Having only had our food truck for a short period it was just a matter of time before repairs were necessary. Having found Ozzy just by random turned out to be the best coincidence possible. Ozzy and his crew were meticulous, professional and fair with pricing. The truck now runs better than it ever had before and Ozzy will be my go to guy from no on with all my truck needs! Definitely recommend.

This guy is a liar and cheat want own up to bad diagnoses doesnt have proper diagnoses equipment will over charge u and fix something that doesn t need fixing just to earn money off u a scam and fraud i will be sueing and reporting to the better business his word cost me over 2000$ and truck original problem was grounding of the battery cable connected to the body of the vehicle maybe 150$ fix on the high end cost me over 2000$ parts and fraud labor

Ozzy replaced a bad hydraulic pump and electric malfunctions so I could get my dump truck in working order fast and efficiently. He also tuned up my Tow along compressor and got that working like it was new again. If you re looking for someone who can get your diesel vehicles/machinery in working order fast, great prices and with great communication Ozzy is the guy. One of the most reliable and trustworthy shop that there could be. We bought a truck in Chicago and needed a service. The truck was left there by a third company. I communicated with Ozzy and gave me the best possible service there could be. Keep in mind that we only communicated with him via phone. He was always honest and gave me the best offers possible in order for me to get the truck to California in order to get it to work. Recommend 100%. Best choice in the Chicago area and surroundings.

We had a road service call with Ozzy, 2-3 miles from his shop, we needed him to change a blown air line for one of my drivers$600, shows up after 5 hr, insisted on Zelle payment.Overall good guy but I would call someone else next time.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

5 star Service from Customer Relations to Mechanical Related Issues. I highly recommend Ozzy's Truck Repair from A-to-Z on all your Heavy Duty Truck needs. Had a radiator replaced and I was notified about several other issues and had it all done right the 1st time for a very reasonable price by Ozzy's Truck repair. We are very impressed with Ozzy and his staff. We dropped off our RV with them for a couple of days to give her a good check up and oil change. Ozzy could have "found" things to fix on our 2004 RV but instead, he gave it a gold star and even said that the oil was still good. He didn't charge us anything for the service either. This level of integrity is rare to find these days. I would highly recommend this company!

Ozzy truck repair shop was amazing. My diesel froze up on me I called 5 different shop Ozzy was the first to answer and come to the rescue. He fixed my truck in -7 degree weather with no problem. I am great full that I came across Ozzy truck repair. Definitely recommend if you break down in Chicago land. One more thing very quick on coming out I only waited 30 minutes. Thank you so much!!!!

Was very easy to work with and quick to get the job done. We were stranded in the city with our vehicle broke down and they worked to get the parts we needed and fix our bus fast. Ozzy even walked me through some maintenance items that I could take care of myself. I would highly recommend this shop. His price was very reasonable too.

I had dead battery I called them to jump my truck the guy came started to much my truck so now I have dead battery +broken starter +250$ paid for the road service

I own a diesel short school bus that I brought to Ozzy based on the reviews and I'm so glad I did. He took it in on short notice when my brakes went out. He was very professional and offered me options knowing it would be expensive to do all of the work I needed done. It drives like a dream now and I feel confident knowing it will be safe. I'll definitely be back to see Ozzy the next time I need work done!

I'm an RV owner. I can honestly say Ozzy does amazing work at an extremely good price. He's also kind and wants to see you and your vehicle roll off working well. Fast and honest service, he was straight forward about everything. Really can't say enough good things. If you have an RV in the Chicagoland area there is nowhere else to go. This place is the best!

Ozzy was super helpful when my truck broke down in the Chicago area. He and his crew helped transfer my cargo to a separate truck so I could make my stop on time. Meanwhile he got the truck fixed back in Chicago. Thanks Ozzy!

We had an incident which required some help with our trailer. Ozzy Truck Repair went out and did exactly what we asked and then followed our truck to the shipper's place and helped us there as well. Did not gouge us on the price of the services rendered. Ozzy was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend using Ozzy's Truck Repair Shop Road Service.

I bought a 1995 Ford E350. Of course it needed some engine work. Ozzy was so much help. He was professional and he walks you through everything that is wrong. He will try to find the best price for parts.I highly recommend using his services.

These guys were great from the first phone call to their arrival roadside. We needed help with our charter bus and they got us taken care of in no time. Professional, timely, and cost effective. These guys are nothing short of amazing. Absolutely great company. When I called them they arrived within 1 hr, all while updating on how far till they get to me. They immediately, new what was wrong with my truck and waited for me to go get the part and return, this way, I could pay less. They had me running in 2 hrs. Will definitely be using them again.

I had problems with the starter and Ozzy was the only one who came on the road call service. Everything lasted 2 hours from the time he left his shop and the time he left the place were I was parked. A really fair price and a good job on the repair. Thank you Ozzy.

Great, professional and honest work from these guys. I recently took my newly bought Ford F2 50 super duty to their shop due to some squeaking noises from the wheels. After a quick assessment, on a test drive, they figure out the issue and fix the problem on the spot, And gave me a good tips to maintain my truck.
