Called on Friday for a Monday pickup. 2400 miles/ 5 days later the car arrived in Ohio from California in perfect condition!!! The driver was in constant communication with me and the dealership to make the process simple and easy. Best part was it was cared for and arrived in perfect condition and cost 1/2 of other transporter I called with enclosed trailers. Dealer will be using them in the future. Highly recommend for high end transportation.

I recently shipped my car from Michigan to Oregon and Nexus Auto Transport made the process as easy as could be. Incredible communication, staff to answer any and all questions, and keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process. Additionally when shopping around for quotes my best and most reasonable one came from Nexus by far. I couldn t have had a better experience and would highly recommend to any and all feeling nervous about trusting their car to get where it needs to go

Wonderful and easy experience. I was able to get the car picked up very quickly- the next day! Anytime I contacted Nexus about delivery or questions they were very quick to respond and I felt very comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Pictures are of pick up and delivery.

Awesome service at great price. I was referred to Nexus by my best friend, who have used them in the past.Nexus was very prompt to contact me after I request for quote only and gave me great deal at almost half of what the dealer wanted to charge. Their price also included insurance to cover any damage, which I think it s a great deal. Their friendly agent pickup my car on time and delivered within the scheduled time. The car was deliver with no damage or any scratch. They communicate throughout the transportation process.What they can improve: it will be nice if they have a tracking system so that you can see where the car is during transportation. This will be a great addition.

Everything was great! Our car was picked up on time with the appropriate communication. Our driver described his route, that helped us to count the estimated time of arrival, and stayed in touch, providing us with the information about the actual time of delivery. Our car was treated with care, and we got it with no new scratches or the other damages. The price was also very reasonable. It made our moving process easier, we will definitely recommend it to our friends if needed.

We were concerned about shipping our vehicle, a Honda Odyssey, from San Diego, CA to KY as we had never done this before. We read reviews and got quotes from every shipping company we could find. We finally chose Nexus due to the patient way they explained every step of the process. Additionally during the process, we really liked the way the driver and his dispatch communicated with us to ensure we met at convenient locations to us for pick up and drop off. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Any worries or concerns were completely unfounded. I'd recommend this company for shipping a vehicle anytime anywhere.

After researching multiple recommended transport companies, this company was the most responsive and competitive for what was offered.Many companies are quick to give you a quote but when you call back the quick responsiveness disappears.I was coordinating a vehicle transport from western U.S to Midwest while being located in a Southern state, so not a straight forward booking.The agent was extremely helpful and responsive and took extra steps to ensure all bases were covered.I had a very short turnaround time, flying to West, shipping vehicle, and returning home and the company worked with me.The driver was very professional and communicative at all points on the pick-up day and made the pickup smooth. We were looking at an incoming snow storm and the driver was able to get the vehicle to the Midwest early - ahead of the storm.Vehicle was delivered safely without any damage, directly to the residence.I highly recommend!

Recently we decided to bid on a used boat on an auction site, not really expecting to be the winning bidder. Of course we were excited to be the new owner, but soon realized we had only a few days to get the boat from Texas to Florida. At first we considered a road trip, but because of the incoming cold weather, we decided to find a transport company to bring it to us. Best decision ever! A Google search but us in touch with Nexus Auto Transport. Within a few short hours they put us in contact with one of their contracted transport companies who was already in the area and was able to pick up the boat and head to Florida. We would highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport to anyone who needs this type of service. From the initial call to get an estimate, to the last contact by text message to be sure that we were happy with the delivery, we were extremely pleased. Everyone we spoke to was polite, knowledgeable, and determined to get the job completed to our satisfaction.In addition, they were the most reasonable estimate.The young man who transported our boat was very professional and realiable. Before getting on the road to Florida, he sent us pictures ( included below, with an additional picture of the boat in our driveway) and he kept in touch with us along the way.Overall a very successful event!

Affordable, prompt and reliable service. I researched a lot on car shipping services and I found nexus online . I was provided with a quote, and contacted immediately. The car was shipped accommodating the dates I requested, and I was kept updated through the move. My car arrived safe and just in time. I definitely recommend these guys

Nexus was very professional. Answered call promptly, knowledgeable phone attendant, picked up car as planned, delivered the evening before it was scheduled. I received updated call from driver, Eugene. Couldn't have been more pleased. Note, that I had approach a competitor but once order was placed they didn't answer calls, so I canceled and went with Nexus. Again, couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks Nexus and Eugene!!

