It's not very often you say "I love this place!" when referring to an auto mechanic, but we do with Norwood Auto Service! The entire team is professional, friendly, honest, and always puts customer service first.Their use of technology very easily and transparently lays out their findings during vehicle inspections so that you can plan the work you would like to have done. Once you select the work you want done the quote is easy to read and their work is timely and well done.Outside of manufacturer recalls, we have all the work on our cars done at Norwood Auto Service!

The team at NAS did an excellent job. They have the knowledge and experience to get the job done correctly. A phone call to explain what my car was having issues with and their response made me confident that this is the shop to use. If you want your car fixed right the first time, come here. Fast, friendly service for a fair price. They keep you updated with text messages, phone calls, pictures, and awesome inspection reports. I cant say enough good things about Norwood Auto Service.

The appointment was prompt. I used Norwood Auto Service (Firestone) for my car's 90,000 mile check up. They took about 45 minutes and listed maintenance topics to review the next time I need an oil change (in 1,000 miles). They also taught me about the location of the BSM (blind spot monitor) that I turned off by mistake. They are honest and knowledgable mechanics and the cost was fair. I will be back!

I had been without my car for 6 weeks due to my axle breaking down. I had someone from another shop install the axle and my car was still not drivable. I decided to come to Norwood Auto Service because it was down the block from me and I wouldn t have to drive my car far. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me a text with EVERYTHING that was wrong with it along with pictures to back it up. I was so impressed by the pictures and detailed commentary. They re not pushy at all with services which is a huge plus for me since I m a woman who doesn t know much about cars. They also told me that the shop that I went to put in the wrong axle for my car which is why my car was still not drivable. They were able to order the correct axle and fix my car completely SAME DAY. Mind you, Eric called me throughout the day to give me updates. The service was just all around stress free for me and I m very grateful for Eric, who I believe is the manager. They won a customer for life going forward and will forever recommend them. Norwood Auto Service is my go-to for all my repairs and maintenance. They are fair, honest and treat me like family. I've been going to them for MANY years and I've NEVER been disappointed. I highly recommend them. Love these guys (especially Eric!)

Courteous staff took my case on immediately had someone come and jump the car drove to location for drop off car took less than a day to fix Uber free as part of their service twice and discount on the total. There was an issue with my vehicle recognizing the TPMS sensors. NAS went above and beyond to fix the issue and made sure the vehicle was 100%. Will be returning to give them future business. Great business to work with.

The whole crew is great. They are always cool and great too talk too etc and they do great work. I'd recommend stopping in and getting work done to you're vehicle to any friends and family.

Been taking my trucks and wife s cars to NAS for years. Never had any issues. They re always fast, detailed and do amazing work. Their prices aren t bad either. Never felt like they were dishonest or shady like many mechanics. They explain everything they do, and even give you options. They also complete an extremely detailed full inspection you get sent..front to back of your vehicle. I recommend all friends and family to NAS. Great local family owned shop that does great work you can depend on.

I had such a great experience here! Got an oil change and waited inside, got a little coffee too. What really sets these guys apart is the detailed assessment you get of your car, with pictures included. Tells you what s good and what should probably get done soon. Prices are fair and customer service is golden. Transparency and kindness like this is hard to find nowadays! Go and you won t be disappointed.Service: Oil change

Fantastic Service! I had a screw in my tire and was losing are quickly.. I called Norwood Auto Service and spoke with Erik who was very friendly and courteous.. He said to come by and they will take care of it.. The Mechanics were on lunch it was a very short wait.. very nice waiting area . Didn't take long at all for the repair. I was very satisfied with the all around Service.. Think I found my permanent shop to have my cars serviced.. Two Thumbs up!!Thanks again Erik and crew!

I brought my car here for the first time to fix my drivers side mirror. They were amazing. I was not able to make the first appt (I scheduled by accident forgetting I had a prior engagement). They immediately cancelled my appt and scheduled me for the following week. When I dropped off my car, all parts had been ordered and were ready to go. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. This is a pretty busy business and I was thankful they got me in. I highly recommend them!

So many positive reviews must mean something. I found out what myself, when I dropped off my car for breaks maintenance. Excellent customer service (I was driven home and picked up when my car was ready), honest estimate (I visited a dealership service first), reasonable pricing (with pretty generous savings coupons available on their website) and quick service made me a one happy customer. To quote Arnold: "I'll be back" :)Update 6 years later: I have serviced my car few times at Norwood Auto since the last review. Each time the service was extremely professional, on time, affordable and done right. They go out of their way to meet the expectations. I see no reason to go anywhere else. Totally recommended.

My car was towed in after hours on a Friday evening and when I called Monday morning they had already started working on my car. It was fixed by the end of the day. Very grateful for the friendly service, quick turnaround, and a working car.

Not sure what to say. I came within a hair's breath of dying in a vehicle that ignited in a horrible engine fire after your shop serviced my vehicle for an electrical problem. I loved you guys but something really screwed up on the last go round. I could have easily died in that incident. I also was not told the engine I was putting in my vehicle a year ago had 87,000 miles on it or I would never have spent over $4,000 replacing that engine. This was revealed to me when Honda asked for the receipt for the part because only then would I have been able to see the actual mileage on that engine replacement. I must say I am really sad and disappointed because you were the only mechanics I really trusted because you always treated us like family. After the accident I hugged Matt and sobbed because I was so TOTALLY traumatized. He saw what kind of state I was in. I almost lost everything that day. I don't even know where to go with our cars in the future. So so bummed.

New customer for oil change. I have foreign car, when called to make appointment they made sure they had correct oil before booking apt. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. Clean, nice friendly neighborhood place. I will definitely be returning!
