Had an issue with my car and called in asking if they were able to run a diagnostics. Lenny was so helpful he didn t even have me come in he met me on the parking lot because I had my daughter and was scared to turn the car off. Quickly ran the diagnostic. He had great service and was very helpful!!

I came in to buy a battery and brought the old one with me to see if it could recharge or to turn it in to save money on a new battery. The staff from today was awesome (02.02.23), they helped me recharge the battery I had walked in with because it was still good and held charge. Thank you for your help and honesty. I will continue to shop here! They price match and have a free loaner tool program!

I had issues with my mass air flow sensor and after getting multiple wrong sensors feom autozone and advanced auto parts, Oscar actually took the time to find me the correct sensor that I needed. Very quick and helpful service! Definitely my go-to auto parts store!!

Frustrated about some faulty equipment or having trouble solving an issue? These guys know their stuff and will happily help you. Just got a new battery for my truck and I absolutely had zero hope of driving home because of a stripped screw.. they helped me determine which battery I'd need and loaned me the tools to install it. The team that was there today, during my first visit ever, was very friendly and treated my situation with urgency. Excellent experience because I also learned a few things from them.

If your husband works here, they are excellent at telling lies and covering up for each other. They all abide by the BRO CODE very well. If you don t mind ur husband getting under paid, coming home past midnight from unloading a truck and being lied to, this is a wonderful place for him to work!! Awesome work ethic boyyyys and 100% unprofessional!

I asked to get my engine code check they told me to meet them outside and I m outside waiting for 20 minutes for someoen to come and help me and there s literally 4 people inside with at least 5 workers present like it literally should take this long

To long of a wait. Reps are not to knowledgeable of parts some don't speak English well and parts have to be ordered hahf the times . Not even a good store waste of time for Oreilly.

People that works here ere too slow and when they are finally helping you they answer the phone and start taking care of the people that are on the phone this place sucks....
