Highest level of speed and quality I have ever experienced. I had to get a new TPMS installed, I was in-and-out. My dash is now free from the unpleasant light. The staff is both welcoming and efficient.

I am visiting from out of town and must have ran over a nail, lost pressure in my tire and was almost completely flat when I got to Ocana s. They got me in immediately, repaired my tire, put air in all of my tires and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for excellent service at a great price.

Hands down some of the best service I ve ever received from start to finish. I had a flat tire a couple blocks away, and after sharing that my tire jack wasn t tall enough, the owner himself pulled his over to give me a hand. Totally unexpected and extremely appreciated. This place is awesome. I recently had a leak in one tire. I came in on Saturday, 15 mins and $20 later the tire was repaired and I was on my way. Thank you, Ocana! Will definitely be back.

I woke up and noticed that my tire had been stabbed. I was pretty upset as I knew I didn't have a spare tire. But, I remembered I got my tires changed with Ocana tires about 5 months before so I just gave him a call. He drove over to me, removed my tire, took it back to his shop, replaced it, then drove back and put it on. I was in utter disbelief. I was so happy and ecstatic that I had to leave a review. Thank you so much for helping me in that situation. I saved so much money in not having to get a tow truck. May you be blessed.

I think I may have encountered an urban wizard. Came in with a flat tire & 2 broken rims, this man said gimme 15 minutes & rendered my busted car safe to drive. He charged half what I d been quoted at a different shop. There is some good left in the world, & it is at 5521 N Clark St.

PSA: GO HERE! I purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Niro a couple of months ago. This past weekend I discovered a minor tire issue so I took it into the dealership. Those idiots refused to fix it and quoted me $315 for a brand new tire. Not once did I receive a dashboard alert or even an app notification that the air pressure was off/deflated. Instead, I took it to Ocana and within 15 minutes my tire was repaired and it was soo minor that they did it for free! Whenever I go to an auto shop I always have to worry if I m being overcharged because of my gender but at Ocana they are transparent & honest! Moving forward I will ONLY be using Ocana Tire Repair for my tire services!!! Thank you!!!!! I wish I could rate you guys higher than a 5 star review!Service: Tires

They were efficient, honest and unfair. When I say unfair, I mean I was charged waaaay too little for the service I received. For the next three days I'm hammering a nail into each of the other tires just so I can experience the satisfaction I felt today for the rest of the week. I highly recommend everyone struggling with their mental health, marriage issues, anger management, impatience, childhood trauma or "fill in the blank", to take your flat tires and weary, burdened souls to Ocana.Service: Tires

Had a screw in my tire causing a leak and Ocana fixed it quickly and easily! Guy was friendly and straight to the point. Make sure to come up Gregory st since his garage is in the back area. Great price too

Wow! I am so blown away with how incredible Ocana Tire Repair is - Felix is the absolute best. Not only is he honest and kind, he is a BEAST and works to get your tires fixed within minutes. I went to get a tire repaired (with a patch) on Saturday and it was fixed within 15 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of my car. He told me I really did need to replace three of my four tires, yet never pushed or suggested I got them through him. He just wanted me to know, so I could be safe and make the best decision for myself. I asked on the spot if he could replace them for me, he told me to come back Monday and would be able to replace them all within 20 minutes. He stuck to his word! I was in and out in under a half hour with three new reasonably priced tires. He and his team are truly top notch, I will be referring all of my family and friends to his shop. I wish he did more mechanic work because he'd be the only person I'd ever go to. Thank you, Felix!!!Service: Tires

Came out to a flat tire with a screw sticking out of it right as we were supposed to get on the road to Michigan. Drove over to Orca�a and they had the tire patched and inflated in less than 5 minutes. Can't recommend enough!

I noticed when I was driving home from my daughter's school that there was a strange noise by the tire. I pulled over and saw a big screw stuck in my tire. I called Ocana right away and they said to come right over. It literally took 10 minutes or less for my tire to be repaired. Cannot complain at all about the very reasonable price. I appreciate the great service!

I couldn't help wondering today whether changing tires was a legitimate fitness routine as I watched Mr. Felix change my car's tires. He was so focused, diligent and fast even though I assume he's at least ten years older than me. I'd guess there's only about five percent of fat on him. He changed two of my tires about a month ago but couldn't return to get the other two tires changed because of bills that sprung up and had to take care of.I showed up unannounced today, he remembered me and went straight to business. I explained the money situation to him and he said he completely understood.I told him he probably didn't need to work out with this job, that even though I work out about five days a week, I thought he was in much better shape than me. He said, "Lots of people tell me that but I still go to the gym. I enjoy it."He trusts you. He only takes cash and is okay with you driving to the ATM after the service has been performed to come back around and to pay him. Felix is so respectful to everyone; I so admire the pride he takes in his work and performance. He is a brave gentleman doing the human work, welcoming everyone into his shop.Tires are very expensive to replace, but I'm so glad I managed to support a small business in my neighborhood owned by a very hard-working, fellow immigrant.May he be blessed always. He truly has a beautiful heart.

I originally went to Felix for assistance with a nail in my tire after the dealership tried to charge me a lot of money for the repair. He was able to help me patch it and gave me an honest answer on how long the tire would last for. I returned a few months later for new tires, and he couldn't have been more consultative and kind in helping me select the best tires. When I brought my car in, he replaced the tires quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. I don't think I have ever reviewed a business online before but I can not thank Felix and Cui enough - they were simply wonderful to work with.Service: Tires
