Great customer service. They took my car in quickly. Came in for new tire mounting and balancing. The technician did good quality work. I saw him clean up my wheels real nice before mounting. Michael was also great at the customer service counter. He told me it would take about an hour and that was exactly how long it took. They both took great care of me and my car. I will be back for more car care service and maintenance here. This shop will be the first to come to mind. Bought my tires on eBay. Had them delivered here and they took care of them while I showed up for my appointment. I m very happy with the service provided here. Thank you Pep boys.

My daughter had slow leak on one of her tires, in the late evening. Couldn't find any tire shops since they were all closed already. Made an appointment online for first thing. They got to her quickly and was able to patch the tire up. She was able to make it to work on time. Great work!

Great customer service! Very satisfied! I brought my car in for a tire patch, but turned out I needed new front tires cause they re bald and a wheel alignment. They told me what was exactly needed and didn t give me any run around. They didn t replace anything that didn t need replacing, love places like that! I will definitely comeback to this location for future needs of my car! Thank you again!

I would not recommend going to Pep Boys unless you enjoy being mislead into purchasing repair services your car doesn't need and which won't actually fix the issue that you brought the car in for in the first place.'89 Toyota Camry. Crank no start. Car had been running fine prior. Towed to Pep Boys only because they have a parking lot big enough to tow in a vehicle without advance notice.Was informed that the car needed: Drop and clean the fuel tank (not true), clean the entire fuel system line (not true), that there was bad gas in the tank (not true), that the entire fuel line was extremely dirty (not true), that the car belched black smoke when started (not true), that the spark plugs were bad (not true) and that I risked damage to the vehicle if I did not agree to have these services completed (not true). The quoted price for the services recommended by Pep Boys was $2,000.00.I had the car towed to a competitor. The competitor correctly diagnosed and fixed the issues for $400.00. Turns out the car needed a new ignition coil and rotor. Car is now starting and running fine.

They help me out a lot. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable lever there with two know tires. And Alignment, Definitely going to go back there for more work with my car in the future. They understand how to communicate and give good customer service, And work fast.

Let's just say I won't be going anywhere else for tires and alignments. Mike and the techs helped me with a alignment issue that my previous tire shop was not able to do after buying 3 sets of tires over time with them. A simple toe and camber adjustment was done and my truck is driving straight. Thanks again for all your hard work and help.

Brought my car in for tires, plus replacement of front struts. Also paid 90$ for an oil change. When I went to go get car, it wasn't put back together. I waited and they brought it in and finished the job. When I drove home I noticed oil change sticker wasn't changed. Now mom has had car for about 2 years and it doesn't get driven much. Engine was very dusty. I popped the hood expecting the dirty oil fill cap to be less dirty, but no, it hadn't been touched. I called and the store and said you guys didn't change my oil. Guy got defensive and said they wouldn't charge for a job not done. I brought up the oil cap and he said they weren't a car wash. So then I tell him I'm going to jackup the car and take pictures. The oil plug is dry, clearly hasn't had oil drained in ages. The oil filter has rust on it and is not the brand purported to be used. The manager of the day comes in and wants me to bring car in. I don't want to. It's 30mins each way, plus however long they take. I no longer trust them, I don't want them working on my engine. I have pictures. Manager says hes going to watch cameras. He calls back and again asks me to drive there so he can look at it. I propose since I paid 1600 and they bill 140 per hour, I get an additional 140 off my bill for my time that I had to spend to prove their mistake. So, here's the 90$ full synthetic oil change at pepboys

The customer service was great! I talked with friendly staff who were patient and helpful with my questions, and we even struck up some nice conversation. The only minor issue I experienced during my visit was some confusion with the inspection updates online giving some mismatching information about what I discussed with staff, but this was resolved with a quick call to double check that everything was still on track.

Use this location at your own discretion because it lacks communication by staff and that includes Management.*1.Poor communication by staffing on updates to your repairs and parts.2.Lack of complete honesty and knowledge when you ask specific questions regarding your vehicle. Staff tries to make you feel and look less competent when your the one asking specific questions about what is being done to your own vehicle and what parts are or were used to fix situation.

Thanks guys for the effort you used to fix my car by the time I needed it. You also made me feel appreciated as a customer. A special shout out to Carlos the mechanic on my car for the extra effort you put in to complete the repairs by the time I needed the car back. Really appreciate you guys.

I went in to get my tire patched since I had a nail in it. The person that attended me was great and had no issues at all.When I went to check the tire after the work was done there was clear evidence that who had done the work had caused damage onto the edges of my rim.Manager Juan walked up to my vehicle and kept on stating that there are other nicks on the other tires and the tire/rim that was worked on the rim was getting chipped.No. It's because of the quality of work that was done.I informed him on why is there more evident damage on the tire/rim that was worked on and he refused to say anything and walked away to his truck. Here are pictures of proof for anyone concerned. The first three pictures is the tire that was worked on and the other pictures are the rest of my tires.I would not recommended this spot at all for anyone.

