We have been going to Northside Automotive for years for various repairs from body to general mechanic needs. Sair and his entire team are amazing professionals. They are prompt honest and reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and give them a call next time you need some work done. They will take care of you!

Where do I start. Had a situation when my car broke down a call to the shop - tow truck came quickly (30 mins).. once vehicle was in the shop - a quick estimate - vehicle was fixed and running within hours.Great shop/professional/reliable/dependent - Sair and his staff are excellent.

Great experience, great services. Sair went above and beyond to get our car fixed and get it covered by the warranty that we didn't we still had. I'll recommend them to anyone in need of any car service.

For years I've been taking my car to Northside Automotive when my car needs repairs. I do have an older car so something is always coming up that needs fixing. Thankfully I can trust the mechanics at Northside Automotive to be fair in price and take excellent care of the car!

I brought my 2023 car here after it was involved in a minor side swipe. The guys here are very friendly and worked with my time range and the insurance to get my repairs done. I just dropped my car off and picked it up a week later. My repair looked great. They even washed my car inside and out. All you guys who are leaving a bad reviews about car wash next door need to realize that this business is not the car wash! North side Automotive is the BEST CAR REPAIR SHOP in whole Chicago area. My car been involved in an accident and no matter how busy they were at Northside Automotive they still accepted to work on my car which I really appreciated. They did a great job fixing it and my car at the end looked like never been in accident. The guys are professionals with the work they do on cars but also with their communication and updates, it was really easy to talk with the whole crew and get the updates trough the whole process. My warm recommendation is if you need to repair your car go to Northside Automotive. Thank you Said and entire team at Northwest Automotive!

This place is PHENOMENAL!Someone in my dealership's service dept recommended this place. I won't lie - I was a little nervous because it was a new place but I needed my bumper repainted as soon as possible. I am SO GLAD that I took a chance.I worked with Nasser and I am so glad I did! We met on a Friday (agreed on everything and shook hands), I brought my car in on Monday and picked it up by Thursday. It looked better than it did when I dropped it off!Another reason why I recommend Nasser and this business is: he kept his word, he did everything he said he would do (and well) and a little extra. Plus, he kept me informed and was both pleasant and professional.Sometimes taking a chance pays off! I have taken my moms car here a hand full of times and they do a great job. Once after a car accident. The other times for her brakes and some other repairs like oil change and more. They are dependable and don t charge an arm and a leg. They are honest hard working mechanics. I recommend them. My uncle also has been bringing his cars here as well. I myself has had a door panel fixed on my new car after my wife hit something.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

The shop did great body work on my car for a very reasonable price. I had some body damage from the typical fender benders that you run into driving in the city. Many of the other auto body shops in the area are overpriced so I came to see Nasser (owner) at this shop. I highly recommend getting your auto work done by this shop as they are trustworthy and provide great quality work. I will be back to see Nasser for all my auto needs and recommend anyone looking to get work done to bring their car here! Do not even think twice - this is the go to place for all your auto work for fair prices. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

I have been coming to Northside Automotive for years now. I had recently come in for some bumper repairs and the owner gave me a full detail with it. My car was filled with sparkles and they did an amazing job with the detail and leaving it look brand new. I have gotten my window tints done here as well and they are the reason my car looks gorgeous! My bumper is as good as new and my car looks cool as hell. Quality work, reasonable prices, and fast communication. 10/10, I would recommend this shop.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Window tinting, Auto interior vacuuming, Paint repair

Got my car washed here and I am more than happy. Perfect detailing and cleansing through out my whole car! It felt brand new again. Definitely recommend Northside Car Wash to anyone looking for a money s worth clean car. The Staff and Sean are amazing help, not to mention great and hard workers. Thank you Northside Car Wash! I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry to replace my front bumper. They did a great job and finished it in 2 days. I was very satisfied by the work and the time frame they got it done. I highly recommend this shop!

Been coming here for as long as I can remember , always did a great job for a unbeatable price. I have taken my cars here multiple times. Body work always turns out clean and crisp. Never came across any issues.

