First off, I never leave reviews for anyone, but Tom really WOWed me! Since the first conversation I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me with my problem. I talked to him first on Thursday, then Friday morning my car was dropped off to him. He told me he is really busy and may need till Tuesday to fix my issue. That same day he called me that my Mercedes is ready, and for half of the price he quoted me!! The most honest and skilled mechanic out there. I 100% recommend his shop to anyone that needs help.

As a single mom and one vehicle is hard to find an honest automotive technician. I read the reviews for National Auto Repair and I figured I would give the shop an opportunity. My shift gear broke along with my ignition switch. I spoke to Tom and he provided me with a rough estimate for new parts and used parts and explained what would be best for my car and his recommendations. Not only did he fix my car but accommodated me with my schedule so that I wouldn't be left without a car for a long time and worked after hours to help me. I recommend National Auto Repair. I called to inquire about how much battery repair would be and he quoted me a great price. I was unable to jump my car and called Tom to let him know I won t be able to come in. Tom being the amazing human being that he is offered to come to my house to jump my car free of charge. Now that is amazing service. This is the only place I ll be going to in the future. He deserves all of your money and business. This man goes above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough for everything he does. He deserves more business.Service: Battery

I recently moved to this area and needed help diagnosing a problem with my car. I did call a few places but it was not a very pleasant experience. After I called National Auto Repair, Tomasz turned out to be very kind and helpful. He repaired the car very quickly and efficiently. Went to a bunch of mechanics (me: young woman with limited car knowledge everyone offering me a good deal prices were very high and then quick deductions when I was hesitant each one saying more work needed for my new car ) and then a friend told me about this place hands down awesome service and incredibly transparent! Hard to find honest people in this business here is one of them!!! Highly recommend!

The person who helped me was Tomek. He is very nice and he knows a lot about cars. He gives you different options and prices and he explains them all. Overall a great place and great people and fair prices. Will be coming here anytime I have issues with my car.

As the owners granddaughter, he really cared about his customers and the way he loved cars so much and took really good care of them to get good feedback from others. Personally if I was a customer, I would have still have 5 stars for how hard he work.

Yooo, every time my dad and I come here they take care of it quickly and really good. Sometimes if you need fast maintenance he ll be able to do it on the spot if it s a must. Great place. Great service.

We have three cars they are taking care of: Mercedes, Volvo and Kia. We are very satisfied and all cars are driving well. Most especially, They are very nice people plus their prices are very reasonable. I 100% +++ recommending this place
