Got an oil change done, note to self: it's less expensive to get the full synthetic change outright than provide parts. I got my filter and oil at O'Reilly Auto Parts, ended up being more expensive than if I allowed my mechanic to provide all parts.Quick and easy service, Adam the store manager was talkative and honest. Couldn't ask for more, very happy with the service. Thanks guys

This Midas Lincoln and Devon has a great service. Employees are very helpful and they have great attitude.Mr Rob have really welcoming personality. I recommend you guys check out and see them for your car service

Fast and efficient service with knowledge technicians and mechanics. Midas also offers a number of extended warranties on their services, so if something goes wrong, you're covered. If you can, ask for Adam -- he'll hook you up.

I've been researching online to find a reliable place for car maintenance, and I was fortunate to meet Adam at the shop. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, addressing all my questions with patience. Despite not having received the service yet, Adam's super respectful and excellent service at the front desk gives me confidence. I'll provide an update next week after getting my car serviced so everyone can also see how is the actual car service as well, but so far, the experience has been pretty positive.

My splash shield fell down and was scraping against the pavement.Adam provided the best service that I've ever experienced. He's very knowledgeable, courteous and kind.I would recommend everyone to go to his Midas shop for any car servicing needs. He's truly awesome! Midas is very lucky to have Adam as a manager.He deserves a promotion to a high level management position.Hhfg

Adam Kavouras and his team are the best! I ve had my brakes done here and I m back again for other car services needs. What I like about Adam and his team is that they always look out for their customers and are very straight forward on what is needed, what is urgent to fix now vs later and help you find a solution for the cost of repairs. That kind of transparency and honesty is key for good customer service!

Service Advisor Rob Montgomery is the reason I drove from Elmhurst to this Midas in northern Chicago. Been taking my cars to Rob for 9 years and know I can trust him for competent, efficient and friendly service, honest advice and fair pricing. Rob and his crew of experienced mechanics diagnosed my car problems and performed the work while I waited. Definitely worth the drive and I'll be back next time I need service.

I was looking for a new place to go to and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and quality of service I received from Adam. I also liked the cleanliness of the office and friendly atmosphere. I believe I found my new car shop for myself and family. It's refreshing to see this kind of shop still exists.

I came here today for an oil change and vehicle inspection for a squealing noise. I was even advised on getting my brakes maintained. Overall, the service was amazing and the store manager was even willing to work with me on financing. I definitely recommend this place and will be back for future visits if needed.

Brought in my daughter s car thinking I had to replace the cover for the under carriage. The tech checked the vehicle out and verified that the original one was still in good condition. Great experience working with Adam, great place to go to when your not sure what s going on with your vehicle

I feel whenever I come here the service is always top quality. The workmanship is a top priority for the customers. The team here always back it up with a 100%. I like that I can come to a place where you feel like you can really trust the work. Just want to say thank you, Alex, the Stone manager and. Had a great experience. Went eary in the morning no appointment for oil change. Got in rt away. Had to have some extra work done, my tires were 10yrs . Adam Kavouras was very knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who worked on my car was quick about getting the extra work completed. Thank you very much guys appreciate your kindness!

Adam Kavouras has saved us with exceptional service on several occasions but when we brought our car in during polar vortex and needed immediate service an hour before closing he and the mechanic (I m sorry I didn t get his name) stayed an hour late to get us back on the road. I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team.

Needed some work on the brakes of a 2013 Honda Civic. Adam at the front desk was extremely hospitable and efficient - got us in and out in about 3 hours. Very satisfied with the experience. He gave us some discounts when applicable without asking and we left feeling comfortable the price we paid for the work that was done. I have a small local shop and don't have an alignment system so we outsource the alignment. I called and talked to Adam who very efficiently offered his shop services so I went there for the first time. The service was fast and good, so this was my "go to" place for alignment from that point on. Now when I'm writing this, I've had more than 10 and plan on bringing more... Way to go, Adam & George too

"Initially, I was pleased with the service, finding it great and quick. However, my satisfaction was marred when I received a call to return to the shop. It turned out that the servicer had mistakenly installed a wrong oil filter, intended for a BMW, on my 2016 Sorento. I appreciate the customer service representative's diligence in informing me of the error. Nevertheless, this oversight could have led to severe consequences, potentially causing engine damage due to the original oil filter's essential O-ring for proper sealing, which the incorrect one lacked."

This place is AWESOME. Always tell me exactly what needs to get done and at a good price. Adam has always been super helpful and let's me know when things can wait, when they can't and why. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
