Unreliable ServiceI visited this mechanic with the expectation of getting my car fixed, as discussed during the initial visit. However, upon returning the next day, the mechanic unexpectedly refused to perform the agreed-upon work. This lack of commitment and follow-through is disappointing, and it reflects poorly on their professionalism. I would caution others seeking reliable service to consider alternative options. Disappointing Experience.

Great local shop, been in business for over 3 decades under the same owner. Not the most professional but an honest and hardworking guy, who cares about his customers! Great prices , great work, great experience . My mechanic for past 7 years. Highly recommend if your in the area

OK Auto Repair and Body shop on 1712 W Pratt, Chicago IL 60626 is totally fraud business organization. The owner Saber is a rude, selfish, and disrespectful person. 2 workers so-called technician one Hispanic and the other from Guinea does not know what they are doing.The workers started working on car with no knowledge of repairs and created another problem.This place should be out of business in order to save people from all kind of problems and getting ripped off.I will not recommend to use this place for any businessServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I went to OK Auto after I had a small accident and they are a few blocks from where I live. A small piece of exterior was bent in by the rear passenger side door and I needed a new tire rim. The anticipated repair time was two days. Unfortunately, because of a personnel issue, it took seven. That being said, they ended up not only doing the work that I was paying them to do but they also painted the door, which I had planned on touching up myself, and they also repaired a rust spot on the other side of the car, all at no extra charge because I patiently waited a little longer. When I went to pick up the car, Nadeem, the owner's son, decided that he wasn't perfectly happy with how the work turned out so he asked if I could let him keep the car for a couple more hours. I was happy to do so. The work turned out GREAT. I don't give them five stars because they are a perfect business, I do so because they are honorable and want their customers to be satisfied. They truly care about running a good business.UPDATE: The tire rim that they sold me was a generic one and not identical to the other three. Because it wasn't the exact size for my car, stress was being put on the wrong part of the wheel. Plus, the rim had been manufactured improperly which means that it wasn't rolling smoothly. I'm very disappointed with this repair shop.

Typical Mechanic. My Car had a Transmission problem. Instead of being honest with me, they told me i had to fix something else with the wheel,charging me $200 with oil change. Came back to let them know the vehicle is still showing the same issues. They immediately told me it's Transmission that needed to be fix.

The guy here does not let you know what he is working on. He is very shady. I paid a lot to get my car fixed over here. I got issues within a month. Midas Diagnosed this issue later and confirmed his work to be very bad.

Affordable pricing and reasonable. There is a guy named Saber who is a great guy and helpful in giving the right advice. I bought oil and brakepads from autozone and got it installed there. Saves time and money. I recommend this guy

Stay away from Auto Body guy he is very dishonest will lie and cheat to make more profit, and will create more damages to your vehicle. He will not deliver the promises he made, and will trash your car. Very Unprofessional..

I took my broken 1997 Subaru Impreza Wagon here to fix the front left wheel. The staff diagnosed the problem within a couple hours and called me to approve the repairs. I couldn't pick up the car for a week but they stored the car for me and had it ready when i arrived.

This is a terrible place to get vehicle repair work. Please do yourself a favor and do not attempt to go to this shop. The mechanic is rude and if you call in for help or a question he will refuse to help you saying that he is "busy for the month". Also, if you look for an old invoice for repairs he will tell you that he cannot help you because he doesn't have a computer and has all of his invoices in a box somewhere.

I got my truck towed here and as soon as i pulled up the owner got mad because i told him an issue with my car and possibly other issues and he yelled And told me to leave very bad for business and i just noticed 80% of the reviews on here are Fake, Made Up by the owner... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS With This Auto Body
