I took my dad's car here several times. They do good fast work. Reasonably pricedI'd recommend this place.However, I did have to return the car once to have them recheck their work a couple of days later. They didn't hesitate to get it right in and get it done the right way without any questions.

I have been bringing my car to North Park for a couple years and am grateful to have such a great auto shop here in my neighborhood. They are professional, work quickly, and explain things in a way that I can understand without being patronizing.

Such a friendly staff and great business. I go here for oil changes and whenever I need work done. They don t overcharge and care for their customers!

I do not know much about cars and mechanics. So, my biggest fear is been ripped off with my car needs. After getting a few good references about this place, I took my car there. They gave me a quick 24 hours turnaround excellent service with a very reasonable price. Within two weeks, I came back twice for a couple of things I forgot to tell them the first time, they revised it and fixed it, gave me a quick opinion and advice about my car, and did not charge an extra penny for it. I highly recommend them. Give them a try! They have a wall covered with Thank You cards they have received from very happy customers. I am also happy, I found a place to go to fix my car while I live in Chicago. It gives me peace of mind.

I ve been going to them since I started grad school at North Park University. I am now graduated and don t want to go to anyone else because I still work close by. They have always been so honest and up front with the work that they will do and their pricing. I haven t had anything but good experiences with them and they ve always been so kind to me as a student as well. It s great to know that I have someone to trust especially being a woman on my own in the city.

Very honest people. I took my car in today in middle of snow storm to replace a tire for my Honda Civic. It turns out my tire had a nail in it. The owner repaired my tire instead of having me buy a new tire. He saved me alot of money and very honest as well. Awesome job guys and you will have my business in the future!

Went here to have a car inspected. At this time im buying a used car and wouldn t want to waste any money on a few cheap Thrills. They ran the computer and checked her from top to bottom. This company will continue to get my business as long as I live in the area. The warranty company for my car was being incredibly difficult but North Park Auto remained positive and patient. They were willing to call another family member (who knows more about cars) to explain to him the diagnosis and price. I won't bring my car any other place, including oil changes.

I get the best service here! Not only are they very honest but they also are very well priced.I had a quote from another shop for breaks and they quoted me at $1070.82 compared to North Park Auto I had to pay almost half the amount. This place is a gem! I'll pay the extra $10.00 for my oil change but have the peace of mind that they don't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. If you are looking for a great place come to North Park Auto!

Great service and fair prices. They are knowledgeable with a customer-first approach. My car was diagnosed with a couple of issues which were explained to me in detail. They did not pressure me to do anything but offered their recommendations and provided a quote. After shopping around I found that their prices were very reasonable and came with warranty so I went with them. So far my car is running great. I'm a happy customer.

It is hard to find a good mechanic, North Park Auto is Phenomenal!! Highly recommend!!! They only fix what needs to be fixed and are very affordable. I live 2.5 miles away and there are plenty of shops in between. I would drive 4x the distance easily!!

I ve been going down to North Park Auto Center for the last 3 years. I m only giving a 1 star review because the owners are nice people. They were the only ones to ever fix my car. My last experience I had with them. They couldn t find the problem. Tell me they have to change all these parts, part by part till they find what s wrong. After them having my car for a week and saying my car is ready and picking it up 3 times and turning around and dropping it back off. Obviously it was time to try a new place. I got referred to Car Fix Auto Cent from a good friend.The man is so sweet and found the problem in a couple minutes. I figured with how North Park Auto Center was he was going to need my car for a week or more. I got my car back in under 24 hours. My car doesn t shake anymore and doesn t turn off when starting my car 5 plus times in a row or turn off while driving in the middle of intersections. All it took was a crank position sensor. With the amount of money I ve spent through the years and recommend friends and clients here I will never go back.

For eleven years this reliable establishment took care of my car. They are honest, fair priced and stand behind their work. We recently moved to Houston Texas and I wish I could have brought Zuheir and Tommy with me. I hope I can find as good a shop here.

Good place have known the owner, Zahair since I was a kid. Hes an honest guy.. Wont tell u any lies on ur vehicle work wise ...doesn't overcharge or take advantage of women. His son Tom runs it when hes not there and Toms just like his dad! They're good people A+++

Honest, quick, and thorough. John took the time to show me what parts on my car were worn out and needed to be replaced, he did all the leg work to get the repair approved through my extended warranty, and my car was ready when promised. Car trouble is never fun, but the repair process can still be pleasant when you work with pleasant people. Thanks, North Park Auto!

My Wife was stranded in the area with a car that wouldn't start. Many other auto service shops in the area were rude to her over the phone and not much help but North Park Aut was fantastic. Best mechanics in the area! Amazingly fast service, at a reasonable price. Anytime I have an issue with my car, they fix it perfectly. Very nice staff in the shop. Great job guys!

Gone here for tires, oil changes and scheduled maintenance. Never any issues and prices seem fair. Very friendly service and get the impression they are very trustworthy. Great mechanic to have.

I cannot say this enough-- I've been here three times (2 oil changes and 1 repair job)... these guys are AWESOME. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are friendly/professional, and they get the job done quickly. GO HERE and give them your business! :)

A family operated shop. The owner was able to spot and fix problem that other larger auto shop didn t detect. Considering the number of new parts being replaced and including labor - I paid a fair price and was cheaper than some of the well known repair shop. Both the owner & son are honest people and will only repair only what is needed.
