I have had a great experience with GMC Napleton Downtown so far. They are always so nice and answer any questions I have. They give me the customer service I require. Now Am I happy my car has had issue NO! However, these guys didn't do it. All they did was services me at the best of their ability and I always felt that when I either walk through the door or just over the phone. shout out to Edger, James and Mike. Your team is the best.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. We dropped our truck off for a possible mechanical repair on 3/8. Hubby initially spoke with them on 3/8 via phone BUT apparently after he spoke with them a porter had an accident in our truck. Napleton NEVER informed us of the accident and sent our truck out for the damage to be repaired without our consent nor knowledge. After calling numerous days about the status of the mechanical issue we were finally informed the following week (many days later) about the accident. We asked if they had pictures of the damage and was told they would be emailed. After not receiving any pictures we went up to Napleton and was told there were not any pictures of the damage. (They take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off so the consumer can't allege they did any damage but when they damage your vehicle they don't take any pictures.......go figure). We ended up speaking with Hector who initially spoke with us in a condescending manner because he felt the fact Napleton had the damage repaired should have sufficed. We then spoke with Mike Jones who was apologetic but we still wonder where the breakdown in communication occurred and also if we would have even been informed of the accident if we had not been diligent about inquiring about our truck. To add insult to injury they did not even offer to discount any portion of the cost to diagnose the problem with our truck. Needless to say we will no longer patronize this location which we have used since purchasing our truck, because we no longer trust them.

Missed my scheduled appointment and was able to reschedule same day for a later time. Very convenient. The service was very quick getting my oil change completed. Got a tire rotation and was out in about 1.5 hours. Thanks !

When speaking to someone in Service, I informed her that I made an appointment online which she continuously stated she didn t see it in the system. My car wasn t inspected after a whole day of being at the dealer and the advisor failed to communicate effectively

I scheduled a oil change and an engine light diagnosis. You kept my car for 4 days and the engine light diagnosis was the same as what I got from Auto Zone for free. The mechanic did not put me in the system thru the text so I could tract what was going on with my car. I had to call and my technician was off work for two days so I had to talk to someone else that wasn't very helpful. The overall attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired (not very friendly and willing to help. They seem to be unorganized? I also went to the parts department to inquire about a headlamp for a 2013 Tahoe and was given the part information (two significantly prices). Went to another dealer and was given the right part number. Returned to you guys and ordered the part and when I picked it up I checked on the car that was being serviced (3 days later *the mechanic was just putting it on the tester). Hopefully your service will get better in the future.

I bought my car from you . And I only get one free oil change. That's so sad!! Use the Dealer Ship lease can give 3 Oil Change. And then charge me $99.03 for a Oil change. I won't get my Oil change there any more.

My wife and I worked with Adnan(Andy) and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to purchase our vehicle. We were looking at a few different options with him and he was very patient and accommodating with our situation. Andy was very quick with any questions we had and made choosing the perfect Chevy truck for us . Very rude service man, told me ill call you in an hour nothing. Left 2 messages not called back. Waited over 4 days for any answer. I knew what was wrong with car. But person doesn't believe me. Had to pay extra for a logistics test for 235.00 for something I already wrong with the car. All you want to rip off people. Also you didn't even wash the car. You don't care because my car is old and not new. Horrible customer service rude employee. Then told me I might get a parking ticket because your going to let my car sit there and not touch the car for 4 days. Stop bothering me with emails about a damn review if I want to respond I will.

I was overcharged lonell added items that I did not receive or ask for. Lonell gave me seven different prices. Shawn highlighted on the invoice what was supposed to be put on my vehicle. Which was less then what the prices that lonell gave me. Then when I pick up my vehicle. Edgar increased the price to to coincide with Lonell invoice. Edgar did not supply me with the warranty information on my receipt nor did he know the warranty information. Edgar is a shop manager so how come he couldn't give me the information. I will be filling a complaint to get to the bottom of your price gouging and misinformation. How could mapleton downtown Chicago dealership allow customers to be treated unfairly. My vehicle was in the shop for over 6 months every time I called there was no one available nor will not call me back after I left several messages.(ADDING TO MY REVIEW)I have received two calls from Napleton downtown Chicago dealership since I posted my review the first call, asking me to edit or delete my review because what happened to me was in the pass. That's not a reflection on them now. I was offered an incentive. How would I use the incentive if I'm not going back to that dealership. The second call I let go to my voicemail. So No nothing changed if it did I wouldn't have posted how disappointed, upset and furious for the way I was treated. Don't get me wrong I do understand that they were trying to correct their wrong but you cannot correct 6 months of holding my vehicle for repairs. there's no explanation for that. Nor did I get one. I never called them in a rage even though I knew I wasn't going to get a call back or when I went up there. until the day I went to pick up my vehicle . I'm being harassed for my review. To make matters worse they never mentioned the warranty information. Their only concern was about their reputation.

