First Time coming here after a catalytic converter theft and they really were great in getting it replaced as fast as possible. They were friendly, honest and reliable. I would recommend them to friends and family moving forward. Big shoutout to Steve who took care of me.

I would highly recommend Payless Muffler/Steve and his staff for the reasons listed. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The service is excellent and the prices are quite reasonable. MY catalytic converter was stolen and when I took it to Payless Muffler is was taken care of in a timely manner, Steve is honest and reliable. I do not hesitate to recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

I m a full time dad and part time educator... I came in to get my VW van done and I had the wrong parts... these guys got the right parts and still gave me an amazing discount. Too so much stress off my shoulders and great fast service.. I will definitely be back for other work... great people reasonable..

The staff here was friendly and very knowledgeable. My work was done in a timely matter and less expensive than another business quoted me. Lastly, the office is full of so many interesting pictures, articles and items that I could spend hours just looking around. A VERY good experience...while waiting for my car repair, I got to enjoy all the HISTORY in the waiting area I WAS IN AWW! All the staff was courteous, friendly, and above all PROFESSIONAL . Came here to get an oil change for the first time with no appointment and I got GREAT SAME DAY service. The owner is a friendly man of God and believes in giving great customer service. The service took place quickly and efficiently and at a good price. Definitely treat you like family at this auto service shop. I recommend others to come by.

I brought my 2012 Buick Enclave here to get some exhaust work done. They gave me a really good price for the work and provided excellent customer service. Hell they were so good I bought my wife s 2018 Toyota Camry to get breaks done about a month later. Steve is such an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Small business but big savings and quality service. Yesterday was my Very 1st time here and i thought it was the Muffler. Steve Showed me it was the Flex pipe . $180 Very Affordable . Im so THANKFUL for Payless Muffler & Brake Shop...

I have been taking my car here for years and do not regret it. The owner, Steve, is a great guy and will try to help you any way he can. This is a place to find quality parts and service for an unbeatable price. No rip offs or shortcuts, they can do just about anything and they can do it right. Oh and the shop is super unique, there are tons of intriguing antiques and decorations to keep you busy while you wait. Highly recommend!!

I bought my own parts to have them installed. A converter and O2 sensor. The week before they told me it would be $1,000 if they got the parts and installed them. So I bought my parts on line for a fraction of what retail stores would cost. Anyway the owner told me it would be $450 to install the parts. I know this is too much to pay because Ive been buying my own parts and having them installed for years. I packed up my parts and took them down the street and was charged $200 to install the parts. They are nice people but shop around before you spend your money.

The owner, Steve, is a great guy!!! I've taken more than one of my cars to them. I've recommended them to other people. They are reasonable and very helpful, as well as TRUSTWORTHY! Which makes a very big difference to me, especially if you're a woman or someone who doesn't know much about cars.

SCAMMERS... If you want to get robbed go here, paid $875 to get my car started. Steve claimed he fixed it, and it was Guaranteed to run and drive. When the car wouldn't start. I ask Steve to give it a try. He couldn't get it to start. I ask to discuss the work he done on the car. He told me to leave the lot. And if I didn't get the car moved he was going to charge me storage fees or keep it.So, I called the cops. The police asked them to cover towing fees but he refused.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My break line broke and It was an emergency and that's was the only place open and I was really happy with the service and the atmosphere of the place was really good when everything was finished I was happy with the service and I will most definitely take my vehicle back again. I just want to say I was ready for them to charge me a arm and leg since it was an emergency and I was really surprised that they didn't take advantage of the citation and most of all because I was a women and you know the saying woman don't know anything about cars anyway . I give them 5 stars it was a pleasant experience.

This place is the best. Extremely friendly staff and absolutely great price. They replaced all 4 rotors and brakes and and Oil change on my Chrysler 300 for a low and unbeatable low price. I highly recommend this shop and will be my go to shop from now on!
