I recently experienced a catalytic converter theft and was referred to Paisano Mufflers and Service. Juan provided the best service hands down. He was communicative, followed through on his word, and repaired my car in a snap. The shop is small but the service is HUGE!!!!! They have great mechanics who are knowledgeable and work on your car like its there own. They get a lot of business because they keep it real.

I have been going to Paisano for years and always was excellent services. Fast and friendly!Very reasonable and as a woman they did not try to over charge or steer me in wrong direction told me what I needed and did not add any extra unnecessary parts. Amazing shop with some very knowledgeable people! I love coming here and the turn over rate is FAST. Car was right back with me for some breaks in 2 hours! That's amazing!! And on a weekend!!! They have a female in there too who works the front desk and can work on cars! Pretty hot if you ask me. And Juan is awesome and gave me free advice and helped me so much. I love it here. I like what they did with the place. 10/10 recommended for services !!!!

Engine light came on before I had to take my admission test , so I took it into paisano and I was well over impressed. The front desk guy made me feel like a friend and the mechanic explained everything down to detail. I drove 40 mins just to get my car worked here and here only . Great customer service. Although they are very busy, they were able to take care of me incredibly quickly and efficiently for a good amount of work to be done on my car. Brought in my old Rusty Ford Ranger and they have been able to help me get it back on the road. Drum brakes and front end suspension updates. They are helpful and friendly. These guys have been very good to me. Carlos the manager is a very, very nice guy. I need a pretty good amount of work done tomorrow. But my car is older and based on my last couple of repairs they've done for me here, it's always been a positive experience. He also tries to get you in asap.2019I have had nothing but awesome service here the past few years. They are always so nice, so thorough, so fair, so helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Can't beat the prices and the quality work and friendly service. They are THE BEST 3/5/20

They repaired my exhaust, fixed the flex pipe and muffler. I had estimates from other repair shops and Paisanos was a better price. They charged me almost $150.00 less than the lowest estimate. They were very professional and explained all the work to me. I went there years ago when it was under different management. I will go back and refer my friends.Service: Exhaust

If zero stars were an option that would definitely be my rate. I asked them for a trans line and they couldn't fix it. They made various excuses on parts. I had them do the muffler and requested the pipes a specific way and they decided to run them straight back without my consent. Never did they give me a call to explain the changes they made; they took it upon themselves to do the muffler the way they wanted to. After paying for service, they decide to tell me that one of my lower control lines were loose. Which I find ridiculous because I examined my vehicle before leaving it to be serviced and no other problems were present. This place penny pinches bringing up other "issues" to hustling me out of more money than agreed. Horrible serviceServices: Exhaust, Transmission repair, Brakes

The owners cleaned house, they have new management I stopped going there early last year had issues with the previous Mgr. Let's just say my car was lost and I found it across the street at just tires. I had a complete Exhaust put on my 2001 Ford expedition with engine work at aztecas. Close to 4k My engine light was still on went back twice all they did was clear the code. It failed the emissions test 3x I went back to paisanos dec of 2021 and met Juan the new mechanic, and company he diagnosed the problem I was shocked finally someone that knows what there doing. He fixed my expedition that truck runs better then when I first bought it. It finally passed my emissions test yessss I Brought two other jeeps to get fixed in late Dec and brakes all around on my 300. To the owners don't let this guy go! Finally a shop I can come back to that know what there doing. Thank you Juan, Stephanie and Jason I think was his name. I been going to paisanos for over 8yrs. Awful experiance. Lost a customer. Made several appointments. Each time i come in I waited over 30 minutes just to be told to come back later or another day. Parts that were needed that he said came in were never ordered. 3 weeks of being back and forth with the shop for a simple axle back job just to be ignored and told to come back later or some other day. Took my car to a different shop and was in and out. Should of have read the reviews. Lesson learned

I took my Nissan Maxima here for exhaust work and left Paisano s impressed. I didn t leave feeling cheated or concerned about the work performed. Great place and cool people! Sometimes the negative comments that you read before going to an establishment doesn t always tell the whole truth.

