100% recommend this shop! Sasan was absolutely amazing and so helpful; willing to explain everything to me. My car looks brand new. This is the first time I have ever had to get my car fixed, the service is top tier and truly great!

Used them with my insurance claim. They were quick, concise, and communicated very well. The whole process was painless. Made an effort to save me money. Even provided a snack in the car when I picked it up. Would/will recommend to friends and family.

I went to the National Body Works upon a recommendation to get my car fixed after a collision. The owner, Sasan was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining the whole process very clearly. He delivered my car within the timeframe he promised and the repair was perfect. Just give a call to Sasan and you ll understand what I m talking about. Thanks Sasan for an excellent job.

Recently got some work done on my car at the shop and it was an amazing experience. I was in the process of getting three quotes but after talking to Sasan I decided to go right with NBW. Sasan took his time and explained the process in detail and how they go the extra mile to ensure that it is done correctly with high end materials. He definitely made me feel at ease. The car looked great and was finished timely . It was washed and the calendars and cookies were a nice touch. Great small business! Hopefully I won't have the need to return but if I do I will definitely return here. Thanks!

Hands down the best work, best prices and honest management. I have been using National Body Works for years for my cars. The turnaround is quick and the quality of work is excellent. Do not waste your time going to other body shops if you re a car lover and want quality work. The owner Sasan is fully transparent. Fantastic experience! They replaced my whole front bumper on my Hyundai Accent. They did excellent work. They were very kind, thorough, honest and well-priced. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto-body shop. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous experience and I highly recommend this shop if you need any kind of body work done on your car. The owner is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My Honda looks brand new and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I visited three body shops before I decided to go with National Body Works. From the moment I walked in, I knew the Owner was honest and upfront. I had no problem leaving my 2014 Audi S4 which by the way is my baby in full confidence and boy was I right. To top it all off, when I came to pick up my car, the Owner Sassan surprised me with a $50.00 gift certificate and applied extra discounts so I didn't have to pay my deductible. He also buffed out a scratch on my hood that I've been trying to get out myself without me even asking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars for their honesty and integrity. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This place rocks and they make sure they take care of your car. If you're as nutty about your car as I am, call National Body Works. My car looks great.

Easily the best experience I've had with an auto body place - and that says a lot. Had my Toyota for 22 years and been to several shops around town and out in the burbs, but this one really tops the list. Recently went to 3 or 4 other shops in the last few months and none of them would fix my rusted out rocker panel. Sasan was more than happy to take on the job and really went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship. Extra weatherproofing and cavity wax, beautiful 3 stage paint job, and the color match was probably the best I've seen.Speaking of Sasan, he and his coworkers/craftsman are very skilled, professional and personable - explaining all parts of the job with a genuine smile with satisfaction in what they do. The end result speaks for itself and it wont kill your bank account. Do your car and yourself a favor and go to National Body Works! Local Business and Kind, Grateful personnel.Sincerely ~PJP

My truck was involved in a hit and run accident while grocery shopping in Skokie, IL. I stumbled upon National Body Works, and I'm so grateful. The owner, not only professional and knowledgeable, gave me a quote that was reasonable and honest. The work, impeccable! I would highly recommend.

Phenomenal professionalism and customer service! Uninsured driver hit my BMW X6 and my insurance (State Farm) not only made me pay $500 deductible but also insisted that I go their inspection cite for the estimate disregarding my request to send an inspector to the body shop. Their estimate was the absolute minimum and they surely ignored so many things, but Sasan, the owner of the body shop, was very tough with the insurance company and meticulously fought for every little scratch or damage my car got as a result of the collision and he was able to get twice as much money. My husband, who is very picky when it comes to getting the car fixed, ended up fixing a damage caused by a previous collision because the quote Sasan gave us super affordable! Th car was fixed very fast and left the body shop in a like new condition without braking the bank!We learned that this was a small family owned business and the dedicated owners Sasan and Slava would go beyond and above to make their customers happy! Slava is the beautiful lady who lightens up the entire body shop with her charming smile and an impeccable style!I would recommend this place for everyone who likes a great service at a great price! Support small local businesses!

Wow, where do I start. If I could give this place 10 star, I totally would. Not only was the cost to repair my bumper extremely reasonable, they were very timely and even went the extra mile by repairing the rubber lining on the roof of my car. Super impressed! Thank you so much!

I am not sure how to spell his name but Cesan was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. I went to him because strong winds had hyper-extended my door and then roadside service tried to close it and ended up breaking it. Cesan fixed it with his own homemade tool and then wouldn't even let me pay him. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful I am to him for the kindness he showed me today. <3
