Store says it closes at 10pm. I get there, sign is on and it close. It needs to be corrected. Customers driving here for nothing.

I had a hard time getting my vehicle started, after multiple attempts I decided to take my battery to the store. Gabriel was there to test the battery and was able to find out that I needed a new battery as this one was old and done for. He went out of his way to help me find a battery and the best part is that they honor the Military! I couldn t ask for anything better. Thanks Gabriel

It was pouring rain I had no wipers and Noel came out and still helped install them, autozone was denying me the service will definitely start making this O reilly s my new go to auto part store!

It says they close @10pm. On the website and on there door but the doors were closed when I arrived @8:50pm. SMH.

The website and sign on door says they close at 10pm. Dropped a battery off at 8:30 to go back at 9:30 to get charged and of course doors were locked. Would not recommend going there. I usually go to Napa they have better parts anyways. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Great service! Was there to change my wipers and got helped right away and shown how to change them. Didn t catch the person that helped me but he s doing a great job! Would come here again.

Bought wiper blades in January, which they installed. WIPRE BLADES came off the truck, came back a second time and they put them back on, came off for a third time and blade flew off on highway, came to the store and they said I need the blade for warranty. Asst Manager Gabriel solution was not to honor the warranty. I bought a new blade and had me wait for over 45mnts. Never returning to this store. His manager never answered his phone.

The cashier ...smh... I just took my battery cus I want it to know if is working or not..I'm not finish with my sentence when she is telling me that takes more than 24hrs. To charge the battery...I didn't need a charge I just want it to know how much voltage it was throwing...well u can tell why that location is in decline...smh...people wants equal opportunity but they hire a lady can answer a simple question

The staff here is amazing. I got stranded nearby and needed a new battery. ( or so I thought) Jorge was very helpful and knowledgeable! He went out if his way to give me the best experience. Turns out I didn't need a new battery . They weren't able to refund me as I already installed the battery so they can't resell it. Instead I received store credit. Store credit is more than OK for me. I'm just glad they were able to assist me , really made my stressful experience better. Thank you Jorge! Will be bringing my business to this location here on out!!

I went in today (5/11/22) for ac Freon.ANGEL who is a manger , which is very hard to believe, was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE & was ignoring my main concern. He was so much in a hurry to get me out the store that I just decide to go to a different oreillys. He stated that he has 6 years of experience but it s very hard to believe that too. I want to let oreillys know that this guy is just a terrible employee. I will give this place a zero if I could, he need to change jobs if he doesn t like what he s doing.

What's you all policy on employees tryna prevent a crime from happening I was at this store recently and I witness a guy and the employees get into a altercation where on of your employees had a firearm out I know that type of behavior is not tolerated when everyone else store policy tells employees to call the police

So I've been to other auto parts stores around this area and this O'Reilly has one of the best customer service! I'm very pleased with the services they offer. All the employees are really nice and really try to help you with any problems you have. Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. He helped me with the check engine light in my car and told me how I could fix the problem. I will always go to O'Reilly first before any other auto parts store. I suggest this store!

Gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Even gave me a short tutorial on how to uninstall the old wipers and install the new ones. Think I've found where I'll be shopping for everything automotive from now one!!

I went there on Thursday 5/17/19, I got there at 9:45 pm when they close at 10:00pm. The employee saw me pull up and said they are closed, I told him it s not 10:00pm yet. He replied we close at 9:50, I said ok, it s 9:45 pm. He simply walked away. I got so mad I called corporate to complain, attached is the photo of the screen shot with the time that I called. And you know it took me a while to research their number . The sad part is all I needed was a turn signal bulb. I hope oreilly s corporate read this.

My windshield wiper fell off and i had no idea what i was doing... yes, 2018 and I don't know how to do basic maintenance on my vehicle.... I pray I never get a flat tire... anyway, I came in here to buy a new blade, thought someone stole it, and Jesus put the new blades on for me! Talk about service! It is raining and i have two young children in the car and he took care of it for me. This is my neighborhood place, but that is enough to make me not want ro go any place else! THANK YOU JESUS!

I used to buy all my parts at auto zone but after trying out this place I m very happy with the parts and employees that work here are very nice they greet you when u come in and not like the experience I had at auto zone on 82th Cicero to be exact they are the worst auto zone around I will always come back here because the ppl are way helpful and they know what your looking for after so many years going to autzone will never go back bad parts keep up the good work guys thanks

Had the part that I needed at a great price! Has a parking lot for customers and scan the "Check Engine" light for free! Also have Spanish speaking employees if you need one.

O'Reilly is similar to AutoZone, but my preference is AdvanceAutoParts. They're all about equal, difference is personal preference.
