I drove/owned Ford Explorers for a number of years. In the course of time, I had service at 3 different Ford dealerships. Their service departments all sucked. They were rude, insulting, and downright incompetent. I grew weary of their obvious attitude that I was just a dumb broad. On my last Ford I said to hell with the warranty and started having all my service done at an independent repair shop. In 2020 I bought my CR-V from North City Honda. What a HUGE difference. The service at North City is great. The service people are patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I've not had to have a lot of service done as I don't drive much anymore ... which causes its own set of problems. But I've never left there feeling as though they dismissed what I was saying. I highly recommend North City Honda if you're looking to buy a car and their service department to maintain your investment.

For the service department, we have repeatedly made appointments for simple things like an oil change or tire rotation and end up sitting there for 2-3 hours. They don't honor their appointments and just take everyone that comes in and services the vehicles in no particular order. I also asked them for a software update I had seen on a Honda forum. They had no idea what the update was, didn't even bother to check with management to find out, then refused to give it. Won't be coming back here.

I made the mistake of coming here thinking an issue would be covered under my Honda warranty. A quick and very simple diagnostic cost me about $200 (at most mom-and-pop shops, a single check-engine diagnostic would have been free). I won't get started on the insane quote they gave me to actually do a repair.If you value your hard earned cash and have an issue with your vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to a mom and pop auto shop that gets a good review. At North City Honda, you will get scammed out of way more money than you need to pay.

I ve only been here once, and it was just to have a front license plate bracket installed. We had purchased our CR-V in Ohio where we were living at the time, and the state had eliminated the front license plate requirement. Last weekend I was pulled over in Chicago for not having one, so I decided it was time to take care of that.Scheduling here was easy, and the service was fast. I arrived 10 minute early and the job was done 2 minutes before my appointment time.

I booked an appointment for my Civic with them for a leaky a/c shaft seal which I got a letter about from Honda that stated this issue was covered under a 10 year warranty because there had been problems with the seals. The woman who booked the appointment said they would have to run diagnostics to see why my a/c wasn t working which would cost $399 - 4 times more than most places charge. I see from other reviews that diagnostics were $179. Could I have been quoted more because I m a dumb woman? Looks like it. Also did some research and diagnostics are not needed for this problem - the seal should be checked for leaks manually. I can tell they are scammers already. I ll be reporting them to Honda and taking my car elsewhere.

This place is a scam.My power seat wasn't moving backward on one side. Clearly the battery was working as all the other mechanical parts on the seats were fine, just that it wouldn't go backward on one side. Yet they wanted to charge me $179 for a diagnostic, and presumably more to fix it. The estimated wait time was 3-4 hours. I was rushed because of my work schedule, and staff were less than friendly about it (and not very polite or friendly in general).An independent auto shop nearby diagnosed the problem in a couple minutes, charged $60 to fix it, and had me out in under 30 minutes. Again, this place is a scam and I will never be back.

My experiences here over the years are that they don't always know what they are taking about and will defer you to an expensive paid option even when there is a more affordable alternative. They have not earned my trust.

Went in for oil change. On getting there I asked if there is a coupon for oil change. The service advisor said 10%. Post review they suggest wheel alignment. Again I ask if there is any coupon on it. They say...only the 10 on oil change. I go the website and find a special on wheel alignment. I take that to the advisor and they say "ok we will do that." I am sure they knew it's existence ( if not, they should have).Service: Oil change

Honestly if you can avoid getting ripped off from this Honda. DDO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE here for repair. I got charged for a diagnostic test of $179.00 just so they can try an charge me another $179 to add oil for a 1,000 miles just to see how my motor is running. Tgey had all this severeal recommendations that i already had done in my car last August 2022. They where trying to charge me more on top of the work they didnt even perform on my vehicle. They didn't add oil to my car to check if that helped the noise it was making. And they went and even charged me for a shuttle to my house when this was not even mentioned they would charge me. Tye driver of the shuttle was non stop looking down away from the road looking at his phone. He made me so nauseated and dizzy. That I thank God I made it home okay. And to be honest if I could give negative stars I would give it a negative 5 star review. They don't even deserve my 1 star review.