Got an oil change and had the ten point outcome on my car explained to me by Mike letting me know the condition of the tires, brakes, etc. Plus got a car wash. Drove away feeling like my 2013 Malibu with just over 21,000 miles was a new car. He advised me that I should drive the car more often.

I truly appreciate your serviceman for being mindful of my time. The oil change and tire rotation was completed in an acceptable amount of time. Unfortunately, paying $80 for the oil change (tire rotation was complementary) was more than I expected. However, since my car is under warranty I will continue bringing my car for serviceCoffee pot should be cleaned to eliminate the burned, bitter, coffee taste.

You accepted a morning reservation and car sat unlooked until the next day. Why take a reservation - if you don't have time to look at a car, then block out the reservation times. After started the service, no one communicated with me about timing so I could make plans for pickup. I had no idea the car would be in for 4 days and would have been fine if properly communicated.

I am going to another dealership for service. The service advisors I am used to from years dealing with Rogers Auto Group are all gone and the ones you have now are not friendly at all. Also, your prices are too high. Rogers used to charge $89.95 to check out a problem with your vehicle. You were charging $188.00 and I was told by a service advisor when I had my last oil change that it is now $239.00.........just to listen to a noise. And I would not be able to ride with the tech to make sure we hear the same thing or discuss what I am experiencing. I was able to do that with Rogers. I won't be back.

1. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon...unacceptable2. The "inspection" was just checked off without checking anything because my rear wiper is literally falling apart and my front windshield is cracked but both are marked as being ok...ridiculous.3. The oogeling and whispering about the women that come in is very uncomfortable. It's like the staff has never seen an attractive woman before. Also ridiculous.

Did not explain the features of the truck like its drive options like how to properly switch to off-road, or 4x4, camera features, dash views, etc.. Not willing to negotiate on price at all. Did not offer any incentives like free oil changes or tire rotations. Will not accept an overnighted check from credit unions. Don t expect to get a deal when shopping for cars these days. For all these reasons I m not giving 5 star or even 4 star bc I didn t feel they went out of their way to make sure I was exceptionally satisfied. However, the truck I purchased was very nice and built in America! $49,728.88 out the door for base model Canyon Elevation with no power seats, and no bed liner.

Scam serviceTook in my Buick envision for unlock/lock button issue and tire rotation. Problems that follow:1. Tires rotated improperly (had to go back as my pressure gage was reading the wrong tires for each position)2. Was told the unlock buttons needed new parts and that they would call me back when they got them. Never followed up with me, I would have to call and they kept pushing back the date for the new parts 3. Charged me for new batteries in my key fob. What funny timing as the key fob was the only thing out of warranty so they had to charge me. Did not call to confirm if I was okay with the charge as it was a small fee Took it to the naperville Buick dealership I originally bought it from. My unlock buttons did not need new parts they just got unconnected from the door. Unlock buttons were fixed within five minutes.Have never felt more scammed from a dealership. Head to a different Buick dealership if you need service

I dropped my car off on Nov 10 and on Nov 11 I got a detailed email with what they did and that the problem with my module was fixed. They even washed my car for me, Lonell Turner was sonice and friendly, I was very happy. I love my 2004 Buick La Sabre, I would definitely bring it back if necessary. Great service. Clara ODea

I am extremely happy with the service for my 2022 G70 Genesis today at Napleton Chicago, downtown Thank Oscar, who was my service go to person very professional attentive, and he kept me up-to-date with What was going on with my car, very satisfied . Erin Mackey, Philip King, both helped me with the process of dealing with my insurance company making sure I received everything I needed above and beyond. Erin Mackey she helped me previously with my headlight being replaced and any concerns . She was there to make sure nothing was over looked and taken care of on her Day off my hat goes off to her and I appreciate the spectacular service, and that s exactly what was given then and today. Everyone was very professional. Thank you Erin Mackey , Phillip King and Oscar for your diligence, your kindness and your professionalism.
