Amazing first time experience! Took my vehicle to get serviced for some pretty bad junk underneath and Armando took care of everything! Beyond happy for the updated parts with a completely better driving car. Will be going back again! I recommend!

My Catalytic Converter was stolen and I had a great experience with mufflers 4 less! They got me in ASAP and replaced the converter and had my car back to me in 2 hours for a very reasonable price! The staff were super helpful and friendly over the phone and in person! Sent me pics of before and after as well as price quote. 10/10 recommend.

Had my secondary un-monitored cat stolen from my car and the guys at Mufflers 4 Less hooked me up with a simple straight pipe to fill the void until new parts came in. Took just a couple hours and couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks guys!

So grateful to have this repair shop in our neighborhood! I ended I getting a flat and pulled in to the gas station across the street. Spent over an hour trying to switch out my tire because my lug nuts had swelled and the tire wouldn t budge even after their removal. Popped over (at closing time, mind you) and Armando was able to help me out and changed the tire in less than 5 minutes and was so friendly and kind. I ll definitely be looking into using them for work in the future!

Can t recommend this place enough. Best customer service with updates and images of the progress throughout. My catalytic converter was stolen and I was able to get it replaced very quickly for a very reasonable price.

I ve gotten numerous repairs done here all with fantastic results. Service could not be better. Armando always goes above and beyond. I was recently having a problem preventing my car from starting and he CAME TO MY HOUSE and did the repair on site, saving me hundreds of dollars in tow fees. I ll never go anywhere else!

Same deal as everyone: catalytic converter was stolen, and got out replaced here quickly and for LESS than the payout from insurance! Just passed my first emissions test, no smells from exhaust after a brief breaking in. Get it replaced here!

I had a really great experience with this place. Walking in, the girl at the desk was super kind every time I went in. It is really scary as a young woman to go get work done on your car and this place was super honest and kind to me. The guy who fixed my car gave me updates, photos and went above and beyond to help me understand things about my car that needed done. I would trust this place with my life, and you have to trust someone who is fixing your car.Not only did he let me know what was wrong, he checked other aspects that we weren't sure about and gave me the best price you can get in the city. What kinda place charges the partial hour? They could have charged a full hour I wouldn t have known. That s because these guys are HONEST and do GREAT, AFFORDABLE work. Also, Armando was super friendly and I won t hesitate to come back and recommend them to anyone in the future! Thanks!

Our normal mechanic was so busy. They referred us to Armando. It was a muffler with a hole in it. He could have easily sold us a while new muffler system for hundreds of dollars as our car is more than 15 years old and has hundreds of thousands of miles on it. But instead for only $150 he replaced one part of the exhaust system that was broken and we were good to go.So obviously he is a very honest mechanic.Since then we've had much more difficult repairs done by him with equally excellent results. For example, he diagnosed and found our oil leaks in our car solving them. Our car was making a strange noise which he correctly diagnosed as the power steering pump failing.Overall, I can't say enough good things about this mechanic shop and Armando.economthe most expensive solution in order to make money?

I had my catalytic converter stolen. I went in on a Monday morning and a mere two hours later Armando called with an estimate so much better than I could have hoped for! Promptly finished the repair by end of day. Even encouraged me to come back for further quality check after I had put 100 miles on the part. Super personable and friendly- would highly recommend!

This place rocks! I had my catalytic convertor stolen and they were able to replace it within an hour and a half for an amazing price. A great place to get repairs! I had my catalytic converter stolen and was searching all over the city to get a replacement. They gave me a great price and was repaired within a few hours the same day! I worked with Armando who spent the time to explain what had happened to my car and to show me how they had repaired it. I give this place 5 stars for transparency, communication, service, friendliness, and price. I will definitely come back if I ever need car repairs again!

Armando was great! I like that he sent me pictures and really explained the problem (muffler) while talking me through what I was looking at in the pictures. He gave me a couple solutions and actually recommended the cheaper option as the better fix. Also both of his solutions were half the cost of what I was quoted at a different place.

Had a great experience using Mufflers 4 Less! The shop was super quick to getting to me about all the issues with my car, and once everything was sorted through insurance, they had my car ready in less than 24 hours. Was in Chicago for work and to visit some family. Unfortunately, the catalytic converter, O2 sensor, and the wiring that goes with were stolen off of my car during my trip and I didn't realize until it was time to head home. I had to stay another night and then spent the next morning calling shops all over the Chicagoland area. To make matters worse, we were heading into Memorial Day weekend. Mufflers 4 Less was the only shop that was polite, upfront, and willing to get it done within the day. They even made sure to send me photos of all the damage & repairs for my insurance agency. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the work they did to get me back home, highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

I was so impressed by the customer service. I needed to have my brakes and exhaust manifold replaced, and they kept me updated through the whole process with pictures and pricing points. I dropped my car off at around noon and was able to pick it up a few hours later. My car drives so much better now.