My experience with Nexus was absolutely wonderful. I had a booking with another company that I won't name to ship 2 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. I never had a great feeling with this other company so I called Nexus and was fortunate to land with Laura. She was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. She took ~20 minutes to answer ALL my questions before even having an order from me. She gave me her call number in case I had any questions...it was my first time ever shipping a car so I had many! She was GREAT and I will never use another company to transport cars in the future. Nexus has a loyal customer!!

NEXUS did a good job quickly and safely delivering my car to me. The staff answered the phone each time i called for anything i needed. Payment was simple and easy.A little improvement on communication would be nice. I was told my car would be delivered in a few hours so i stayed awake and waited around but it ended up being delayed until the next day. Which is not a problem but it left me waiting for no reason. NEXUS phone lines for closed for the night but luckily I had the drivers number and he told me it would be the next day.

This was the first I had a car transported from such a significant distance. I have to be honest I had reservations. I found Nexus online and they responded immediately and I explained what I needed and they provided an outstanding price... That's part one.Part Two was the transport...Wow! I was communicated with throughout the entire process from them coordinating with the seller for pick-up and through transport AND they worked around my schedule. The car arrived safely and they arrived early and were thoughtful enough to wait an hour for me to get home work. I can't thank you enough for the whole process.I should have taken pictures of it on the transport but was just excited it was there and forget to do so...but here are pictures of it minutes after it arrived...LITERALLY SAFE AND SOUND. No issues whatsoever! Awesome company I will be using again, without question. Thank you very much for all you did!!

I contacted Nexus last minute before my move and they acted fast. I was able to get my car picked up the very next day and at the location that I needed. The driver asked when did I need my car and dropped off my car within the time frame I wanted. The pickup and delivery were seamless. I enjoyed working with Nexus and would definitely use them again.

This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle so I was a little leery of the entire process. Nexus Auto Transport was at the top of the list for transport companies, so I gave them a call. The quote was slightly higher than a few others I looked at but I went with them due to their ratings. I could not have been any happier. The pickup was on the first day in my delivery window and the car was delivered before the end of the window. I had a few things in the back and they all made it safely. Nexus stayed in touch and always answered the phone with my questions. They are an A-1 service in my opinion.

Nexus provided a great quote compared to other companies. They arrived with our cars on time. The process was easy and we received updates through out the period from when we booked to the delivery. The driver was clearly experienced and took every precaution loading our vehicles. We used them for a cross country move and we would definitely work with them again.

This is my 5th shipment with Nexus. Each time has been efficient and flawlessly executed. I had my car from Sarasota, Fl to Richmond Hill, Ga within two days of my purchase. Simply amazing. I have been assigned a personal Nexus shipping contact and get my quotes within minutes so I can figure that I to my total cost of ownership even before a sale ends. What an awesome tool. I recently used Nexus auto transport to have my Jeep shipped from Houston to Las Vegas. I got the best over all price compared to other shippers I got a quote from. Nexus was also very personable on the phone and kept me up to date on the progress as the pick up date got closer. The vehicle was picked up on time and arrived a day before I was promised as well on the receiving end. Over all a five star experience. Will repeat.

This was our first experience using a car transport company. From the initial quote to delivery verification Nexus Auto Transport has been great. The driver contacted me and communicate a clear location to load the car. He took his time loading the vehicle and verifying clearance. Hired Nexus to ship my Mercedes E350 2021 from California to Texas. Made the reservation over the phone. They picked up the car as promised. The driver was thorough on the inspection, documented everything with photos. The car was ready to deliver 3 days later, but I had a problem with the furniture moving company which delayed my trip to Texas by one day. The driver was very kind and understanding, moving my delivery to the next day. The car had no damage or marks. Great service at reasonable. Will hire again when needed.

I had a great car shipping experience with Nexus. From my initial request for a quote to the delivery of the vehicle from GA to CO, everything was seamless. The cost was very reasonable vs the cost of driving the vehicle to the destination and the transport driver was very professional and communicative throughout the process. My first experience was in December 2023. I chose the Nexus and it was a great experience. The car was delivered from Georgia to California in 5 days. The driver is a pro and did everything perfectly. The second experience was with Audi. I had my car delivered in 1 day from Arizona to California. I rate the company at 5 stars. It is very convenient and safe.

I searched alot to find a suitable auto transport company and I am really thankful I landed with Nexus auto transport company. The agents are really professional, respectful and amazing. Ben was really nice to setup my move from Chicago to Houston. They kept there promise for day of pickup and even deliver one day earlier. Highly recommend company and best in town. They handled car with care and delivered with perfect condition and no scratch at all.