DO NOT book a service with Ceaser. Use anyone else. My review would be a 2 if the manager Mike and all of the other workers there weren t so kind and fixed my issue.Ceaser doesn t give updates, doesn t update his own staff. This is the second time I ve had issues with him. My vehicle is for work, funeral service to be exact, and told Ceaser I needed it back this morning. Said no problem. I dropped it off yesterday at 730am so it was there a full 24 hours. When I got there this morning they didn t have keys ready for my vehicle and didn t know why. The keys were with the technican and it took over an hour for them to bring them to the service center. This isn t a job where I can just pass on a call.Mike immediately came to help me and understood why I was upset, as did the other techs in the service center at the time. For that I am greatly appreciative. I ve seen other bad reviews for Ceaser and didn t want to believe them at first but they are true.

We took our Honda in for repairs and had an awful experience. Their customer service was slow, rude and unresponsive at times. It took over a week for our assigned service rep, Caesar, to work with our insurance company and figure out repairs/coverage. Not to mention, we would reach out to Caesar and not get a response for over 24-hours via phone or email. When we did get in touch, he was annoyed that we were following up. I would never go back here or recommend their services. If you want timely and efficient communication, this is NOT the place to take your car. Very disappointing.

Okay when I give a review I am not exaggerating or lie. I give a review exactly what I have experienced not more not less just to protect the next customers from bad experience and I do this all the timesthis place is bad I had a very hard time when I buy car from this place plus when I buy a new car they offer me free car wash and free oil for three years. After I bought the car they tried to denying me both.after a big fight I only got my three years free oil change it's not much it's only six times oil change and car wash in three years they still denied me the car wash. Watch out I hate this place.

I had a bad experience with this service center. Due to errors from their accounting department they harrassed me via phone calls (did not leave a message just continued repeated calls) then showed up at my door with threats to tow my car. They THOUGHT they did a full service to my car when I went it only for an estimate. They even went as far as to look under my car to see if service was done. Cesar and his female coworker were extremely unprofessional about handling a clerical error that was their fault in the first place.

The used car buying experience was straight forward. not like other dealership we previous went to. Miguel was helpful and accommodating. finance department got us a lower APR than what we got in our bank's pre approval. the used car price is high and have other additional fees but that's not the dealer's fault.

I went to obtain my radio code and entered one of the most unprofessional, rude, and unorganized businesses I've ever been to.The employees were rude and unwilling to help. One employee in particular , a guy with tattoos, gold gauges, and a hat, literally ignored me, got up and walked away from me as i was asking him a question (he hit his knee when he did LOL )The other employees tried their hardest to avoid any work they mightve had to do. Take your Honda to another service center , it will be in much better (and more caring) hands.

I came in for a oil change and a break fluid change. The guy checked my car and told me that I don't need either of those and not to waste my money.Honesty like that is something you don't see often. It is also that honesty that will make me a repeat customer.So yes, I may not have had anything done on my car today, but I damn well will recommend to have your service here.

I cancelled bumper to bumper coverage which was 3000$ immediately after purchase but my credit balance didn t decrease 3 months after. I called and left several voicemails to finance department, nobody called back of course.I m going to file fraud complaint.Please, don t come to this dealership!

Really have that employees are bilingual and give clients great customer service. Eric Cardona helped me and my OG with the process and have a better understanding how things process also happy how he convinced me from getting old car models really happy. :)

rude employees, my car had a problem and when I arrived at Honda it was back to normal, I'm not sure there is no problem but the girl who works at the reception sent me away, said there was nothing I could do!!! I will never buy a car from Honda again!!!!the impression is that they don't have a manager to show employees how to treat a customer.or the manager is worse than herDisgusting!!!

Had to wait for new brakes, they finished ahead of scheduled completion time .. Very pleased.... large waiting room for social distancing a plus...they even have a car battery hooked up to all of these different phone chargers in case your phone juice gets low
