These guys are very reasonable. They seem to take pride in their work and they take care of those that came first in line. Very reasonable with tire fixes and such and very timely. Prices are definitely good. I go to them since they are close and they will give me a time frame over the phone

Use this place at your own risk, THEY ARE THIEVES!! I had 4 tires replaced here, while they were working on my rims, I noticed them touching the sensor but I thought it was normal procedure. The next day my sensor light went on, I brought it back and they said they not responsible for the light going on. Long story short - I went to Cassidy Tires and they showed me the tire with THE MISSING SENSOR!! --- THEY MIGHT BE CHEAP BUT THEY ARE THIEVES!! I PAID THE PRICE TO GET ROBBED!!! PINCHES RATEROS!!!!

The guy put 45 psi on my tire........... finished job looked sloopy and pretty sure not balanced correctly.

I needed a tire. Actually wanted 2 but my size tire is small so it s hard to find. He had one! In and out. Quick. He s super nice. I love supporting used tired repair shops. It s close to my house so it was convenient. $! Not $$$. I ll update ifAnything wrong with my tire. Today is 7/8/21.

My sister and I came in with a flat tire and missing the locking lug nut adapter for her Jaguar, so we couldn t change it ourselves. We live states away and needed help. Went to Pacheco s where he broke off the locking nut, had the exact same tire for us as a replacement, and stayed to do it on a holiday weekend when he was getting ready to go home for dinner. Very reasonably priced. They only take cash so make sure you have enough with you to cover the cost and give a generous tip. Lovely to work with and very kind. Made the the flat tire on top of our vacation from hell just a little bit better.

Very good service. Great negotiator if you are having financial difficulties. Very reasonable prices to start off with. I have five cars in our family and we all get service here. They never let me down. Would recommend to friends and family. Basically a small Mom and Pop Shop and while you're there you can maybe say hello to Pacheco because he's always there and available for a little Chit Chat.

These guys are some of the most hard working, professional guys I have dealt with. I've been going to them for years with all things tire related. Super courteous and will get you in and out as fast as possible, not to mention the great prices they offer for tire repairs and mounting/rebalancing of tires. If you need tire work done, I highly recommend coming here.

Great service.fast....but 20 dollars for a plug..you can buy a kit for 20.getting pricey.might not go there next time .more shops closer to me in Burbank.

Tried to call the place on an estimate for a used tire and no response. Got to the place and the worker continuously walked past us as if we weren t there until we had said something. We asked how much a used tire would cost for our car & he dismissed us with you have to wait till I m done with the next person then in front of us indirectly shouted to the person it ll take 45 minutes . Customer service is key. The worker could ve easily let us know how long it would take and as much as acknowledge us when we were there. Wouldn t recommend here.

Open late, close what ever time they way, make up ur mind, horrible personal training, personal armor even capable to take care of a 24 in rim no way that s a tire shop

They get the job done quickly and it isn't expensive. I've gone here several times and a older gentleman always helps me. Customer service can be better, meaning they are all very quiet workers however they are good at their jobs. So five stars.

I used to come here whenever I needed a tire repaired or replaced and i would always recommend this place because they re efficient, affordable, and super professional. Today though, I woke up to a flat tire and decided I would just replace it. I came here thinking it would be like before, I even checked their hours to make sure they were open since it s Sunday and it said 5pm. I called to make sure and it went straight to voicemail. I arrive at 2:56 and a man comes out and rudely says we close at three. while holding up three fingers. I step out of my car and asked if the could please help me, I even offered to pay more since all I needed was to purchase a tire. He kept telling me No that they re closed. I asked if they knew of anywhere else I could go because I can t just drive around on a spare. Another man there said no. We don t know anywhere else. And if there was somewhere else, they probably close at 3 as well because it s Sunday and everywhere closes early, even stores. Plus we re tired now. I thanked them for their time and the second gentleman tells me we re here tomorrow if you want to come back, we open at so-so time, since nowhere else is going to be open for you. My goal was to have a new tire today because I work during the week. After some research, I found a tire repair that is open until SEVEN on a SUNDAY. Needless to say, I will no longer be coming back here, which is a shame because like I said, I used to come here before and they were much better. Maybe update your online hours? Or put a working number that doesn t go straight to voicemail?

