These guys are nothing short of FANTASTIC! Ahmet, the owner, is kind and honest. One of the hardest things to do is to trust a mechanic. I was a bit apprehensive when I dropped off my car to have them diagnose an issue that another mechanic couldn't find. I knew a dealer would cost me a couple of thousand dollars and I just wasn't prepared to pay that much.They took the time to identify the issue, researched options to repair (electrical related) and gave me a fair price for repair. That, and details along the way made me feel very comfortable with their service. I'll definitely be going back to Ozco for all of my car repairs!

This is a great place to take your car. The boss Ahmet is the nicest mechanic I have ever met. He is a very down-to-earth kinda guy, and this place has a great history behind it.I've taken my car here on two separate occasions. The first was for an emissions test I failed with the state of Illinois. They not only fixed it, but also took it to the emissions facility for me to pass the test. I was so impressed with the service I took my car here for a broken wheel barring I had. They once again fixed it quickly, and also fixed a perpetually squeaky belt for me at no extra charge.The prices here are very fair, and they've never tried to scare me into fixing something else with my car. What you'll pay here is definitely cheaper than any auto chain center or dealership. I won't be going to any other mechanic now that I've found Ozco.

My car was rejected to pass the emission test after I took it twice to the same place to fix it but they couldn't figure it out because my engine light kept turning on. Then I took it to Ahmet, he was really helpful and kind. You can tell the how honest he is. He fixed my car and I passed the emission the test. Highly recommend this place.

Avoid this mechanic shop. They misrepresented what was wrong after I told them I did not want to pour money into an older car only to tell me about worse problems once they had already completed less expensive work. They also replaced my brakes in June 2019 and by October 2020 the brake rotars, calipers and pads are non functional with less than 8,000 miles driven since the brakes replaced. I have never written a negative review but I believe this shop took advantage of me and was incompetent and dishonest.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Great service! I ve taken my aging car here many times. Everytime I pick up my car it it drives like new. They go over all the details of what they fixed and what needs to be looked at in the future without pressuring you to get more repairs. All for a decent price. Would definitely recommend this mechanic to friends.

The shop itself is awesome, the guys there are very friendly, respectful and very professional....Mr. Louis...one of the mechanic there goes beyond his duties to make you feels so comfortable ....ask for him next time you stop by there ..

Had a flat tire. When I arrived, I prepared for a wait as they seemed very busy; however, I was in and out inside of 20 minutes. They didn't try to over-complicate my visit. They fixed what was wrong and I was on my way, and they did it for a very agreeable price. Highly recommended.

I took my 2008 Buick Lacrosse 3.8L V6 3800 Series III here back in September of 2017. If you know anything about the 3800 series III, You know that they have a major design flaw: plastic collant elbows. If this plastic piece breaks, it is a catastrophic failure for your engine. Your engine will spew all of its coolant inside the engine block and especially thr serpentine belt. Please bear in mind, that you cannot drive far, nor fast when you have this issue. This is a mechanics dream come true! An issue that has to be resokved, otherwise the vehicle is useless.These coolant elbows are located under the alternator, and require taking a part some components of the engine (alternator & Serpentine belt)I took the Buick here because of the amazing reviews for an honest mechanic that has competitive pricing.After taking the Buick here, he quoted me $500 for the repair, and that he wasn't sure if this repair will fix the issue, so there will most likely be more parts and labor required after the initial $500 (Red Flag).Obviously, I needed to have the repair made, but I could not afford the $500 price tag. I did some searching on youtube, and found several DIY videos on how to replace the coolant elbow for the 3800 Series III.I took the buick to another mechanic for a second opinion. Ozco wanted my business and tried to talk me down to $350 for the repair (2nd Red Flag). My second opinion was quoted for $320 to make the repair. (3 hours of labor + parts)After some contemplation, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I took the buick home, spent $10 on metal coolant elbows at the local Autozone, and was able to make the repair myself in less than 2 hours (albeit, if I had not had the help of Youtube, I would not have been able to make the repair myself.)To quote another reviewer: "A mechanic is like a Gladiator. If they smell an ounce of fear on you, they will gouge you for ever penny they can."I wanted to trust OZCO with all of the terrific reviews, but after the initial quote of $500, and what only cost me $10 and an hour and a half of my time, I cannot willingly come back here.

This is definitely not the place to go to if you know about cars if u got a little bit of experience then dnt go here cus they try to take advantage of ppl if u dnt know anything bout cars. Like I got my car fixed here not so long ago I replaced the cat converter yet after the mechanic installed my mechanic he said I was gonna have to come back the next day because theres some other sensors wrong with it yet my car wasn't marking anything. Anyways it's been two weeks since he replaced it I already went thru a whole cycle of oil and no check engine light on. So he was tryna RIP me off telling me to leave the car to him over night and he will fix it. Now I got a hole on my exhaust right by where he installed it. How is that posible that I got a whole right by where he fixed it. Please stop rippin ppl off.I went back and they fixed the problem at least it wasnt any hassle

I live nearby and come here all the time. Everyone I've met has been really friendly and transparent. I took my car before going on a trip, and asked for a service I didn't really know about. Ahmet politely helped me figure out what I needed, and charged me a price I consider better than fair. Will definitely return!

Great quality and service! Mechanics are not only changing oil but they also did multiple points of safety inspections. Their preventive maintenance suggestions were amazingly accurate GREAT JOB!!!

I had a couple things done here and the work, staff, and management was amazingly helpful. I keep their card in my wallet now in case anything comes up with my car ever again. If it does, they're my first call. Thank-you guys!

I used take my car there for a long time. Last time mexican dude scrach my car and denied his quilt.i offered to check the cameras, but he denied that too, saying he can't do that without his boss... Never go there again... Avoid them.
