Great store and staff. Just be careful of your surroundings when leaving your car or the store. The neighborhood is not the greatest.

The store is OK, but if you are shopping for many idems, bring your own bag, they are not available at this store.

Kept putting me on hold and speaking to me in Something other than English. Put me on hold three times I was on hold 20 minutes and I still didn t get what I needed. Waste of the companies dollars on these people

My check engine light went on so I took.it to the same dealership that serviced it last month. They said $100,00 for the diagnostics and I had to leave it there all day. Its most likely the gas cap, but I have no idea. Then he said drive it around aimlessly for 50 miles and it might reset itself. A couple of blocks away I passed an O'Reilly's, as advised by friends, and Carlos did a less specific check but it didn't indicate anything alarming. Told me what to watch out for in the now remote chance that it could be serious. Also told me to drive around for couple of day and most likely it will reset. He also didn't charge me.. So far so good. Tightened the gas cap, lights still on but I'm less worried about it now. Thanks Carlos! Thanks O Reilly's.

Salesman was a walking encyclopedia on windshield wiper blades. I wanted the longest and widest blades for the driver's side of my vehicle that I could get. The blade I had did not push the snow off the windshield, I would have to remove the rest by hand. The blade worked well on the passengers side.The salesman guided me to purchase the best blade for the driver's side.

They were very friendly and immediately hooked the ocb(?)to my car. They printed the results and gave the copy to me. Thank you.

I'm happy to say that this store looks great compared to a few months ago, not to mention the customer service has really improved. I will definitely continue to shop there.
