This place is great! Alex was super helpful and friendly. This was the fastest service I ve ever had on my vehicle. Pricing was very reasonable. If you re having car problems please bring it here. I will definitely come back if I have any other problems again.

I have been using Pan American Auto for years. As a matter of fact, my entire family takes their vehicles there. The work is excellent and the prices are great! I highly recommend them for all your auto needs! Thanks for the many years of superior quality and service.

Fixed my car quick and stuck to their estimate.I've been using them for years to fix my cars (Volkswagen, Saab, Saturn and Volvo). They first earned my loyalty when they convinced me not to let them perform a repair because for a few hundred more I could just replace the car. Since then I've used them whenever able.Pros:-They're call you to update on progress and discuss any changes-Some staff members are bilingual-Good at finding parts for your car at good prices-They know who's who when it comes to referring you to other services like paintCons-magazines in the waiting room are datedOverall I'll keep coming here

Someone sent me here when I was buying break pads in the AutoZone near by. I was there from 11-2pm. When it finally was my cars rotation. Their prices are fair and customer service is nice for a mechanic. Wasn t able to get my brakes done as they needed more work than anticipated and I no longer had the time as my kids were getting out of school. Come before 8am was the advise.

I have been using this shop since I first came to the USA over 12 years ago. Honest evaluation, they will let you know when you should no longer put money toward repairs and consider purchasing another vehicle. Fast good service and honest people. They respect and know to make customers smile because they take time to make sure your concerns are answered.

I spent $900 for brakes lines and shoes that put pressure on the front lines that should have been replaced too. Therefore creating a major leak in the front. And because I was recommended by a friend; I didn't check the receipt I signed that said service couldn't guarantee the front end of the van. Plus they told me after they guessed but wasn't sure that my engine was going out by burning coolant. I was told by a different mechanic that my coolant lines was rusted and plus he did a complete replacement of brake lines. Yes it was an older import van but the engine was definitely in good shape. Pan Americana doesn't like working on older vehicles and complex jobs. And they will tell you in a heartbeat to get a newer car. Everybody doesn't want a car note. I just was blessedwith finding a good mechanic. And the vehicle is running without any past problems. Do not go to Pan Americana,!

I ve been going to Pan Americana Auto Parts for over 10 years and they never let me down. They do exceptional work and have great prices. It s hard to find mechanics that are both honest and affordable, but the team here are just that. They can handle both foreign and domestic vehicles so whenever anyone asks me for a great auto repair shop, I send them here.

Panamerican has great customer service and prices.The team is very knowledgeable and honest.So happy I was referred to them and now I'm giving everyone their phone number to make an appointment before you go to the dealer and pay twice as much.Thanks Panamerican!!!

They are fast, the prices are fair and they do a great job fixing any car! Old or new! I like that they are honest about what your car really needs and don't rip you off! Besides the dealer, Panamerican is the only car repair shop I go to.

Pan American Automotive has consistently done outstanding, reliable and well priced work on our cars. Given up on dealers and more publicized shops with shoddy incomplete repairs. Owners are courteous, respectful and timely. Feel very comfortable relying on their workmanship.

I been bringing my cars here for years, they are informative ,they don't try to drain your pockets, in fact they have helped me save money by telling how I can do different things to reduce how much I will pay and if they can't do it they will tell you!

I had the best and easiest service experience. Javier ordered my passenger side view mirror, called me in days that it arrived and I came in the same day. It took less than an hour for installation on a Saturday. Dealership wanted $880. Another shop wanted $490. Panamerica Auto Body charged $178 for the same mirror and installation.

My experience at Panamerican has been nothing but positive. The work is very professional and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. If you have any questions/issues with car parts, this is definitely the place to come!

The staff is extremely, professional, and technically, knowledgeable. In addition, I so, appreciate their patience with all customers , irrespective of theindividual s familiarity with automobiles , being a female; I certainly appreciate this type of customer, service . I m a Native Chicagoan , and I only use Panamerican Auto Parts and Repairs. Love You Guys !

Whenever something goes wrong with my car, I go to Pan Americana. Buddy, the owner, is a God-fearing man and always a joy to encounter--even when it's because something is wrong with my car. He is courteous, fair and dedicated to making sure the work is done well. Furthermore, they don't try to rip off women because they think they don't know anything about cars!!! That's why I keep coming back! From the front desk to the shop, there is a committment to excellence at Pan Americana!

THEY BEEN TAKING MY CAR APART AND PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER SINCE I'VE HAD IT AND THEY'RE NOT DONE YET LOL HOWEVER I'M PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE NO PHOTOS BECAUSE IT WAS ALL SUSPENSION WORK BUT THEY REPLACED MY BEARINGS AND MY BRAKES THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB AND THEY DON'T HAVE MY CAR FOR WEEKS NOR FOR DAYS DEPENDING ON ME LOL I TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR

Warning; I took my car there for a repair and the owner of the shop told me that his mechanics trouble shooted the vehicle and said, " the vehicle has to many problems not worth fixing, better off getting rid of it". However, I did not believe him, it drove perfectly before the problem, I then replaced one part told to me by an expert, the car is now running like new. At first, I spoke to one of the mechanics at Panamericana when asked; Do you know anything about cars? His reply was "No, I just work here". I then said to him, "then why do you wear their uniform.

I've been going here for years & so does my mother. These guys are excellent, fast & honest. When you go to a mechanic shop & get ripped off & you're wondering where you should've went, the answer is Pan americana. The fact that I continue to go back, tells you all you need to know.

I am an automotive tech and I send people here when I am overwhelmed. Good service and very low shop rate compared to other shops. Try here before you take your vehicle to the overpriced stealership.

I had a engine light come on got it checked found out I had an oil leak came to pan America for the repairs they said it would be $820 I said ok got my car back 2 days later no engine light thought it was ok that was In April in September my engin light came on again and I got it checked out found out it was another oil leak we looked at it found out the charged me $820 for tape the put some kind of mesh tape over the leak and the warranty for the repairs were only for 90 days I have photos and my recipte I am a real customer don't go here they do not do good work and the warranty for large jobs is way to short a time

TOOK MY CAR HERE TO GET LOOKED AT WEEK AGO & WAS TOLD I NEEDED A PART FOR THE BELT. SO MY BF ORDERED THE PART BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE ORDERED THE WRONG PART WHICH WE FOUND OUT WHEN WE BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TODAY TO GET THE WORK DONE. WE TALKED TO A GUY NAMED ALEX HE WAS VERY RUDE!!! MY BF WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT A CERTAIN PART WAS SO HE DIDNT GET THE WRONG PART AGAIN . & THIS GUY ALEX AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GIVING US ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON!!! IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE THE CORRECT WAY MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT BE AT THE FRONT DESK OF A AUTO SHOP BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL ASK QUESTIONS WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CAR UNTIL THEY UNDERSTAND!! THAT GUY ALEX WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR MAKE ME NOT WANT TO DO ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! EVEN THE LADY WHO WAS BEHIND US IN LINE SAID HE IS ALWAYS RUDE!! AFTER THIS I WONT BE BRINGING MY CAR BACK HERE!!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ! Took my car there didn't tell me what wrong with it instead they told me they couldn't do anything and to take to a dealer ! Then why you call ur self mechanic if y'all can't even do the job !!

I ve found my NEW BEST FRIEND been looking for a shop that I can TRUST and don t have to worry about be cheated or tricked this is a GREAT SHOP took my gl450 in not knowing what to expect but this is by far one of the best experience I ve had dealing with an automotive shops they were so professional and did great work at a reasonable price!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
