Great guys -- they took care of my window same-day and provided quality work. Back in June, I had to replace the glass on my 2016 Civic, and they were able to find an exact match that looks and operates just like new. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for glass repair or other such work.

Very disrespectful service advisor who immediately insulted what I had done to my car. I am human and I do make mistakes. They did complete the repair I asked them to do, but it was very expensive. Orlando is short staffed, inefficient, and very expensive. Orlando primarily relies on funds from insurance claims (not individuals) and the actual work is mostly completed by third party contractors. Very sad for a business that has been around for over 100 years. I do not recommend Orlando!

I'm writing this review and submitting the accompanying photos as a fan of classic cars. I have never done business with anyone here, but I do love to check out the classic cars that are seen on the south side of the property.

Great rapport and customer service from first call to meeting outstanding and trustworthy. This repair was very meaningful and needed desperately to pass work inspections and for my business. Orlando Glass & Trim delivered on every timelinessRequest I made to be back operational. This group also Treats you like family when you are a customer they really do live up to 104 years of service I'll tell you that thanks again Bob and Family for all your help see you next repair no matter the cost!

This is the worst place you ll take your car to . Only reason I took it there is because my insurance recommended this place . They also lied to my insurance company about the price. They changed my windshields and damaged other things . They scratched my car with the tool that they used and also broke my driver assist features and wouldn t fix it . Charged me more than dealership would charge me and did a horrible job and said they ll fix my driver assist and never did . Called my insurance and they said BOB claimed that everything was fixed and didn t add a supplement to repair the driver assist .

I was referred to Orlando Glass and Trim by Perillo BMW, which was unable to perform the work I needed. Bob Orlando and his family's business are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I had a roadster's rear window replaced at his shop. He gave me a reasonable estimate, so I asked him to also consider removing a dent on the front of the hood and installing a pair of new grilles I had acquired. Again, his estimate was reasonable. Bob not only fixed the dent and replaced the grilles, but he also repainted the hood at no additional charge, thus honoring his original estimate to the penny. There were no surprises when the time came to pay the bill... other than he went beyond the work anticipated and didn't charge extra. I appreciate his honesty, effort to meet his deadlines, and his and his employees' dedication to providing good customer service.

My front passenger had some damage but now it s looking brand new again! Thanks Ernie and everyone at Orlando Auto Top for the wonderful customer service. I went in for an estimate on Tuesday, they ordered the material, and my car was repaired by early Thursday afternoon. Thank you so much! You guys do wonderful work! Super professional and friendly family-run business which did a great job repairing a torn seat in our car. The owner (Bob Orlando) personally came out to inspect my car, and special-ordered the materials I needed to fix it. The repairs itself were simple too, as I didn't need to leave my car for the day: I simply drove by in the morning, they took the back seat out, fixed it during the day, and then reinstalled it on my way home that evening. Highly recommend and really a pleasure to deal with!Service: Upholstery repair

If you need auto glass work in Chicago, this is the place to go. I needed a window installed in a 55 year old ice cream truck and they completed it same day. Super friendly and extremely reasonably priced.

I ve used Orlando Auto Glass and Trim a few times for sun visor/power window repairs. Robert & team have been great to work with! Despite being a busy shop, their turnaround times have been excellent. I appreciate that, as well as the fair pricing, warranty on parts/repair, and consistently friendly service. Had a car window broken over a rainy night. I called up Orlando and they told me they wouldn't have a replacement window until the next day but were able to keep my car in their garage and out of the rain over night. Everything was fixed the next day and the staff was profesional and courteous.

Amazing service!We had our car broken into and a window smashed out. (They got away with a couple dollars in change and a pair of fireball sunglasses you get for free at the bar at 1am, but anyway). Very reasonable pricing, done in about 3hrs. Everyone was very nice and they even cleaned the car of glass, which was no small feat because my so is kinda messy.Will be our go-to place for next time someone needs laundry money.

My convertible soft top wouldn t go down because the back side window regulator broke. My regular mechanic was not able to fix it.Searching around - Orlando glass & trim was highly recommended by several resources - I went over & Robert immediately identified the problem, was friendly, made me feel comfortable with the service and gave me a written quote that was $100s less than the other shops I checked out.Took a little longer than promised, but the work & service was great.I would / will recommend anytime!Services: Auto power window repair, Auto rear window replacement

Rob and the entire crew at Orlando are great. They installed new seats, foam and carpet in my 1977 Corvette and repaired a rip in my door. Very happy with the work. I can't say enough great things about Orlando. I bought a used car, just to find out that it was sold to me with a low end windshield and no sensor when the rear-view mirror completely fell off. With an astronomical price to replace the windshield, mirror, and sensor, I went searching elsewhere. That is when I was referred to Orlando, which would end up being the best decision I could make. I dealt with Kathy, Ernie, and Bob. They are the most personable, friendly, and honest people I could've hoped to get advice from. I had no idea what I should do, and they gave me a couple of different options at different price points, and pointed me in the right direction. I was advised to go with an after-market glass instead of the OE brand because it was significantly less expensive, and would do the job just as well. This shows how honest and caring they are about their customers as they could've easily told me to go the more expensive route, but instead pointed me in the most cost-effective direction, which I greatly appreciated. On top of the experience being incredible, the work matches my expectations completely. The windshield looks incredible, the sensors all work better than they ever have, and I am so happy with the final product. Orlando is an outstanding company that go above and beyond for their customers, and choosing to go to them for any car needs will be the best choice for you!Thank you, Orlando, for incredible and honest work. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My husband has a 1963 Chevy impala that he is restoring in the winter of 2020 when Chicago had that big snow storm the garage roof fell on the roof of the car and put a huge dent in the roof of the car. Well Orlando's fixed it and you can't tell that the roof of the car has ever been damage for my husbands sake I'm happy that Orlando existence. Really amazing workmanship I highly recommend this place. And the price is really pocket friendly

These guys are the best. I've taken my last two cars there to get the windows tinted. It's a family run business and they get it. They treat their customers like family as well. Great customer service, great pride in their work. You simply cannot go wrong with Bob and Ernie!