Sean and Sean did an excellent job Pesach cleaning my minivan. My 5 kids eat in the car and there were enough chips and pretzels and Cheerios crumbled in all the nooks and crannies to feed a small army when I brought it in. I explained that for the holiday of Passover I need the car so clean I can't find even a single crumb in there. They promised me they'd do a good job, and they did! I left the car for about 4 hours for an interior detailing (they threw in the exterior too, even though I didn't ask them to) and then when I came to check their work, since I'm obsessive and nit-picking, they happily spent another hour getting every last speck that I pointed out. It was not cheap, but it was worth it. Very satisfied customer.

They did an outstanding job and my truck was completely stained from inside. I'm talking about trashed, stains, I have 4 kids that seat in the back and they eat, drink. My car was a total mess but thanks too the people at Northside car wash my car looked like I just bought it fron the dealer. I'll definitely recommend people to come here. Great service, affordable prices. :) ask about theVIP WASH.

This is absolutely the best car place you could ever go to! They have treated me like family the very first time I walked in and have taken excellent care of every person I have referred to them. Not only do they do high quality work, they care about their customers and are fairly priced across the board. I would never go anywhere else.

It was my 2nd time visiting a couple days ago. First time i went was to fix my rear shocks and struts. I was given a free estimate and Nasser and his guys examined my car thoroughly to diagnose the issue to confirm what needs to be fixed. I was given a quote and estimate on the time the parts will be delivered and job would be done - they did a great job in a timely manner, therefore I came back without hesitation when i needed additional repairs for my car.Again, i received honest and good work that left me impressed and content. I'm grateful to find a reliable mechanic and shop that i could go to from now on if i have any issues with my car. Thank you!

Don't give your business to Northside Care Wash. The employer frequently yells at his employees and treats them disrespectfully. Additionally, I had a rodent die in my engine bay this past winter and when I took it in to get cleaned all they did was spray a little soap and water solution before soaking the engine heavily with a hose. They spent 5 minutes at most on the cleaning and then promptly asked for $40. I had to spend another hour at home scrubbing away the bones and feces that were missed and another 20 minutes manually drying out the engine bay to ensure there was no damage to the electronic components. I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 years now and there are plenty of other car wash businesses that do a better job and treat their employees with respect that you should give your business to instead.

Top notch customer service and amazing job with the full detail of my car. The car hadn't been given that sort of attention in many years, and they found a way to make it look shiny and new, inside and out. The manager gave me a ride back to my house, because he knew it would be 2-3 hours. And he also gave a once-over of the car once it was finished to give his stamp of approval before handing the keys back over to me. If you like to support local businesses, I highly recommend checking these guys out.

Place went downhill. Every time I've had a repair done I've had to bring the car back for them to refix the same issue. Used to be great and good prices, but now you get less then what you pay for.

I went to that northside car wash for the first time last week and was amazed by the friendliness and courtesy of the owner. He goes personally and checks each car making sure the help did the job right. I will definitely come back and recommend it for everyone.

Horrible service i went there for complete car detail that mean everything inside outside engine they have to shampoo but I think they even don t know what is complete detail mean . Very unprofessional people. I dropped my car around 10am the bold guy said i will try to finish in this evening otherwise tomorrow your car will be ready i said no problem. In the evening i got cal around 7 they said your car is ready but come tomorrow in the morning to pick up. Next day i went i see they were still working on the car exterior they said car is ready to go. When I checked the car inside the seats were still dirty floor and roof were same like no body clean. I open up the engine it was never clean. Tire rims were dirty like no one cleaned. I asked the guy why the engine is still dirty he said oh oh we forgot.aslo I showed them all interior was dirty. The guy just vacuumed and washed the engine in 2 minuets no polish on engine and interior there was still pet hairs everywhere in the car. I was just thinking that what the hell is this complete car detail . I m really disappointed with the work they done. (I suggest you do not go there ). Believe me they are just ripping you off. Horrible car wash I ever seen!

Called me after ruining my car and offered me $500 to remove a negative review that they deserved. So unprofessional! Would not be surprised if they were offering people money to add in positive reviews either. This place needs to be shut down
