Ron Brown and his team, especially Mike Richardson are amazing!! We pre-ordered the Disney 100 Platinum Edition Ionic 5. It was a long awaited dream vehicle for me! They not only had it shining in the bay, they put Disney balloons on it to surprise me!! I highly recommend Napleton Hyundai for your next car!

I purchased a vehicle here in February of 2024. My salesman was Mr. Allen Washington. The communication was TOP NOTCH. Being a woman, I did not feel TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF as such the case when FEMALES are so subject to this.Still I would advise ANY FEMALE to take a male (who KNOWS the mechanics of a vehicle) to accompany them. I took my brother as an added "layer of protection."

I have only good things to report on my visit to Napleton Downtown Hyundai on Michigan. Noe my advisor attended to me as soon as I arrived. Prompt service, everything explained cleary and great customer service with a smile. A timely manner in which I was able to get to work. I appreciate Noe and Napleton Hyundai for allowing me a wonderful experience, which makes me want to recommend and refer family and friends.What more can I say? You want great service come in and let them make your day .

Wow - had a great experience with Napleton Downtown Hyundai! My wife and I went in there curious to see a Hyundai Santa Fe. We were greeted by Salim who did a great job helping us learn more about these models and we found the perfect car for us. We left feeling great - and knowing there's a trustworthy dealership in the heart of the city is fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (and ask for Salim!)

Last week I came out and my check engine light was on. However there were no appointments until April. I called and asked if I come in will turn me away they said no. Sandra my service advisor set clear expectations said my car wouldn't be looked at that day which was fair. However she pulled a miracle she knows I have a son who is 10 with autism and non verbal. She got my car looked at that day. So rats yes rats ate my wiring. Next day and 1,100 dollars later had my car back. Sandra is a God send she is knowledgeable and knows her job!! Thanks Sandra!!!!!

Please read this because I WON. I BEAT THE SYSTEM.My turbocharger on my 2023 Genesis G70 was previously bolted down with two large bolts. One came loose during an oil change done by Strickland brothers in hickory hills. I went to this Genesis to discuss a potential repair job in which I simply needed the bolt to be repaired and Genesis discovered additional damage in the turbo charger with respect to the O ring & hose tubes. They recommended replacing everything for a cost they estimates to be $3200. I found an auto shop called Fasttrack auto center in chicago and they quoted me the same work for $750. Took a couple of weeks but we got the job done for 750. This dealership wants to con you out of your money.Don t ask for anything from them aside from a used car and car parts. Avoid their service

Fantastic job at Napleton Hyundai. A thief had destroyed my ignition and steering column, knocked out a window and left the car undrivable. They fixed everything. Restored it to its beautiful best. A great team to work with. And, Sandra is the best service advisor. Very professional.

This review is based on an almost year of service/work 04/25/23 done at downtown Napleton (Chicago). I am overall disappointed at how things were handled and managed over the spans of months. Staff was constantly changed out and had no idea who to contact or who was where. Business cards were always handed out just for voicemails and emails to no be answered (ever!). I had been bringing my car for a diagnosis/warranty case. On 09/25/23 I was given a receipt and confirmed with both management and service tech that the engine replacement was approved and to come back when it arrived. On 10/24/23 I returned to refill oil and was told the engine had been ordered and Would arrive 11/3/23. I continued to call at that date and after the engine was delayed and if phone calls are recorded for customer service as said. There is a phone call on record, claiming my engine was in Texas and delayed. The new year arrives and it s time for oil again, and no engine has arrived. There is now a 3rd new management and the service providers who have been helping on and off for months. Don t understand how their name shows on the confirming paper work. At this time I was informed I was lied too and no engine ever arrived. I spent countless of hours there, money on steps that needed to be taken to prove the case, and other travel expense whenever the car shut down. All for things to end with it not being covered under warranty. If my car continues to have issues or if the issues caused by this year long bandaid I will have to open a new case or spend more money on a different diagnosis. This is by far the worst service I have experienced when it comes to Hyundai dealers. I have photo proof but google is not letting me upload at this timeThe only service area people who have my grace. Are tech agent Sandra (who did their best to be patient and catch up with everything) and Kevin (new service management) who gave me information on what was happened all these months. However their work cannnot make up for the overall treatment and service of this location.