I just bought 4 tires from Pep Boys and wanted an alignment. They sold and mounted the tires but stated they can't align the tires due to it needing outer tie rods, sway bar link, control arms with ball joints, front rotors and breaks front and back. All this was going to cost $2,500.00.I took my car to another well-known tire company and they were able to align my tires. I asked them if any other work was needed like everything Pep Boys stated and they said nothing is needed.I feel sad that Pep Boys tired to take advantage of me. Please be careful when dealing with Pep Boys and always get a second opinion.

Awesome service here at Pep Boys. Mike was great as well being patient with what needed to be done. I have to admit Mike was very helpful through it all and detail. Got the job done! I m satisfied!

Shady!!!!! When I went in for tires my brakes worked FINE! Granted I already knew they would need work but could not afford it right now. My focus was on what I needed at the moment TIRES! The brake light has not come on at all and I never had a problem with using the brakes until I tried to leave their parking lot! When the clerk called me telling me they checked the car out and sent me pictures of rusted breaks and shocks, and after telling them I did NOT want any work done to the car because it was too old and not worth spending 3000.00 to fix. The clerk Mike told me he agreed and said yeah same thing happened to his car he understood. So when I went to pick the car up and got in my car the brake light was on there was a puddle of liquid running under my car and I almost hit a car in the parking lot when I was trying to leave. I went back inside to tell them I could not leave the parking lot for fear of killing someone the guy was so into a personal phone call he left me standing there for 5 minutes! Wow must have been really desperate to get that 3000.00 out of me!!!!!! Bye Pep Boys Never Again!!!!

Brought my parts in for my wheel bearings to be replaced. I've had my bearings replaced on several other vehicles in the past and so I know what I was talking about. They proceeded to tell me that 1st we start with I needs to buy all four new tires and do a wheel alignment and that it will stop the noise and that's where we'll start. But I had specifically told them what I knew the problem was and I had told him what to do. I sat there and against my better judgment. Proceeded to go and do what they wanted. Only to have the sound still being noisy and I went in and got another look at on my vehicle at two other places and they told me in fact it was the wheeling bearings. So now instead of me spending the money on the repair that I knew was wrong with my car. I spent more money buying tires and a wheel alignment for something that I didn't need done right away. When I already knew what the problem was. The customer is always right even if the mechanic feels that they're wrong. I will never go to them again because now I am out of pocket and I have to hustle even more to get the repairs done at another spot now.

Management (Brandon) here was extremely helpful, they were quick and very attentive to me. My car was in an out on time as promised. The technician (Hector) working on my car was extremely courteous and did an outstanding job. Thanks for a great product but most importantly, thanks for outstanding customer service. ( I received a full new set of tires, with installation, wheel alignment, tire balancing and tpms servicing)

Fast and efficient service. Everybody I went to for a wheel alignment had 1 story or another. We came in they saw us immediately and did not give us a hassle or another story and fixed my big Bertha thank you pepboys.

Best experience ever with a maintenance shop chain. The service writer we worked with was so awesome and really took the time to help us out with the financial constraints while still making sure our car was well taken care of. I am so pleasantly surprised with the customer service and patience that I was given here. The technician also did a great job of inspection and gave us the honest and professional advice on what the car needed most and no one tried to oversell or lie to get more services in their pocket. I come from a dealership background and 100% recommend this pepboys for servicing your vehicle need. Thanks guys!

Problems were fixed and prompt, but look out for upcharges.Update... Pepboys contacted me about the surprise extended warranty and refunded it. They actively looked to make it right. Very impressed! Thanks Dan!

Had to stand around for good 10 minutes until someone actually acknowledged me. The place is dirty and gross... Bathroom is disgusting. No soap, no paper towels. And all that in the middle of covid

This review is set for Michael, the store MVP. Every single time I ve gone in with an issue, headache, questions or whatever it may be, I ve had it taken care of by Michael. He s helped me get my front tire all set and gave me an estimate when to change my back tires, he s helped me figure out what I needed to get my backlight fixed and walked me through each solution and saved me time and a migraine. The man is a legend through and through and he deserves a raise and a beer. Props to him and I m definitely recommending this location to whoever has car trouble.

Been coming here for the last 4 years for a variety of things and the last few visits finally made me really want to leave a review. I bought tires for two cars and oil changes for both and got both cars in and out the same day. Had some issues with the balance weights on one and then a road hazard (screw in the tire) issue within a few days of installation. They had no issues getting a new tire and getting the balance weight issue figured out quickly. Would come here over and over again and also hooked me up with a few deals since I did so much with them in a day!Mike handled all of my requests like a pro and gave recommendations as well on tires and such which was a great help with the one car I honestly didn't care much about what tires to get.
