First of all I just want to say how much of a good job that did at buffing out these two scratches. Secondly they finished the job in under 30 minutes. They re definitely a life saver. The gentleman greeted me is called Matt, he s really friendly and helpful. And he managed set me up with a really good mechanic called Ramone to finish the job. They re definitely life savers.

First Class Service and Sales!Ask for:Mahmoud in SalesAngelo and Antonio in ServiceMy wife came in for a service/maintenance appointment and decided to walk into the showroom. She asked for some help and Mahmoud with no hesitation jumped in to help her. Found the car on a Saturday and we came back Monday to sign paper work. He worked the old car service bill into the new purchase and over all gave us a great deal and first class experience. I buy vehicles every other year and I have to say best experience I have ever had. Thank you Mahmoud and good luck this year!

Dominic was our salesman; he did a great job with no pressure. We came in late on Saturday and wanted to pay cash for our purchase. We didn't have the funds with us but willing to leave a deposit. The dealer wouldn't take a deposit, nor would they hold the vehicle so we said will be back Monday at dinner to complete the purchase. On the train to the dealer received a call from the salesmen that someone else was interested in the vehicle. Really sucked knowing we were on our way and that happened. I understand policy's and why they are in place. It sucks that all the scammers out there ruin it for honest people, we become victims. We ended up buying the car and are very happy! Thank you Dominic & Perillo BMW.

I have buying BMWs for over the past 10 years and I have used the same dealer, Jason Goetz. He has been EXCELLENT every time, listens to what I want (and I am demanding) and takes his time in showing me different cars. Each time I have dealt with him has been a pleasure, always receptive and accommodating. My latest purchase is my dream car...THANK YOU Jason!! I popped in unannounced to follow up on a purchase for my partner. Martin was welcoming and accommodating. Gina was quick with the paperwork and welcoming to a new resident of Chicago. Service department was able to get the car ready on short notice and I was in and out within 2 hours. Great experience and very happy to have a new home dealership.

This buying experience was one of the best we have ever had. Configuring a car was pretty easy (via BMW USA). Perillo s web pages served up models that were close. They offered us a pretty good deal. We bought from existing inventory. Staff who helped with a test drive and then delivery and orientation were exceptional.

Recently, I had a punctured tire on my car and brought it to Perillo BMW for assistance. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and professional. Antonio Rodriguez, in particular, provided excellent customer service and made sure all my concerns were addressed.The service team at Perillo BMW was prompt in assessing the tire issue and provided a clear explanation of the repair process.I am eagerly awaiting the return of my car and will provide an update once I receive it. Based on my experience so far, I have high expectations for the quality of the work done by Perillo BMW. I highly recommend their services, especially with Antonio Rodriguez leading the way!

Just picked up a cpo'd 3 series from them. Was the easiet, non-pushy deal I've ever experienced. Martin was super knowledgeable, upfront, respectful and easy going. I initially called in to inquire about a white one while I was driving to a different dealer on my list (in Skokie) to look at one this black one that dealer had, but Martin was convincing enough to get me to turn around and head over to Perillo. I came in to look at that white one but Martin mentioned it was missing a few features that i mentioned wanting, and ended up taking home this silver one in the exact spec I wanted. Deal was simple, numbers were clear, and no surprise fees or anything. Finance guy was super chill too. I'm normally not one for extended warranties, but their bmw extended warranty covered more than the carmax warranty I was showed a day earlier, and for 1/3 of the price with unlimited miles. Huge plus for me. Thanks guys!

I purchased my first BMW at Perillo last week from Ken, and I had an excellent experience. Ken is a true master of his craft, and answered all my questions about the vehicle without batting and eye. Really, everyone I interacted with at Perillo was great to work with - from being greeted at the door, to the person helping me configure all the stuff on the car before I drove off. I had an idea of what buying a BMW should be like, and Perillo nailed it.

I have worked with Peter Mers at Perillo since 2011 when I bought my first BMW, today I purchased my third with him. Perillo BMW has always been an exceptional dealership to work with, Peter spectacular in his own right.The dealership is spotless, everyone professional, happy to educate, extremely patient, no pressure and generally a good selection of inventory to browse--and if they don't have in stock, they're happy to find it.Perillo BMW is everything one should expect of a luxury car dealership, more so, it would be fair to say, they set the standard within that sector.Thank you Perillo and Peter for making this happen, the ease of your process makes it an absolute pleasure.

