My car refused to start, and needed jump starting every time. Vee went out of his way to assist me with a new starter installation, along with installing a new battery due to a faulty one! Definitely the place to go when it comes to great customer service and a great job!

The general manager at this location is so rude very Unprofessional interrupting your employees with false information when they are speaking with customers we didn t ask for his help, he so disrespectful a man who wasn t raised with respect for women! O Reilly s should watch who they put in management position sad not a good look!

After driving to multiple auto part stores around town my bf and I finally arrived at this O'Reilly. I will not be going any where else but this store in the future. The employees were very kind, helpful, and professional. A welcome change from similar stores around the area. The item we bought rang up as more expensive than the tag had said and they gave us the tag price, saving us some cash. We had to return one of the items because it was faulty and they had no issue letting us try out the new piece in the lot and making the exchange hassle free. 10/10 will shop again!

My car died at a gas station near Naval Station Great Lakes. Called O Reilly on Green Bay and asked if they could deliver and install a battery at my location. Jerome took it upon himself to go above and beyond to meet my needs. 15 minutes later, I am on my way. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Customer service is absent. On several occasions that I have been in this brand new store, I have experienced employees completely ignoring customers or even acting as if I'm interrupting them by shopping. I have observed them on their phones and even playing basketball in the store and parking lot. Today I was ignored by 3 employees while I attempted to get checked out. My business will now go to Advance Auto Parts 2 blocks away.

Manager is a know it all guy who tells you hell help and tries tell you a million things that are unnecessary . He's all talk . I sent my wife in there to pick up parts and he sold her a part three time more expensive on the opposite end of the car . I called and he says if I wanted the right part to bad I shoulda came in myself . Avoid this place like the plague .
