Terrible experience. Following an accident, I chose this shop due to their great reviews. My car took 6 months to repair, mostly due to the owner Luke feuding with my janky car insurance. BUT despite what insurance I have it is the shops job to repair the car to the best of their ability considering the fact that the insurance cashed them out 8K! Place barely answers phone calls and emails so I had to drive up there many times just for an update. They gave my car back with improper repairs, so my car is at another shop that is fixing their mistakes. Exterior repairs look nice but repairs under the hood/bumper/grille was concluded as improper/incomplete. They lied many times about sending invoices to the insurance which makes me believes they were trying to get extra money from the insurance with I COULD CARE less about but don't prolong my car repairs. They have terrible communication. Only called me once in 6 months with an update. I'd have to call a million times to reach someone! Owner can be rude at times and I always remained nice and respectful despite how long it took. Do not waste your time here like I did!!!

Highly recommend coming here! The best of the best! Luke is not only extremely knowledgeable but very honest. Don t pass P&H up if you re in need of help with your car.

I've always had great experiences with the body work at P&H, and now I have experienced great service with a purchase of a car.Luke's inventory of used cars is small but he's selective in what he offers. The 2015 Mazda I bought was a great value, clean and Luke made the purchase and paperwork easy.Browse his inventory every so often so when you or a friend need a car, you know where to go.

Amazing work! Luke left the car better than he found it and saved us money by fixing parts good as new that otherwise would have needed to be ordered at much higher cost. He even detailed it. Can't say enough about their great work and service. Thanks very much Luke and P&H team!

Incredible experience and fantastic work done on my 2021 Colorado. The shop was fast and my truck looks brand new after repairs. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back if the time comes!

My car was severely crashed it looked like someone took a bite out of my car. I didn t know what to expect when dropping my car off here, or if it was even gonna look as good as it did before. These guys fixed my car quickly especially because they knew how much I needed my car to get to school, work, etc. my car looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it! I just picked up my 1994 Miata from Luke's shop and it looks like a brand new car! WOW, what a fantastic job Luke and his team did! Luke suggested buffing the car instead of painting it, and honestly it looks like a new paint job. He also painted the rims which look fabulous! I can t say enough nice stuff! Luke was amazing, I mean seriously what a nice guy! My car was hit pretty bad from behind while parked. Luke took care of everything single thing from picking my Jeep up and dealing with insurance and my car looks gorgeous, the work is outstanding and also they detailed it. The quote on repair time was realistic and honest. You can t tell it was hit even a little bit . The new paint matches perfectly and it s driving very nice. P and H made a rough situation so much less stressful for me. They really do treat you like family. They even let me barrow a loaner and this was hugely helpful to me. I really am extremely greatfull to them and I love that they are a neighborhood family business. Seriously thank you to everyone at P and H :)Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I had my Highlander for just about two months when I foolishly tried to fit in a narrow spot in a parking garage. A barrier in the garage scraped up most of the passenger side of my car. I went to P&H at the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did! The work was performed perfectly, and completed faster than predicted! Bad customer service !!! They never answer the phone and had to Take my car 4 times because of lights not working,wrong bumper and the coolant leaked. They have excuses for everything THEY TREAT YOU BASED ON YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER. Always blaming them the guy running the business should stop talking about his personal car (Porche) and focused more on customer carsService: Painting

I had my vehicle repaired by P&H Auto Body as a referral from someone and I must say I am quite impressed and absolutely love the work. Car looks like it just left the showroom floor. The Quality of workmanship here shows thru precision and skill. Although I was a bit anxious when the parts were delayed because its use is more for business than a personal vehicle but had to realize supply chain issues exist since CoVid and the repair facility is not to blame for delays and such especially with most parts coming from overseas but despite that Luke does not disappoint. They provide a service that is unlike any other in the business. No other repair facility I could go to that would say 'Hey your parts are delayed but until we can get the work done we got a loaner you can use in the meantime'. That simple act alone shows a caring nature and genuine concern for others and went well above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks guys Im happy to have done business with you.

P & H has worked on two of my cars within the last 2 years. Excellent body work done by a father & son owned business. They are very honest and do the job right the first time and at a fair cost. I trust them fully do what is best for my cars and me. No B.S. involved, just honest work done by a honorable family.Last week brought in my son's car for what I thought was going to be extensive and expensive but P&H did what was only necessary and saved me time and money. Had such a great experience with P&H Auto. I was side swiped and they worked fully with me and insurance to get the work I needed done. I had a different color mirror from a previous incident and they were kind enough to repaint it to match for free for me. They were so responsive and would call to keep me posted on timeline and rental car availability. I had a great experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Like father like son!!! I m a long time customer from way back when , when Luke s dad ran the shop. His work ethic is by far one of the most customer focused establishments I have experienced!!! I traveled from Naperville to have some body work done to my 2019 Chevy Silverado! Luke was so accommodating during the entire experience! He made my truck look new again by repairing a dent and some nasty scratches! I was so impressed with the completed job and would recommend any one to bring their vehicle into this shop! I was in a bad accident and I thought my car was totaled. I spoke with Luke and was super impressed by the Professionalism and Quality of work I received at P & H auto. My Car looks like new! I received a great value and was loaned a rental car while waiting for my suv to be repaired. Now when ever I need work done I know where to turn. Luke is honest and hard working. I will recommend P & H to everyone.

Luke at P&H took fantastic care of our car. We needed to replace the bumper/rear light on our Subaru and he did so beautifully and within a couple of days. This was my very first experience at P&H auto body shop and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and the attention to details. I took my car in to have my bumper repaired after an accident and I have to say that the work that was done was far beyond exceptional. Luke truly is a godsend! I was involved in a fender bender and my back bumper was bent and a bit off its hinges. Luke was able to fit me in and gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. My car is back on the road looking great. He even offered to assist in fixing little tlc on the front of my car at no cost. Would absolutely recommend especially to the female gender as you know it can be daunting going to a mechanic and feeling like you're about to be swindled but i never felt this way and would suggest any friends o family who asks to go here. just call and book your appointment you won't regret!Service: Body & Trim

I was not happy with the end result of my car. I was in an accident. I foundtheir number on the website and they had good reviews. I decided to use them. They quoted me 6 grand and told me I wouldn't find a cheaper place. I trusted them. I gave them a deposit and they said it would take 4 weeks. I call back in 3 and they haven't even looked at my car. They kept telling me they would call me back and never did. They gave me thr car back 3 more Weeks later and thr bumber was not aligned, the front wasn't buffed out and they didnt even detail it. Two weeks later I discovered my radiator wasn't connected and I had no fluid. There was also some type of connector that I still don't know ow where it plugs into.
