I stopped by today because the oil low sign suddenly popped up driving on the highway. That never happened to me before and I didn t know anything about how to do it haha. The assistant manager, I believe her name was Susanne, even came outside to check out the car and where the oil should go! Awesome service and we were on the road again in 10 min! THANK YOU :)

Pretty good experience, the only thing there is this old man short with glasses gray hair who is very rude usually works morning . I asked him for a check engine light check nicely and he responded " don't have it " but the way he responded was get out . Could be more respectful. Other than that everyone else is awesome. Just be careful with the Grinch

gonzalo was amazing!! he helped us read a code on our car when the check engine light came in and provided us with a comfortable and accommodating area for us to wait in while our tow truck came. couldn t recommend him enough!!!

The sales associate was excellent and very attentive to explain the difference of the product I spent $60.00 for by the way I could've spent anywhere; I asked which socket I might need to take the oil screw bolt out which at this time of all people the manager Gabriel with a look of no concern and sarcastically mumbles I don't know 16,18 14 could be anything...just disrespectful ... anyway the associate which the manager could take lessons from politely looked it up and made an additional sale.... individuals need to recognize they represent a brand and because of the customer is why there there to serve and not belittle

Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Store is clean and well stocked; but if on the slim chance they don't have what you are looking for they will get it for you. Also I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have parts for the semi's and buses. I have found my new parts store close to home.

The staff was knowledgeable and quickly attended me. They even installed my new wiper blade in the rain. That's what I call going above and beyond what I expected. I will give them my business.

They need to focus more on customers.. they just keep talking to each others laughing and chilling... and then when you ask for something they just keep asking the same question between them... come on!!! Gonzalo come on I think is time for you to jump on it... show them some management and customer service

Very good service, they didn't have the tool I needed but they made calls to find out where I could get, I was able to return it here, didn't have to drive back where I got it.

Lost my serpentine belt on the 4th of July, and luckily pulled off here. Gonzalo, was super helpful at figuring out my problem, and sending me down the street to a mechanic, that he got the part to, from another location. Really helped make what could have been a bad time into a short delay.

was traveling from out of town and needed a wiper replaced. service was very impressive, kind and down to earth. they replaced my wiper and i was on the road again in no time. another happy customer

Went to get a battery that I purchased installed today and before I could finish asking if they installed batteries, a disgruntled worker cut me off and stated we can t do it as I was looking at a sign stating that they do indeed install batteries. Terrible customer service

Great Customer Service..an employee (Michael Trinidad) had helped me finding parts for my vehicle.. I would recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts on East 106th St across the street from Burger King..

Needed to run here in get an ice scrapper. The parking lot was a nice size. The store was organized and cleaned. The customer service was great.

6 of the times I went there and requested help for them to go out and look at the car, they gave me excuses and tried to guess what I need, just so that wouldnt have to go out and was on a nice weather day. Honestly i would rather go to autozone, atleast dont turn me down when I need help.