We decided to make the decision to buy another Hybrid car. We searched many dealerships and finally found the car we wanted at Napleton dealership. Once we contacted them and let them know what car we wanted, there was COMPLETE professionalism from every person in the process of purchasing the car.We live out of state from this dealership and when we flew into Chicago our car sales rep Adnan met us and picked us up, he was there waiting for us, we didn't have to wait. He had all the paperwork in order and ready. He explained everything with the paperwork extremely thorough. He treated us with such kindness, and made us feel so comfortable. No car sales pressure at all, he took our car buying experience to a whole new level.It was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. They understood our needs and concerns and addressed them in the most professional and personal manner that we have ever had.Adnan made sure the we understood every option of the car and made sure that we were completely satisfied and comfortable with knowing exactly what how each option operates.I highly highly recommend this dealership and ask for Adnan if you want to experience the same kind of help and support that we received.

This is the worst Hyundai dealership I have been too. I got my car brand new in 2023 and got oil changes when the light comes on and was told I would get complimentary oil changes and tire rotations for the first 3 years. I was never informed that I would only get them at certain mileages. I go to this place to get it serviced and was helped by William Lash. First off, he was very rude when explaining that I couldn t get my complimentary oil changed. When I asked to speak with a manager he said he s going to tell you the same thing under his breath before walking away. He then came back still with no manager and repeated that the lil change would be $80 something dollars. I asked to speak to the manager again. He starts huffing and puffing trying to explain why I can t get an oil change. I again asked to speak with a manager and that I should not be denied speaking to one. He finally gets the manager whose name I can t recall. The manager was super helpful and explained the oil change situation. He even printed the mileage intervals out to give me a visual representation and explained that the last dealership that did my oil change internalized it (whatever that means). When the manager walked away William said negative things about the manager not knowing if a job was internalized or something along the lines. William seemed almost upset that I was able to get my complimentary oil change as if this is coming out of his pockets!!! In the end I got my complimentary oils change and tire rotation so thank you to the manager. I would have rated higher, but William Lash s behavior and the lie he told about my car will be ready in 45 mins but actually took 2.5 hours made the rating low. Once again, thank you to the manager who helped me. And to William, do better!

Had an appointment to see a vehicle today and they sold the car this morning. when I called they said they don't hold vehicles without deposits, how am I gonna put a deposit on a vehicle I haven't seen in person yet and was the whole point of the appointment?????? hope they don't sell another vehicle again and have to shut down. also their manager was too scared to speak with me, absolute cupcake

Their service department is terrible. They fixed my granddaughters truck in December due to it being a warranty claim. They had her truck for over 3 and a half weeks before even touching the vehicle. She went up there multiple times to get things out of the truck and it never moved in the parking lot. On her way to pick her vehicle up she was informed by the technician she was working with that the Turbo had been replaced (which is what it was put in the shop for). However, the new turbo caused the intercooler to go bad and they would not be fixing that. She arrived at the dealership to pick the vehicle up and spoke to the manager at the time Phillip King. He informed her that he was so sorry about the experience and would see to it that the intercooler be put on free of charge. He would have the part ordered and Hyundai would right there wrong. Well she brought it in for the appointment today and Phillip is now fired and they charged my granddaughter $582.12. I very displeased and will not ever recommend you bring your vehicle here for service.

