NLI did a fantastic job on my Nissan Maxima! The drivers seat was very worn and damaged. I couldn't believe how great it looked after it was done! A good price and the work done in about an hour. Al and his team are great!

They did an amazing job repairing the leather seating cover of my Nissan Rogue. Other places wanted to charge me a much higher price but this location charged me about half of what other places wanted to charge me. Amazing work!

Set up of appointments went to the appointment. Told me to come back the next day. Come back the next day. He's not there. Talk to him. He said he'll be there the next day or he will call me back to set up a time. Never called back. I wait several days later call back. He answers the phone and say he'll call me back in 10 minutes. It never called so their customer service think and I have asked no one to do business with them

Had a small rip in my vinyl car seat. Other places wanted over $300 and take a day or two to repair . I found this place online and decided to give them a try. Sure enough I walked in and they took a look at the small tear. They fixed it in 30 minutes and charged me a $100. Outstanding service and they did a quality job ! I am extremely impressed with this small business and won't hesitate to come back for any future repairs . A+ earned good job Al!!!

I took my beloved custom pedal car to them to have the seat made they had it done within two days. Awesome friendly and very professional!! I loved the seat they made and love that they did not put a scratch on our expensive paint job. Definitely recommend these guys!!!

Needed my headliner replaced and only had Saturdays to get it done. They were able to get me in and get the job done in 4 hours. The headliner looked amazing. Great job.I highly recommend going there for your interior needs.

Brought my car in to get my seat cushions fixed. The owner seemed like a nice guy and charged me $200. He also gave me a warranty. It lasted less than 6 months to go back to the original state. I brought my car back in and the owner didn't honor the warranty. It's not right when the owner of a business cannot keep his word. I just purchased some automotive glue for $6 and guess what .. it is still holding.

The driver's seat of my 14 year Volvo was worn and perforated and the seams were coming apart. I was after just a functional repair. They replaced a panel on the seat, repaired the worn areas and resewed the seam. The colors were matched perfectly. The results were far beyond my expectations.

Had a tear on my leather seat they fixed it and it turned out great. Employees were very friendly and fast. The price was good too. I highly recommend this place.

Independent shop that gets the job done at the price orginally agreed upon. Smug marks we're left after a headliner was done but it's not like it'll be hard to clean.

So the saddle on my bike started ripping and I started lookin around for a place to help mefirst place I call is New Life it rang for a bit and went to some voicemail so I blew it off.Then I started callin around to the custom shops to see if anyone could point me in the right directionand I finally get a bite and told to call Brother's upholstery I call the guy he doesn't want to talk on phone tells me to come to his place in Evanston the next day. So I make the trek I get there nothing shop is closed.So I try going to a couple of motorcycle shops I know of they are all close (very sad) I get home and I call New Life again I get someone and he say's no prob come on bye and tell ya how much. I get there takes a look say's when do I need I say no hurry a week maybe he say's, tomorrow ok? I say I don't need it that quick he say's be back at 5:30 it''' be done.He calls at 4 it's done.Service and Quality!!!D.M.

Excellent work done I had a center console redone and they did a awesome job it was precisely layed down and the threads were centered flawlessly I couldn't ask for it to be done any better I'm very impressed I highly recommend this establishment

They charge you full price,but they don't do 100% job,and you have to come back and tell them you didn't finish the job