After dealing with my vehicle being stolen I began my search. I landed on the X7.Peter Mers was the sales associate that took care of me. Peter made the experience great! He was personable and easy going. He definitely made the transaction a breeze and was quick to respond back.Gina, who was the finance manager, made sure to answer any questions I had. She did not try to shove unnecessary service contracts down my throat. She was also personable/easy going and was efficient.Having a great experience is just as important as finding the car you want and they both delivered on my expectations!Many thanks to them and Perillo BMW for making this happen!

Ok, sales was decent. The car was delivered a little dirty in the interior you can tell it was probably detailed when they received the car but not delivery to me, lots crumbs and smudges everywhere. Also didn t realize when I purchased but the car has a lot of rock chips but I ll take half the blame since I should ve caught it but didn t realize until my first hand wash. On a used 1 year old car at this price point I would expect higher attention to detail from a luxury brand.

I recently got my 2nd M car (and 5th BMW) from Perillo BMW, working with Jason Goetz. He helped me configure my dream M3 build, nearly a year in advance of delivery. We even added some of the hidden M Performance options. Jason is always responsive to texts and was able to get me an allocation sooner than promised. Though I hope to keep my M3 for a long time, there's room for a 2nd BMW in our garage... thanks Jason!

Perillo had the best selection and prices that I could find. I drove 500 miles to see Dominic in sales and pick up our new X7! Dominic was the BEST work with! My BMW was originally repaired because the engine light came on, but I was asked to replace the battery. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the battery, but I still spent money to replace it with a new one. On the way home, the fault light came on again. The problem was not solved, but the engine light continued to stay on. I wonder if this is a professional repair? I was very doubtful. I waited for 2 weeks to make an appointment. The maintenance was from 7:30 am to 6 pm. The money was spent and the problem is still there! ! ! The service provided by the staff was not good and they treated me like enemies throughout the entire process!

10/10 experience. I worked with Garrett G to order a BMW 3 Series. The car arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. His communication was flawless. He was always available to answer any and all questions that I had and his team ensured that the delivery was without any hiccups. I received the vehicle yesterday and am in love! Let's start with I'm not a car guy. It's been awhile since I purchased a new car. Did a fair amount of research and decided on BMW. Researched relevant inventory of five BMW dealers. Was a bit wary of doing business with Perillo: over priced, hard to deal with, less than exemplary customer service. That said, they had a better selection of my specific model on hand and they were 3 miles from my house.Met Mike over the phone, let him know I was pre-qualified and interested in buying a car in December. He personally reviewed the condition of cars on hand and said here are the two best. We set up a time, I reviewed the cars. At the same time I continued to shop competitive dealers 25-40 miles from where I lived.At the end of the day, Mike was knowledgeable, available and efficient with my time. Perillo had a larger inventory and was less expensive than their competition in the burbs. Glad to say my experience was an efficient use of my time, not the "painful" drama and haggling I was expecting and I now drive a great car!

I came to Perillo BMW on 2/29/24 to buy a X1. I saw one that I liked we test drove it and I noticed that something was wrong with the wheels.The salesman Martin George said he will have it serviced to fix the problem and he would call me the next day. I told him I really wanted the car and I was going to pay cash. I never got a phone call back. I called George twice on different days no answer. I left a message both times still no answer. Now the car is Sold. Since this dealership is in the Gold Coast area I was felling like they are Racist my son who is 28 was having the same vibe too. There was no reason or excuse for this to happen. I will never ever go to Perillo and spend my Hard Earned Money.

Peter M. was great to work with overall. There was slight cosmetic imperfection with the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I expressed my concerns. And Peter was able to offer a solution. With that said, I ended up purchasing the vehicle! However, this review should really be 4.5 stars. I am taking a 1/2 star away because, there is really no good place in downtown Chicago to take a test drive. The test drive in my mind was very quick (again, because there is no good place to test drive.) I think the time for the test drive should be longer so customers can really get a feel of what they are buying, especially when it comes to a used vehicle. (New car...possibly a different story.) My suggestion would be to request a longer test drive "if possible."

My recent experience with (Perillo BMW) was nothing short of infuriating. I made an appointment ( 1 day before I m check double if available ) to view a specific vehicle, only to be told upon arrival that it had mysteriously been sold just moments before. The lack of transparency and honesty is appalling. I took day off and loose all my day . It s not a Windy City dealer on the corner it s dealer Perillo BMW. Is not unprofessionally. Save yourself the trouble and avoid (Perillo BMW )at all costs.
