definitely recommend working with them!

A+!! The customer service, performance, and process was superb. I took my X3 in for the pre-paid full service package and was greeted by Dan Carden. Dan walked me through all the things they would fix and explained the process. I hadn't even noticed some of the dings Dan pointed out! He followed up with me periodically to let me know how it was going and finally that my X3 was ready. When I arrived Dan was there again to greet me and showed me the results. Amazing!! I can't thank Dan and everyone at Perillo Collision enough for the great work. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with the BMW Perillo Collision Center. After a harrowing carjacking experience and significant damage to my car, Aiden and the team were able to get me in right away. Aiden regularly communicated with me on the status of insurance, ordering of parts, and updates on when the car would be ready for pick up. Despite being a victim of a crime, I knew I was in good hands which brought me comfort. 5 stars all around.

Abner and the whole crew are amazing! They were super accommodating and professional. Abner specifically took great car of us and our vehicle. He was responsive, thorough, and (unlike other places) got us back on the road when he promised. Can t speak highly enough about this place.

Patrick and crew were great. I brought in my 2019 Chevy Silverado that had been hit the day before. Had an accurate quote that day and the truck was fixed within a week (including time to order parts). The area they worked on (bumper) looks better than brand new. Pat and his team were super helpful and accommodating during this process. I would and will absolutely use them again in the future for any body work/upgrades/repairs going forward.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing service 5 out of 5 stars, had to get my bumper replaced, car looked amazing when it was done, abner the guy who kept me updated once the car was in the shop, did an amazing job let me know every little detail what was going on. My car got done one day earlier than the day it was promised. Super satisfied with the work, will definitely use them in future and recommend them. Thank you, Perillo Collision Center.

Amanda, Abner, and Aaron really did deliver 5 star AAA service like the initials on their name. I had my first ever collision and they took great care of my vehicle. From the initial calming contact at a traumatic time to delivering my car in brand new condition. They followed through with me at every step and gave me the clarity on the whole process while working closely with my insurance company and acting as my advocate. They were fair and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone needing 5 star service and great work

I went to Perillo because some whale opened their door and leaned into mine causing their paint to become one with my paint to the point of hitting metal. Anyway, I hope you can understand that sentence. I took my car to Perillo collision for the repair. They quoted, my the car door was repainted and it looks damn near better than it did before I dropped it off. It's confusing. My deductible was more than the repair so I knew I was coming out of pocket but whatever. That point is irrelevant. I digress, I was recommended to this place by a friend who got into a pretty terrible accident that mangled his car. He thought it was going to be totaled but ended up being able to get it repaired. I figured if they're miracle workers, they should be able to effectively manage the repair of my door. It was an easy decision and I don't regret it. My job was straightforward and to the point but I have the feeling it would have been a pain for any other center because honestly, I can be difficult. Just being honest. Go to Perillo for your repairs, they're better than your uncle Joe and they won't leave you feeling like you'll forever have trust issues. Thanks to Amanda, Abner and Aaron. The people here at Perillo BMW are very professional and friendly. My BMW 328 convertible 2013 drives as good as new after heavy suspension work with all OEM parts. The quality of work is phenomenal. I would recommend a million times over. Perillo Collision Center is EXCELLENT! I recently used them for body work after an accident that I had with my X5.From the start, my estimator, Amanda was great. She helped walk me through the steps I needed to take and provided guidance on things I should and shouldn't do. She made the entire process extremely easy and simple.Abner, who continued with follow-up messages regarding the status of my repairs was phenomenal. He provided regular updates via both text messages and phone calls. When sending a message to him, he responded very quickly.While I'm not happy that I had a car accident, I'm excited to know that I found a great body shop that I can continue to use for years to come!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Perillo guys know what they are doing, only working with original factory parts. Can always expect quality work from them. Mostly specialized in german cars.
