This Service was spectacular! They are very professional and knowledgeable with cars ! I love that they are honest about what s wrong with your vehicle even though the issue may not be pertaining to the initial accident and they re willing to fix it! My Car looks Amazing thanks to them!!!! Just like New! The Service was Freaky Fast and the work looks correct. They told me that my car would be ready by a certain day, & trust and believe me it was ready! If you re looking for an Auto Body Shop, This is the place to GO ! They take pride in what they do and really Great Care of your vehicle!

Great service. Great work. Convenient. Worked seamlessly with the insurance company so I didn t have to collect any difference in cost. They did all that for me. We had a small hiccup, but they more than made up for it by offering to pay for an Uber and they even personally dropped my car off for me. Nick and Munthe(?) were fantastic to work with!! Highly recommended.

I got into my first accident in my Jeep Wrangler. My front bumper, left fender, and left headlight were smashed. I went to two shops for an estimate and decided to go with the second (Paul Ries & Sons), because of their care and consideration. Upon seeing my car, they immediately told me that the fender was loose and that they had to screw it down. I also told them that I was scared of driving without a headlight, so they replaced the bulb too. All before my appointment date.I dropped my car off to them on a Monday and received updates for my car on Thursday that it would be ready for pickup on the following day.They also helped me set up an appointment with Enterprise and dropped me off to get my rental.Lastly, they helped in my transaction with the other party's insurance for a claims adjustment.I was devastated when I got into the accident, but fortunately Paul Ries & Sons made this process easy and convenient for me.I was in awe when I saw my car. It looks brand new and is restored to the original condition. Also, the inside was cleaned. I dropped it off in a slightly filthy condition, so thank you so much to everyone at Paul Ries & Sons for all that you do!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone here seems friendly. The shop definitely returns the vehicle cleaner than most other businesses have returned my vehicle to me.However, a repair shop's main purpose is to repair your vehicle and return it to you in the same condition it was prior to a collision. In that regard, the Paul Ries location on Grand Ave. did not meet the expectations I had hoped for. Parts were out of alignment and, to this day, my hood is still unevenly installed. When I kept bringing it to the staff's attention, they asked if I wanted to buy a different hood which I cannot afford. The shop's objective was to repair the vehicle within the costs they can coordinate with the insurance company. Additionally, someone had left a plastic bag in my engine compartment, the part that holds the wiper fluid reservoir to the car is missing, and I have 4 warning lights that are blinking which were not active prior to the collision.This shop seems like a nice place if you want to receive almost good work. If you're a person with high standards, this location is not a business I could recommend. Sorry.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Paul Ries & Sons made it easy and fast to get work done on my car! I went through my insurance and they made it fast and friendly! I would recomend it to anyone looking to get work done on their car! Montse who works there is amazing and really communicates whats getting done; shes super nice. 5 out of 5! :)

Nick and his team are amazing to work with. After a recent accident, we called them and they got us in right away. Nick and his team were able to inspect the vehicle, order parts right away and handle everything seamlessly with our insurance company. We appreciate their attention to detail and easy communication. With all the technology and sensors in the car, it always makes things more complicated, but it was no issue for Paul Ries. Our family has been coming to Paul Ries for years now and we absolutely will continue. If you re looking for an honest, knowledgeable and quality team- these guys are for you!

The craftsmanship and professionalism at Paul Ries is fantastic. Will definitely come back for service in the future if needed and I would recommend everyone to check this place out! Went in to get some body work and paint done on my Durango. I was very unsatisfied with the work and customer service they provided. Emblems on my truck were very crooked, and I have Missing emblems that they didn t put. they didn t bother to cover the mats when it was driven and tracked mud all over driver and passenger side. Which now I need to get my truck detailed. I had to keep calling to get updates because they never bothered to call me or text me when I suggested to get updates. I re-setted my last record on highest speed on the dash before taking my truck in and I noticed that they were driving it recklessly at 99mph. I was recommended this shop from a friend. My Nissan Maxima was hit pretty badly on the right side. Bob from the shop explained the work that needed to be done and the eta was about 3 weeks. Work was done in 2 weeks and the car looks like new. I m very happy that I brought it here and will be coming here in the future for all body work. I am a working person who commutes 75 miles a day, to a far suburb without public transportation.When I scheduled my repairs, Paul Ries and Sons indicated they had the parts in question, and assured me tha the repair would take a week.The repair took 8 days. THe pickup time was changed three times. When I came to pick it up, I was 15 minutes early.I then waited another hour in the completely empty shop to get my car. My vehicle was just sitting in the main bay...no one else was even in the main service bay.Apparently the only people working that day was the cleaning lady, the receptionist on the phone with her husband, and a bored manager around the corner from her with his feet up surfing the internet.The bodywork itself: minimally competent. The hood sticks on the side of the quarter panel replacment; in a bright light it is apparent that the paint is not a 100% match to stock. The replaced grille and panel itself haven't fallen off, so there's that I guess.There were fast food wrappers under the passenger seat, and my odometer was eleven miles in advance of where it was when I left it. I hope whoever took it for a cruise to Burger King enjoyed their ride.I ended up losing a day's wages all in dealing with this slop; we carefully made those appointments, and had those expectations set, to avoid losing time and money and to keep my job.This shop supposedly has been in business for a 110 years? Maybe it's time they cash out. Whatever professionalism, work ethic and customer service that kept them afloat through the years have clearly left the building.There have to better options than this in a city this size.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They really took care of me and my car thru the entire claim process. They kept me inform in the progress done in the car with weekly updates. Overall my husband and I left very satisfied with the job. He took extra minor details in consideration. If you are looking for a shop to repair your car or simply under the insurance options pick this shop. I always read reviews and do my research. This shop will not disappoint and they try to go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Had my car stolen and returned in a horrible condition: lining tore off, cigarette-burned seats, all the dents and scratches you could imagine and oh my God Paul Ries & Sons delivered! I got my car back in mint condition. They did a FANTASTIC job!! The staff was wonderful to work with and they were quite fast with getting my car back to me. Highly highly highly recommended!!

