The guys at New Era are amazing from installing lift kit on my trucks and jeeps to anything mechanical, these are your people to go to! Amazing service fast and fair pricing. I was welcomed coming in the shop. Asked me how they can assist me, I began to tell them the issue I had with my car. They checked and confirmed the issue and they also saw I had low brake pads so they went ahead a let me know and I got those replaced as well. Gave me a time frame of when my car would be done and they called me within that time frame and had excellent service with good prices. I will definitely be coming back here more often! 5 stars for me!

Took my car to get fixed again after taken it previously to get fixed for a problem that wasn t fixed in the first place. After about two days of waiting decided to pick it up and take it elsewhere. When I arrived they said they never got a chance to at least check it. Not to mention the first time I picked up my car it looked like someone had been snooping around, things were misplaced and on the floor. Also, I had a Code reader which is now nowhere to be found Definitely save your money and time by going somewhere else.

Irving and his staff over at New Era Auto Repair are plain and simply, top notch, they were polite, attentive, very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly, not to mention repair costs were very fair, couldn't ask for more. I called this location before taking in my car I needed my oil pan Braschi changed and I was told at first it was going to be 120 when I went in they changed it to 45 bucks because I wasn t getting the pan installed anymore and then at the end it came out to 160 and they took more cash from my card they took and extra 5 without saying anything they told me it was 160 not 165 this places robs you. Btw the braschi I took them so they can install for me they tossed it inside my car not even sure if they did the job rightService: Oil change

I just had some wheels & tires put on. Imagine buying a car with a bent rim & not being able to exceed 130 mph. Now imagine buying new wheels & tires & having this place put them on & not being able to exceed 65 mph because they didn't balance the wheels. They couldn't take the labels off the new tires, then they placed the old dirty tires in the back leather seat with no protection to the seats. They couldn't clean the mud off the new wheels.Service: Tires
