12/10/2023My experience in the service department at Mile Anderson was excellent, on 05-26-2023, 11-18-2023, 11-22-2023 with Antonto Navarro and Tim Jenney. They were kind, they explained everything to me it was easy to understand what they was telling me about my vehicle. Told me how long I would be there for the service and they're always on cue about the time. I always make sure they are there before I come if not I won't come. Very nice people and excellent customer service. Thanks Antonto and Tim for being so helpful.

Why would you try and charge me 3 different diagnostics fees for 3 separate issues .All of the issues would ve been covered by a standard 21 point inspection that is done with routine maintenance service which I paid for in my premium service package, when I bought the vehicle.And all the problems are all suspension issues. Yet, you want to charge me $200 per diagnosis. As if it was 3 different things.

Very rare for me to post a reviews of place but this time it well worth to recognize the extra mile that Ben Staar over a mike anderson chevy took to have my business on buy a new car. I explained to him what i was coming in for and the numbers i was working with and just coming to see IF MAYBE i would trade in my car if it worked out..Very honest and upfront and told me what he can offer and see what we can work out so it worked out for myself but also for the dealership. Coming in to just see a car and not really having on mind to buy one to actually driving off on a new car, thats how good this guy selling skills. This is my second time buying a car out of mike anderson but for sure this time has to be the best one. Upfront and on the same page easy process thanks again Ben, also edgar and alex thanks for all the help on the deal and financing! For sure i will recommend people to come see you guys for a new car.

I went in to buy a car after being out of a car for almost 2 months. Jose was the rep who helped me and when I told him that I wanted to lease he explained to me that s it s not worth leasing right now because it s not as cheap as it used to be. He showed me 3 cars and worked with me to get to a price that worked for me. He even went above and beyond and said he would get in touch with me to give me info on ways to better my credit. And he even called his own car insurance guy to help me get insurance. He made a difficult time an easy time. And I m so appreciative of him. Thanks Jose!

I don t know what s going on with the service department. They must be incredibly short staffed. I called just to schedule a diagnostic check. When I went in for my appointment I was told my car would be there for 2 to 3 days! What a joke! Who can leave their car for 2 to 3 days just for a diagnostic check?! The guy who scheduled my appointment should have mentioned that. I planned to be there three hours on my day off. The service department used to be much better than this. I don t know happened.

If I could I will give them negative stars.I took my vehicle to service: I had two concerns.1.) My Engine Light (Power Reduced)Which was covered by the warranty.Part of this concern was covered by the warranty.2.) There is some clicking noises under my trunk. Vehicle wasn t diagnosed, I was just told it was because of my stuff at the trunk, so I removed all my stuff and it keeps making the noises.Then I was told I shouldn t supposed to paid anything. I spoke with the Manager which was so rude to me. He states that I paid because I declined the work. But first concern was covered by warranty. Second concern wasn t diagnosed.So if they find 3 or 4 more issues, I should pay 3 or 4 time for a diagnosis?Really bad service.Never got my money back as I was told.I dropped off my vehicle on Monday for second time, so they can diagnose the clicking noise but it was just parked for two days without being diagnosed or not even touched.I was told I wouldn t pay anything If I decline the service because it was already paid. If I get the service that money would go on the final payment.Why they make you do an appointment if they won t work on your vehicle until have someone to work on it.

Alyssa was my sales representative and contacted me about the early return of my leased vehicle. She was able to move me from my leased vehicle to a new car. I've had the pleasure of working with David Domingo. Very solid salesman. Answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and very knowledgeable. Also had on a wonderful parfume/cologne one day.I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a new car!

I just wanted to say what great service I received from Tim Jenney and the other staff in the service department. Tim was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He kept me completely informed about what was going on with my vehicle and took the time to explain everything. I never once had to call and see what was going on which to me is very important that people follow through and let me say Tim definitely did. Also the rest of the staff I had contact with did an excellent job. I will and would recommend to bring vehicles there for service and I personally will contacted Tim for any future work I may need.

If you are looking for a great buying experience I highly suggest you go see Jorge Rodriguez.Jorge was very polite and knowledgeable from start to finish. I would give 0 stars if I could. I made a service appointment 3 weeks ago, for today. I received a confirmation email 2 days ago for my service appointment. My husband showed up for the appointment today and the service department was closed secondary to a strike. We were not notified and our appointment was not cancelled or rescheduled. And furious that I received a confirmation via email 2 days ago. We will not be giving Mike Anderson Chevrolet any of our business in the future. We always buy GM and own 3 chevy's. Our business will go elsewhere.