Service is okay it was kind of quick 25 minutes for a tire repair my complaint with them is their pricing with certain customers their pricing is higher then others I went in they charged me $14 for tire patch the lady next to me they charged her $9 I sent a friend there to get his tire fixed they charged him $20. What they have to understand is consistency is just as valuable as quality...

Friend needed to replace a tire that had a broken belt on it and bought a used tire in fair to good condition very reasonably. Also had the tire put on a rim he had in the trunk. Anyway, he ended up with a safe tire on the car, a safe spare in the trunk AND still had money left in his pocket! Pacheco's tires sure made a great impression and earned a customer for life! And service was SPEEDY, EMPLOYEE WAS COURTEOUS!

Staff was very nice. Had a slow leaking tire, they found it right away. Not only did they patch it, they took the tire off and cleaned the rim as well. In and out very quickly and prices are great.

I've been here a total of about 5x so far and everytime I go I get nothing but quality service. They're quick and efficient but most of all they are very well priced. They are a local shop looking out for the well being of their customers to build clientele. There's a Goodyear and Firestone not too far from here but they either say they can't fix your tire even with the warranty on it or try to sell you a new tire. I bring my daily and my sports car. Theres a reason why the ratings are so high. Overall highly recommended and should I need additional services, I'll definitely be coming back!! =D

I was very pleased with the service, everyone there was really nice. I had Luis help me and he had fixed my tire and added sealant to my rim in 15 mintues. I had gone earlier to another tire shop and paid $22 for a sealant on the rim and turns out they never fixed the problem. I went to Pacheco's and was charged half of that and got the tire fixed in no time. Definitely going back if I have any more tire issues.

I liked the fact they are opened on Sunday!They were busy. I would prefer if they had gone to me and said how many were ahead of me.I had not realized they had people waiting across the street. Other then that great, $15 for a tire patch.

This was my first time using Pacheco Tire Repair and I was very happy with the work that was done. Alfredo is the employee that worked on my tire and he was very helpful. I will definitely return here again when the need arises. They are very professional and reasonably priced also.

This was my go to tire shop for over 15 years. 3 weeks ago I went in to get a tire patched. And as I was walking around the inside of the shop I found sharpened screws on the ground by the garage doors. Today I went in to get another tire fixed and the guy started to bang the socket into the lug nuts. Once he took the tire off I checked my lug nuts and they were stripped. All my lug nuts were fine before going in. I asked dude why did he do that? So they gave me an attitude saying they were like that already. They wanted me to purchase new lug nuts I refused. So they just put the tire back on saying that they were not going to fix it. Told me there was another tire shop down the street. Won t be going back anymore. I ll rather give my money to someone else that s not going to treat customers bad. They don t even deserve a star

Horrible service, my husband and I came here have our spare tire fixed and all 10 employees acted as if we were non existent, my husband had kind of a hard time to getting the tire out of the trunk and no help was offered even after we asked, about 3 other cars came and went all the while we went unnoticed until we decided to call it quits take our business elsewhere. This place doesn t seem like a business place at all, more of a hangout spot. Terrible customer service and I will never recommend this business nor will I ever return here .

This place has crooked employees. I've had two bad experiences here already and I've only been the twice. Never going back again! They didn't ask if my car tires had pressure sensors and they dunked my flat tire in water, completely ruining the sensor. When I told them about it, they didn't even apologize. I found out later that they sell sensors. Not surprised!

After starting my day with a car that was literally on the rim, I was able to get the spare on it & make my way here based on reviews and location. Glad I went because I had a guy named Luis help me out. Found the issue right away, showed me exactly what needed to be fixed & since I've had numerous tire issues before & I have my kids always in my car so I decided to get every tire checked out for issues & leaks, got everything fixed and checked for less than $30. Can't go wrong with the piece of mind knowing all 4 tires are good and no leaks. Very honest. They could have easily lied that another 1 or 2 more tires needed fixing too but he was honest & said no leaks in other 3 tires. Highly recommended!

In the south side and need a tire repaired or replaced? Don't overlook these guys. Accommodating to what I wanted and made it happen. Tire was leaking, he offered a proper patch(from the inside) or had a used one with some additional tread on it compared to my replaced one. Two thumbs up, reasonably priced.
