This is now my mechanic. You want an honest mechanic shop that won't charge you an arm and leg. Can properly diagnose your car and fix it same day this is the place. Parking is also pretty good around there as the cemetery is across the street and it's on wide Ave westernMy old mechanic was going to charge $1400 for a new catalytic converter and to find where I had an emission leak in my system. With no guarantee he could find it as he had to smoke my system. Ouch.My sister go here so next day I call he takes my car the next morning..I leave and 4 hours later he states he can put an oem catalytic (which is $800 already as a part) he found one if my engine values need to be changed, he fixes by gas value, changes both front brakes, and right front caller. All for $1400. Work is done car runs beautifully. In the past for my sister she brought it there as she has emission trouble only for him to not charge her and tell take it to a dealership as that under factory warranty.

I am a teacher that was on a field trip with my kiddos to the West Ridge Nature Park. The children were riding in a wagon when all of a sudden our back wheel popped off. We were stranded on the corner or Ardmore and Western, and I desperately ran to nearest body shop. National Auto Group came and saw our situation and immediately came out with drills, bolts, and screws to fix our wagon. The man was so kind and refused to accept any money or any sort of compensation. His kindness allowed our children to complete their field trip and return safely back to school. I will be forever grateful to National Auto Group. I also came back to service my own car. The man at the front is always so kind and breaks it down for me. You can tell he is not trying to sell me the more expensive option and will sometimes recommend the cheaper option for what is best for my car. It s hard to find people with integrity, kindness, and honor these days, and I am so glad for people and business like National Auto Group!Service: Oil change

From our first encounter everyone at National Auto Group has been professional, knowledgeable, and a great example of excellent customer service. They taken great care of my truck (my big baby)! Any and every concern I've had has been addressed and assessed in a timely manner. I am so happy that I've finally found a business I can trust with my baby.

Hello, I have a toyota and I needed the door to be replaced. So I decide to go in for a estimate and I the guy ( Ricardo) quoted 175. It was a great price but when I went to go pick my car up I got charged 275. I told the guy but he made excuses. The worst part is that my door is not even put correctly there is a bigger door gap on top and a smaller door gap on the bottom. The staff is super nice.

The owner Francisco is super honest, he only does repairs that need to be done. I have been coming here for about 7 years, and will continue to use their services. Very fair prices, nice people, work done in a timely manner. Everyone is very professional and upfront with what needs to be done and at what cost. Unlike other mechanics this place won't start working on your car without telling you the diagnose and price.

This place is bomb! They are experts and you can trust them!!! Honesty and integrity 100% they are super nice, helpful and always go the extra mile to help you! I have bought 2 used cars from them and they were great!! They re super friendly, and honest! For the amount of work my car needed we were in and out. Will be bringing my car here for oil changes from now on. Thanks!Also, they have a cute cat muca, and two cute pups Shelby and Dante. It was a wonderful surprise to get some cuddles while we waited!

So I needed a tire repair since one of my tires was flat. Right since coming in their I was greeted with great care and workmanship by one of the workers named Dino who helped and gave me a very fair price. One of the best things about my experience was Dino teaching me about things to notice about the tires of the car so that I will know what todo. They all work very fast, and are all very honest with their work. I will for sure recommend this place ask and make sure to ask for Dino!

I ve had a fantastic experience with National Auto Group. I recently brought my Jeep Cherokee here to have repair work on the rear quarter panel. Not only was the quality of work impeccable, but the team s flexible schedule was very helpful and accommodating. The professionalism and courtesy is unmatched. I absolutely recommend National Auto Group for your auto needs.

Brakes wasn't working. Took the car there. Told me over the phone brake lines are leaking will replace 4 brake lines. I asked how much he said $290. I check with another mechanic He tells me to replace 4 lines it will cost $400. Sounded i am getting good deal. I tell them Ok fix it. I go to pick up the car they tell me we only replaced 2 lines cause the other two weren't leaking!! You told me over the phone 4 lines!! Will be reported to consumer affairs.Service: Brakes

This place failed to properly fix my windshield washer fluid pump problem. I thought I had an issue with motor and pump so I went in and paid for replacement. Turns out they only replaced the hose and it's not even the right size for my Corolla so it gets loose and doesn't work at times. I'm upset that they didn't do the service I paid for. If I paid for a whole new pump and motor replacement, I want to trust that it's done. Don't take $80 and give me a temporary fix by replacing the hose with an incorrect hose.Update 3/29/17Francisco, the shop owner, offered to fix the issue again. However, I already got the repair done elsewhere. He gave me a full refund instead. I appreciate that.

I went to 7 other auto body shops in the area to fix my broken bumper before coming here. This was the only place that gave me a real written estimate, instead of just giving me an arbitrary number. They were so courteous, easy to work with, and did an excellent and quick job on my car. They even gave the car a wash when they were done! I will certainly be returning to national auto group for any of my car needs!
