Huge thanks to Caesar helping me get my new battery despite the below zero temperatures and the noticeable cold temperatures inside the store as well..he was willing to help. After having to get a jump start prior he really came through with making our already stressful day a little better!

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for O'Reilly Auto Parts!!! I went out to pack the car this Thanksgiving morning to drive to Indy only to find a dead and un-rechargeable battery. NOBODY was open among all the places that came immediately to mind. Did a search on car batteries and O'Reilly pops up and it is OPEN!!! I called and checked and asked (and the guy said "I answered the phone didn't I?" - Good point...). Ran over, got my battery, plus a couple of tips about it from the two very nice guys in the shop today. I told them that while I was sorry that they were working on Thanksgiving, I was sure happy they were open (both had Thanksgiving plans for after work). They saved my Thanksgiving with my family. I will be back for all things automotive!

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Was the only one in the store and instead of being helped or acknowledged i watched a full fledge argument between the two employees while I stood 2 feet away from them.

Joel is amazing! He helped titan so conductors of my battery and this is the service that they do for free! He didn t want to take a tip. He was so kind and easy-going. He really helped to ease my stress as my car was acting up from horrible service at Jiffy Lube on Fullerton Elston. Do not go to that Juffy Lube come to O Reilly where are you can buy your parts, and they will help install simple things for you!

The employees are NOT MECHANICS. Don't come on here giving low reviews just because you can't perform an easy installation you can watch on YouTube. Either way light bulbs and batteries are free and many customer dont even TIP! The employees here get payed like a McDonald's salary for double if not triple the work. They put up with you ignorant Karen's because they have bills to pay. If you don't know a name of a part research it! Before you put a part in compare it before opening the package. The employees here are great but they are under staffed. How many car types of cars are their do you think the employees have time to memorize all the existing parts and the locating on get REAL!

O Reilly has always been my go-to for parts. Today I stopped in with a check engine light. They happily ran through their system and showed me the code of the issue. Just another reason this place is great! Thank you O Reilly!

This used to be my go to place for car parts. I do most repairs myself(from oil changes to alternators) so I ve spent a good amount of money here over the years. The last time I went in however I was treated as if I was lesser than the men in the store. The men that were in line behind me where greeted before I was and I wasn t greeted until my boyfriend who was browsing came to stand in line with me. The man at the counter even refused to talk to me even though I was very clear about what I needed(I had already grabbed the part I needed but was asking if they had the most basic version as opposed to the mid-range product they had on the shelf) He kept turning to my boyfriend to speak to him instead. I came for a simple headlight replacement not sexism. I definitely won t be coming back to this location.

I needed some help and Marco and Manny were the best help of any auto parts store I been to. Marco actually came out to look and replace 2 fuses for me. These guys help me with a smile while doing it. It was nice to have service like thus now days. These guys are worth coming in to see and ask questions also. Great jod and they were friendly.

Very poor customer, service, and racist!!!!! I called to try to get assistance in exchanging a part that I had a warranty on and the manager on duty did not want to deal with the issue at hand and try to pass me off to another manager the following day for something that he could reconcile himself and because I got agitated at his tone he hung up on me. I believe his name was Carlos. I called back and they would not pick up the phone.

I enjoyed this particular O'Reilly's auto parts store because of the customer service. Nice and polite guy. ordered the fuel filter I needed and told me it will arrive in 2 hours.

I called this location to ask if someone on site would be able to install a headlight at the time of purchase or if an appointment is needed. A woman, who identified herself as the store manager, stated she does not allow her employees to complete difficult installs but shared it may be a possibility if the installation was easy to do - understandable. My issue is the manager abruptly terminated the call before answering my actual question while I was actually still mid-sentence in attempts to reiterate my inquiry. My question was - is someone able to install a headlight at the time of purchase or is an appointment scheduled in advance necessary? After being hung up on, I had to call back and speak with someone else who was able to help. The answer was - if they aren't busy at the time of purchase they may be able to install a headlight pending the ease of the installation. That makes sense. Unfortunately, I won't be going to this location based on the lack of customer service and poor listening and comprehension skills of management. Thanks!

Yesterday @ about 9pm I called about a car battery replacement and install. Not sure if installing is part of your services but employee on the phone agreed to helping me out with the installation. The employee even asked for my car and model make too assure me that he can do the installation. He said "we go you come thru" me and my husband arrived less then 10 minutes later after the call. Once there i stood in car dodnt want to turn it off since we had battery issues, . My husband went in and employee at front said the were not able to help with the install. Employee said not enough staff and store was about to close. My husband explained how we had just called and employee insisted they couldn't. We saw 2 employees there. Online it says they close at 10pm I had just paid road side assistance to jump start my car and called specifically to make sure they had the battery I need and would help install .employee could have just told me on the phone he couldn't install instead of wasting our time and prolonging my battery issue. Luckily I made it in time to Oreileys on 5227 N. BROADWAY 20 minutes before they closed and a wonderful hard working employee helped me out.

I have to say this is the best crew you ll ever meet. I had a pleasure being a part of them and I ve learned much from them. This crew would go above and beyond to make sure customers get the best service. They will do their best to figure out your issue. Also recommend nearby auto mechanics for your repair needs! I would recommend this place because they do their job with pride and joy not because they have to. The whole staff is really knowledgeable. None of them will fail you nor will they make you disappointed.

I called before I drove all the way over there, because they said they had my rear left taillight assembly, when I talked to the guy working in front he said I never called...and that I would have to wait a few days for them to order it. I said forget it! I called someone else.I drove all the way over there for nothing.

I stopped in to replace a windshield wiper. I had already bought the wrong kind at Target. I stopped by here and Teresa asked me to bring my car up so we can find the right one and make sure it fit. I didn t even ask! But thank god she did the one I was gonna buy didn t fit but she found the right one and put it on for me. Geez that s customer service! Thank you !

Edwin & Robert to the rescue! These O Reilly employees went above and beyond when they stayed after closing hours to help me put my wipers on...in the rain! The store was well stocked and they were knowledgable and friendly. Thank you!

I went in there on Wednesday and I have to say I was having the worse day ever.Then i met the manager my earth angle she flipped a 360 on my nightmare and went above and beyond customer service to change my whole mood.What could of cost me $400 ahe was able to make it only $11.00, a temporary fix until the body shop received the part.She was all over the customers experience and I have to say I haven't seen that anywhere with anyone else.I hope O'Reilly's recognizes the great employee she is and realizes she definitely is a plus to there store. She also mentioned how lucky she was to work for such a great company. God Bless her, for her kindness and all she puts into her job such positive energy.

People here rather talk with friends then conduct business.I went to this place to get a gasket and he must of thought o was some idiot. Told him make and model. He decided to check the search history as if I was just in hours ago until I started to walk out then he asked again what year was it? I then asked if he was really going to get what I was looking for.Also, their reward program needs some serious thought in changing how its given. They will send you a $5 coupon for every $1500 you spend. Are they kidding? Auto zone gets you 3 times the rewards and you collect it at the register. Auto zone give $1 for every $20 spent.I DO NOT WORK NOR EVER DID WORK FOR EITHER ONE.