So I'm planning to buy a brand new Tahoe RST and I head off to these guys as they were receiving one in couple of days. Initially they were super helpful and were trying to go out of their way to help out (or so it seemed). Their sales manager "Paul" took all my documents and gave me his number and told me to head off and he'll sort everything out for me. He also gave me his word that the car is off the market and pending arrival to the dealership, it's mine. A day later, Paul and his team go radio silent...he stops answering my texts where I was asking him to send me a quotation for the car price, window sticker, etc. He wouldn't answer my calls either. When I called the dealership, the manager instructed his employee to tell me that the car is no longer available - didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me in person. All in all this looked like a pretty shady dealership. They want to get all your documents and information but wouldn't provide you any sort of details on the car. I'm glad I got to experience them at the very beginning...I can't imagine their service after sales.

I purchased a new vehicle with Joe and Logan both were very professional and made every attempt to satisfy my family. They both catered to my needs and made the car buying experience as stress free as possible. I will always recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a great new/used vehicle. P. Wadkins was wonderful, very helpful kind and courteous. Making sure everything was clean. It s raining currently so that s no small task. Even though she was very busy, she stopped what she was doing to answer my questions! Thank you so much for your help and keeping everything clean and putting your company s best foot forward. My mom went here to get me a new key fob after the only one that came with our 2011 Chevrolet Cruze broke off in the ignition, no problem. $180+ later and we've got a new key, unfortunately they've then got to "program" the key, which is another $180+. Discovered I can DIY that by starting the car with the old key and then immediately using the new one, now it's "programmed." They wanted the old key to program the new one, so I can only assume they enjoy scamming old ladies here. Cheers

Great place to go shopping for a car.My kids and i had a good time looking at the variety of models on the lot. Janelle Norton and the rest of the staff were super friendly great knowledge on they re vehicles . I m glad I went to Mikes . Thanks Janelle , I think you ll be hearing from us soon .!!

1. Service: I took my car in to fix the radio/Bluetooth. They did not resolve the issue which is frusturating. I bought the car brand new from Mike Anderson and have always had an issue with the radio/Bluetooth. It was even replaced at one point. (I don't know if their not good at their job or Chevy just doesn't provide a good radio.)2. Sales: I was thinking about trading in my car because well the radio/Bluetooth is frusturating. I was told I wasn't going to get anything for the trade in. Which whatever, I just wanted to get rid of the car.I found a car I liked and placed $100 down to hold it over the weekend. But I decided to keep looking that weekend and found that, Carvana gave me a positive trade in! So I decided to go with them.This all happened 4th of July Weekend. I went back in on Monday July 5th to get my deposit back. I was told I needed a manager to get it back. I went to the sales department and Calvin William told me he was a manager and he would take care of it. Logan Mueller, who assisted me in my original visit was there as well so I trusted them and left. I checked my bank account a few days later and found it was not refunded.I called back July 12th and spoke to an actual manager, Andrew Ramus, and I found out that I was lied to and that Calvin was NOT a manager. Mr. Ramus said he would take care of it and I would be refunded. Today is July 17th and my deposit has still not been refunded.Overall, I would not recommend Mike Anderson and I would definitely avoid Calvin William and Logan Mueller.Service: Electrical

Dealer attempted to renegotiate higher on an already agreed price when our mechanic found out the car had structural damage. When I pointed out this is the opposite of how negotiation works, they refused to fix the part (almost $1000 in cost). The worst part is, they have a service department, so it seems pretty much impossible they didn't know about the damage in the first place and preferred to make me find out myself. Unethical, unprofessional, and shady. Do not buy from here, and especially don't buy any BMW X3's from here.

They refused to work on my car because I had a dash cam. When I ask why couldn t I have my camera they said it was state law. State law says you can t record someone without them knowing of the camera(my camera in plain view). Than after I ask to talk to the supervisor, the supervisor said it s their policy. When ask to see the policy he refused than try to look up state law again. Which than he try to argue with me on public photography after I told him I was going to stand outside and take pictures of anything I can see. He than just sat there kept telling me he will sue me to me they just out trying to find ways to sue people. What are they trying to hind?! They don t understand law and they don t understand that you have a first amendment right to stand on the sidewalk and take pictures. This place always up to something.