The service department as well as, the parts department confirmed that they did in fact see and know what I was referring too. However, Mr. Phillip King is no longer with the company but the new manager Kevin would handle things. Well today I was told the best they could do was to still charge me $582.12 if I wanted my vehicle fixed. That they caused the original damage too! I was very displeased and disgusted by the whole situation. I even spoke with the manager Kevin who informed me this was the best they could do. However, I will still be escalating this matter because this is not how you do good business. I am a business woman before anything and the two issues that just aren t sitting right with me from a business standpoint is 1.) If you say you are going to do something you do it. 2.) If you break something or cause a car that your fixing to be worse or than it was before you fix that as well. No way you give a person their car that you were supposed to fix worse.

I am disappointed in the service at the dealership as I scheduled an appointment to bring in my vehicle for a correction to a recall item. I scheduled the appointment I was told it was would take approximately two hours to correct. After an hour and a half I was told that that did not have the part and would have to order it, I don t think it s unreasonable to expect the dealership to have the repair part for the recall that I was notified of. What a waste of time and now I m told it s still a two hour repair.

My car had me schedule a 33,000 mile factory severe conditions appointment at this location as it was the closest. I come in and this service guy William Lash comes and asks me what im here for. First of all has horrible customer experience, dry and don t even look you in the face while talking to you. I told him i was there for the 30,000 car maintenance or some i did not know until i pulled up my email. I mean if the system has us schedule whatever appointment shouldn t that show in their tablets? Then he speaking extremely low like i had to get really close to even hear what he was saying and he tells me its $129 and some change. Im like uhm for what? He s like for the tire rotation and oil change. I said i don't need an oil change I'm not due for it. He said so what are we doing today? Idk! You tell me. Your system is the one telling me to schedule these appointments. I proceed to tell him i get my oil changes done elsewhere. He like well they didn't reset your light or whatever, like its my fault. Im like well I m not due for it. Again he a like well what are we doing today then? You said tire rotation right? We can do that but I'm not doing the oil change when its not due. Just flat out rude and dry and not a very pleasant guy to deal with. Never coming back to this location again. Very unprofessional. I should have brought my husband with and maybe he d show some respect. Unbelievable. I should have just left in the first place. Waste of time.

We had been looking for a Tucsan Hybrid late in 2023. We could not find one in the area we lived so we went online and looked in areas that were within a one-way one-stop flight. We only found 1 location that had a car coming in. We contacted that dealership. This has been one of the best experiences we have had even though we we buying out of state. Adnan was patient with all our questions. He met us at the airport. It was a great experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership and 1st and foremost, ask for Adnan!

BEWARE!!!! I wish I would have read a few reviews before taking my car there for the two hyundai recalls. Schedule service on 2/13/2024 at 8:30. I drop my car off at 8:21,signed the paperwork, and was told it will be ready in about 5 hours. I had to work so that was perfect. Got a text from Sandra stating that she would keep me informed or if I needed anything text this number. I call an uber,go to work,and at 3:00 pm I reach out via text to Sandra. She doesn't answer the text so I call and they have me on hold, phone hangs up,call back;hold again,now the young lady on the phone says "I can't reach Sandra or the service department manager". The time is now 4:30 pm. I punch out ,jump on the bus and get there at 5:30. No one is in the service area,there is about 3 or 4 people walking in and out. A guy say go to sales they can help. Find some in sales,he takes me to the counter and they can't find my car,my name,or my keys. I'm livid! Another guy come and looks me up again, we look in the database together and see that my car was unassigned, whatever that means (you know what it means).That had my car for 9 hours just sitting on one of there lots. The guy who help me asked me to look in the box with him to find my keys(this is a tish show). Finally find my keys,they get my car,and I promise them that they would never see me or anyone I know again. You all belong on western. Greed.

