These guys were amazing!!! I called midday, desperately needing my tires replaced, a hater slashed them up. They didn't have my tire in stock and was booked for the day. They offered to go get the tires I needed and have them waiting when I pulled up with the tow truck. They were quick helpful and professional. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I've gone here multiple times and had nothing but an amazing experience at this location. The manager Angel Guy was super helpful and informative and likewise with the crew. Overall a great place to come to for your car needs!

If you re looking for top notch service look for either of these 2!! Denise set my appointment at 1:30 pm after every Midas turned me away because of the $59 craze on full synthetic oil changes! Told me it could be a delay but safe due everything in her power to get me in and out Kenny rung me up I went outside for a good 15 minutes bam car done and ready! They noticed I had a cord loose on my car fixed it out of the kindness of their hearts! Definitely recommend and I will be back next oil change!

I m a Midas customer and have been for the past two years.. Mike and Denise of the 4433 S Kedzie location always provide outstanding customer service. I recommend Midas to anyone who may question receiving service outside their dealership. Mike went over and beyond helping me on my visit today 3-18-24.. I am very satisfied as a Midas customer. I highly recommend Midas you will be pleased!

I had a really great experience at this Midas location! Im always wary about entering car shops alone, but here I felt no intimidation, I felt respected. I didn t feel like I was just a sale here. Everything that was wrong with my car was explained to me in depth by Angel. And I wasn t pressured into getting ALL of the issues taken care of that same day. Whether my cars issues were minor or major were explained to me too so that assisted with knowing what I needed to get done that day. I feel like I can actually trust this place and it s employees.

Denise was so thorough in showing me what all was wrong with my car. She took the time to answer my questions and let me know what needed to be repaired immediately and offered advice on applying for the credit card. The wait time was 2 hrs, but it went by quickly. I love this Midas and will continue to return again for services.

Just got my oil changed. Angel was great, he ran the store by himself and got me in and out in a timely manner and made sure my coupon discount was added. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was checked in quickly. Thanks Midas and thanks Angel. I will be back again.

An update that moved me from 5 stars to 1 star: Overall skeptical of the business practice and disappointed in the service. ABS sensor came on during repairs for other, seemingly non-related parts (as it was explained to me). Lead technician Angel informed me that there was no way the repairs they were doing could have caused such damage while repairing the other issues. They stated they would have to give me a whole other quote for that repair. As you can imagine, this was already a very costly visit, and the new quote for the issues incurred during this service was close to another $500. Additionally, I learned I had to pay for totally new parts, even though the parts being repaired were under lifetime warranty . When asked if my existing warranty would be honored, I was told no. Appreciated the shuttle service, but in retrospect, it doesn t totally make up for how unsatisfied I am with the repairs and business practice. In the future, I will go elsewhere and encourage my associates to do the same.

Very informational, friendly and will take care of all your vehicle related needs. I was referred to them by a coworker she bragged about them a lot and she was very accurate. They take pictures and give you a detailed description of problem areas.

Today was my first time going to Midas, I needed to get my brakes checked out . They have great costumer service , Denise was very helpful and profesional . Love their work , they were able to fix my brakes within in the same day

Very quick, thorough full body check with oil change.A link is sent to you with any repairs that may be needed with photos to accompany each point.Appointments required.Great quality oil use, Valvoline brand. If you have a coupon, use it! An oil change can come out cheaper than an actual Valvoline facility. Denise is very knowledgeable and states facts and options clearly.The people working on cars are also very courteous in putting guards inside your car to not track oil stains on seats and carpet.10/10 recommend this location

For many years I've been going to midas for my car repairs the price is always reasonable the staff are incredible friendly and they always will listen to your concerns and give you the best possible answer and the best part is before they do any work they will always tell you the price and what need to be fixed and what can wait they sent me a full detail of my car on my cell phone which it was truly amazing I highly recommended that you visit this location midas I will see you again and thank you very much midas team!!

They will ask for a 5 star review before the service has been started to take $5 off. Then they will scam you by telling you that it s a $159 inspection fee that will go toward your car getting fixed & then turn around and still make you pay 2 more separate charges for parts without including your $159 toward that they re real slick

I really wanted to give a great review but after leaving and feeling like I got over charged for the break service to my car I have to share my experience. I came in on a Saturday morning and was told same day service and later turned into a first thing Monday morning. I have a small child and work so my car is essential and to be without one was difficult during the weekend. Monday morning came and still no call or update. Not to mentioned the quote was shocking I had no choice and agreed and within a min I called back to cancel and they said sorry they started the work I was stuck with a crazy bill for something I was quoted at much less! I agree I felt taken advantage of for being a woman like the other reviews.

I ve been going to this Midas for about 4 years and the quality of service has gone way down. My husband and I dropped off our car for a routine oil change at 8am. We get notified at 9:30am that they finally started working on our car. Only to have someone call at 10:30/11:00 that our oil pan cracked when the mechanic was putting the screw back. Now we couldn t get our car until 4PM EOD because they needed to order the pan since it wasn t at a local hub. Well to no surprise the car was not ready by EOD. We had to wait until Monday 9am to get the call that we can finally pick up our car. After the all the stress, three days without transportation, and having to call off of work, we get a $5.00 discount and a mediocre apology. Honestly never going back to this company and location again!

Wonderful staff!! Kenny and Denise are both so friendly and professional. The shop and waiting area was very clean. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Thank you for showing your great example of service.