I received EXCELLENT service. I had to have both my engine and my transmission replaced. Carlos worked with me to get the most out of my budget. Plus, he didn't charge me for some of the additional work that became necessary, in the process. He was MORE than fair; he was generous. I live over thirty minutes away from his shop, and I pass several auto repair centers on my way there. But going to Paisano is worth it!

I've been going to this paisano muffler shop going on 2 -3 yrs, the prices are very competitive & the work is beyond reproach. In short the guys over there do a great job! Thanks guys. Especially Carlos ( the boss man) the guy couldn't be more patient & honest to boot! Keep up the good work!

If I can give them zero stars i would. All they do is lie so they can have your car there waiting so they can get your money. Over price for my brakes and rotors. They put cheap brakes on. Couple days pass and the Squeaking nosie loud then before I toke it. Toke it back and all they did was put better brakes on the front and the squeaking is still in the back. Never going back

Honest review of a brake job on my Camaro.They were able to get a stubborn lug nut off that other places could not. They also got me a quick quote of pricing of work. They keep it clean and straight forward. They replaced the brake caliper, rotor, and pads for the rear passenger tire in about an hour.The only time I had to wait was for the part.First time going their and they were great.I will easily be going back for exhaust work.Again this is an honest review. They are recommend by the local advanced auto parts store and the Local Just Tires, tire shop.Thanks again!

UPDATE: I was able to get this issue resolved. This shop has a new lead mechanic (Jonathan) and supervisor (Rey) who helped process a fair resolution. They have work to do, but they can get it done.On Thursday, June 24th, I took my SUV to this auto repair shop/Paisano Mufflers and Brakes. I have taken various vehicles to them over the years, I'm not a new customer. The following week they told us it would cost $2100 to repair the car, and that they'll have it ready in 2 weeks.Fast forward to July 25th, yes a month later, I paid the $2100 and picked up my car, only to find that I needed to return it the following day because it was doing the EXACT same thing it was doing when I took it to them.Service: Engine repair

Always take my car here usually very happy not today. Left my car at 8:00 am had the car for two hours and then left and realized all the llugnuts on my wheels were loose not put back on correctly and they refused to fix it today. So I can drive around and have the wheels fall off.

Very disappointed. Took my car in for a low idle and stall, and some exhaust and transmission work. It spent a whole month just sitting there. Would have no clue what was going on unless i called them and everytime given the same excuse as to why they havent looked at it yet. After a month i went to pick it up and drop it off to another shop. Within 7 hours that shop had already diagnosed the low idle and stall issue and had given me a total for the exhaust and transmission work. This shop had me waste a whole month for nothing. 0/10

Seriously they don't even deserve star. A friend took his car here with a problem they claim to fix it $400. Two days later problem back he went back another $300 .He picked it up noticed it wasn't running right claim to be something they didn't do but fixed it. Four days later here he thought original problem was fixed. NOT he broke down on way taking back to Paisano's. Had to get it towed out another $175 then they pull it in garage after 15 minutes said something else was wrong at this point they want a grand to fix it.Now at this point my friend has spent almost $2000. On repairs in a weeks time last I heard was not good news. He told me he didn't want to talk about it .So if you want to give your money away to inexperienced mechanics who should stick to some thing simple like installing mufflers!!!Beware of this place.

Excellent service if I could give more starts I would. I'm new in this he area and didn't know any good mechanic shops so I pass by this place on my way to work everyday. I just bought new tires for my SUV and noticed my steering wheel was going to the left & was making weird noises so I stoped by and I was greeted right away by Carlos in the office he was very nice & attentive. I told him my car not working like normal and right away they took my car & lift it up in the shop and quickly told me what was wrong. He took me in & actually showed me along with the mechanic Javier the pieces it needed was a ball joint and a sway bar and wheel alignment I'm so happy I whent here. They have excellent service & nice prices for parts and labor and I am a happy girl now that my car is running great & definitely will recommend this place to all my family & friends. Thankyou again Carlos I will definitely be coming back.