Under new ownership but the service department a nightmare , my car sat there a few weekd before anyone looked at itI got it towed in on a sat ,i was tolded to get something uninstalled before they can look at it ,its done ,its back it's been there almost 2 weeks no one called me ,emailed me not contact ,they need to fire all mechanics an retrain them , I hate this the only dealer in the area. Fyi.my car still there an hasn't been looked at almost 30 days

I took my car to this Hyundai Dealership 10/26 because I got an email stating there was a recall on my vehicle. They had my car from 10-26-23 through 10/27/23. Upon receving my vehicle back, I noticed that my car did not drive the same so I went back and inquired to my service provider Mike and expressed to him something did not seem right, with LIQUOR ON HIS BREATH he expressed to me that nothing was wrong. Well now my engine light is on and my car has been having problems ever since this Service Recall has been done and I have no way of knowing why my engine light is on out of complete NOWHERE I could not get anyone from Hyundai to help me and throughly explain to me what service was done to my vehicle and why am I having all of these problems after their services. When I called to ask how much would it cost for another inspection I was told $240 just for them to look at my vehicle. I am at a loss of words and money constantly trying to fix the problem that I have no idea about or why it is happening. I had no problems with my engine or functionality of my vehicle until AFTER THE SERVICES WERE DONE regarding the recall service. Smh I wish I would have never went here to get my car inspected or recalled if I had of known my car was going to be damaged or malfunctioning.

Bought my vehicle from here when it was still Roger's Autogroup. Bad service experience. I thought that by having new ownership they would've gotten better but if anything got worse. Waited 30 minutes for someone to approach me for an oil change. Booked the appointment 3 weeks ahead. Left the service center after 30 minutes and no one approached me. Will never come back and would rather drive further to Ettleson Hyundai.

I have had the worst customer service experience at this location in the past. The only reason I made a return appointment is because this location had the earliest availability & I needed to get my oil changed in a timely manner per my warranty. I am pleased to inform the management team that I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tiera & Sandra upon my arrival. Tiera greeted me with the biggest smile, concern & professionalism. Sandra was a joy to meet as well. She s extremely knowledgeable & eager to help & patiently explain the process & provide info & address any issue or concern. These two ladies alone are improving the moral of this service department. My did NOT take 5 hours like my last visit. My appointment was at 9:30, I got there about 8:30 and I was out at 9:45. Thank you for the much needed change in the service department. I will most definitely be back.

The service center here is so slow! When I purchased my car I got 2free maintenance appointments. When I showed up for my 2nd maintenance no one even checked me in until I was already in the queue for 35mins told me it would take an hour I didn t stay bc I had my toddler with me.I came back to use my 2nd free maintenance . I was checked in right away at my reserved check in time 8:30am. I was quoted if would take about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation . I ve currently been waiting for 2.5hrs.I will be taking my vehicle to jiffylube for these maintenance appointments!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!My mom been waiting on manger Kevin to call for a few weeks now but recently on 2/3/2024 her car was supposedly had been done according to BILL. (Prior she had Oscar and Phillip whom she was told no longer worked there anymore). Anyways, we Got to dealership on 2720 s. Michigan Chicago , Illinois and met with BILL who we had to help him find the car keys and her car which he didn t know where it was! After locating both car was released she went to straight home and have not drove the car since . Now yesterday my first day back to work , the car started to tighten up with all lights on dash with codes! Car shuts off after the car begins blinking/blinking dash board. Car would not start in front of her job to even park or put in neutral- co-workers of mine begin to come help, one even gave her a jump which did start the car but lights shortly returned she had codes of-Codes:1.engine oil pressure warning lights2.Parking Brake & Brake Fluid Warning Light3.Anti-lock Brake System Warning Light4.Electronic Power Steering Warning Light5.Malfunction Indicator Lamp6.Electronic Stability Control Indicator LightShe just wanted to a working vehicle whom she pay car note on to function properly. This car is a safety hazard and she so scared to drive that car with no knowledge of if it even got fixed!!!!

Sandra was awesome. Haven t had a smooth experience since the Rogers days but this experience made up for it. Quick and easy service! Sandra should train all of the service advisors