They did such a great job on my car. I thought it was going to be totalled. I was very panicked, since I ve never gone through this process before, but they were so helpful! My car was fixed in two days. Looked like nothing happened and was returned clean and with a full tank of gas. They went above and beyond for me. Complimentary towing my car (which was not able to be driven), to their shop. They worked wonderfully with Insurance, and kept me informed of everything! I highly recommend them!

My vehicle had gotten rear ended and it was beyond bad, the trunk wouldn't close and I was destroyed since this was my very first brand-new vehicle... These guys kept me updated with the progress and even sent pictures. My vehicle looks like new, they went far and beyond... Great customer service, the front desk was very helpful. Nick helped me out all the way, these guys treat your vehicle as if it was theirs... I really recommend these guys to do the job. They also use good parts not the cheap kind...

Shout out to Bob for being awesome. These guys are on point with their shop repairs. Definitely would bring any vehicle here for repairs/insurance work. They even finished repairing my vehicle earlier than expected. One of the best experiences I've had with a shop, hands down.

Thank you Paul Ries! So happy with the beautiful repairs. Service was great and done in timely manner. They helped me a lot by giving me updates, working directly with my insurance and setting up rental for me. I had my rental ready at the shop when I dropped my car and I was able to drop off my rental at the shop when I was ready to pick up my car.

Just picked up my car and felt compelled to share the great experience I had with this shop. It started with the timely news that Paul Ries had recently expanded closer to my home which saved me precious time. The estimate was completed in no time and they were actually finished with my car faster than anticipated. They kept me informed on it's progress throughout which made the pick up seamless. The best part was the quality of the repair. I am thrilled to know the newer shop has the same standards as the original!

Nick and his team were outstanding.When I pulled into Paul Ries he made me feel like family right away. He explained what was wrong with my Jeep and what it would take to fix it. Honesty, Integrity, and above all a great person.They communicated very clearly and left me feeling confident. They did all they could to reduce any inconvenience on my part. My car looked incredible when it was done- they really take pride in doing a thorough job and getting it done right.

I've been bringing my business here for a few years now. Excellent mechanics who obviously take pride in their work. They communicate with the customer and Always explain, in detail, the best course of action. Management does a fantastic job of keeping me and all their customers, updated on progress in regards to repairs via phone calls. Its that type of personal touch i look for in a business such as this one. Never any hidden fees or cost , no surprise charges, its all straight forward and up front. The best part is , they will work you financially should the need arise. The best part is , its a family owned business. They are in the community to make money, not take money. As far as I'm concerned, that is a very comforting feeling. Peace of mind. I can go on and on about this place. Thanks nick !Rafy. Jeep wrangler

I had appointment on 03/15/2022 at 2:30pm to bring my vehicle in for body work repairs due to an accident. Brought the vehicle in met with bob he took pictures of the damage and said he would upload the pics with estimate to insurance website. I was going through insurance to get my repairs done. He told me it would take a day or so since updated paperwork was sent over. Told me he was gone keep me updated, didn't hear from him. Kept calling and calling the lady at the front desk kept telling me "oh the estimate will be done today" lying. Didn't know an estimate for repairs take more than a week. Called 3/22/2022 the front desk lady told me the same thing "oh they are still working on the estimate, it should be done by end of day i will give you a call. Never received call. 3/23/2022 insurance company called shop spoke with the front desk lady and said they told her the guy that does estimates was not there so they would have to wait for him to get there. I never heard anything like that which was weird to the insurance lady as well. End up going to another body shop on 3/23/2022 which took 10 minutes for them to do an estimate. I needed an estimate for damage door and fender didn't think it would take over a week for estimate. If they did not want to repair vehicle he could've said that. I've wasted my time while being lied to when my vehicle could have been done already. Maybe because I am a black woman, who knows. I will be contacting BBB because this is ridiculous. I did my part in making sure the insurance company sent over corrected paperwork, which they did. Only thing needed was estimate for repairs that paul ries & sons did not send over. What a complete waste of time.
