Took my car here after someone side swiped my front bumper. They did a great job. The did the work fast to. The car looks brand new. Highly recommend you take your car here if you need work done.

I have never been more impressed with an Auto Body shop than with Metro Collision Experts on Columbus. The owner, Andrew Smolenski, exhibits professionalism to his staff and customers alike. This results in genuine interest in providing top-notch service, high quality work and great value for us customers.

My experience with them was wonderful. My car suddenly broke down and I called them. They were very quick to pick up my car. They were quick to figure out the problem and fix what needed to be fixed. I was able to get my car back within a week. Every one that works there was very nice and very helpful. I was very thankful for their excellent service. I highly recommend.

From initial consult, to drop off to pick up, the service was excellent! They worked with my insurance to ensure I would get my car within a week so there weren't any delays. AND returned it to perfection - just like it was driven off the showroom floor. I couldn't be happier!!!

Scams , they work closely with a insurance, and they trying to squeeze extra cash for original parts while they trick you to sign a paperwork with coded parts list , AVOID !!!!Dude you sand half of my car in order to change a bumper and yes u never fixed my car because I called police to get my keys from you, because you lied me how you need one day to do it , then 2 days, then 4 while im payfor a rental car, your business is bad and it should be closed for good!!!

Andrew and his team at Metro Collision are top notch. They always take great care me. They get my cars done quickly. Price is always reasonable and fair. I have a fleet of cars and he always comes through with great customer service, price and cars done to my satisfaction. Thanks Andrew for job well done. I will continue get my cars fixed here and refer all of my family and friends to you.

They did an excellent job on repairing my car. There's a weird film on the windshield of my driver's side that's not coming off... but I'm sure there a logical explanation for that and they're going to fix it.... just waiting to hear back from them about that.

Best service hands down. Brought my car that had been hit on the passenger door and fender. They fixed it so fast. Looks brand new again. Great work, great customer service. They worked with my insurance, when I had trouble getting my estimate. Everyone was really nice and professional here. My entire experience from the first contact to picking up my car was wonderful. I had used them with an insurance claim and I am so thankful I did because they were able to help me navigate the muddy insurance claim waters. They got my car in quickly and got it out in LESS time than they told me. That has never happened in all my car owning experience. The work was perfect quality and when I got in my car to pick it up, it was just as clean as I left it. I will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome service. I was rear ended on the highway and was so upset. Kurt and his crew were so professional, they walked me through the whole process. My car was done in a week. They used all original manufacturer parts and I highly recommend them. They explained everything to me and the work was done perfectly. Thanks guys hopefully I won t need any future body work but if i do you ll be my first snd only stop. .

My '21 Elantra was stolen about a month ago. My insurance company took 10 days to look at the car and proceeded to tell me it would probably take 3 to 4 weeks for it to be fixed due to parts being back ordered and the amount of cars being stolen. Metro Collision was able to get the car repaired in about 2 weeks, saving me from having to pay for a rental. I got my car back running great and looking like new. The staff members and mechanics are friendly and professional and great to work with!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

AVOID! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I came here to get my car fixed and they decided to put a completely different sized hood on my car and try to hide it by adding an elastic band where the gap is showing. After a MONTH of taking my car here my cars transmission completely failed. I NEVER had these issues before taking my car here, it s a 2016. The dealership I took my car to was in awe at how terrible this work was. This place should be shut down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You ll end up with no car.UPDATE: after this company responded and tried to be slick saying they don t have record of my car, I contacted them and they were quickly able to locate my car that THEY worked on and ruined. They said they would call me back with more information but never called. Like i said, a SCAM.

I've used them 2 times now and each time they exceed my expectations! The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Each time my vehicle was finished before the estimate and looked better then I could have imagined. They had no problems working with my insurance company. I will only use these guys for any car repair. They've earned my complete trust. Keep up the good work!

Dave took care of my car and it looks brand new! They really put their time and efforts into their work to make everything perfect! I am very happy with their work, especially because my car is very valuable to me! Thanks for everything and they will leave your car looking better than brand new! They did very good work on my car and got the job done quickly. I could tell time and effort were placed into making everything perfect. I appreciate them keeping me in the loop on the process. They worked with my insurance company and handled everything for me. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Had my first car accident and the love I have for my truck is greater than the one I have for my wife. So I did my research and I always start with the smaller local businesses because I m a firm believer of supporting our local small businesses, so I came across Metro Collision Experts and after a few questions I decided to take my chances and boy am I glad I did. The customer services was very helpful, honest and professional and they did an amazing job. I definitely recommend to give them the opportunity to serve you as they did an amazing job for me.

In this time with everything going on I was worried about taking my car in to be repaired."How long will it take I thought."Well all my worries were laid to rest as soon as I walked into Metro Collision.I was greeted with a smile and assured that it would be repaired quickly within the week.Imagine my surprise when they called me and advised my vehicle had been repaired in a day and half and looks and drives great!I will recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat!Thank you to all the guys at Metro Collision for your friendly professionalism!!!!Carla

This auto shop is the best choice to go to for repairing cars. You will not regret it. I have taken my car twice and leave they leave it like brand new. My father is very picky and was very amazed and love their work. Not only is their service great, but they give you assurance and let us know they are taking care good care of your vehicle. Definitely referring friends and family =))))

I cannot recommend Metro strongly enough. We needed help after my daughter's auto accident and Andrew, Kurt, and the team were terrific. Needless to say, it was a stressful time - made worse by the insurance company - but Metro was there helping us every step of the way.

I was in a very bad accident and was told my car could be considered totaled. Metro took my car into there hands and fixed it up in a very short period. The owner was a great guy and made me felt very comfortable knowing his crew was fixing my car(: One of the workers that preps the cars also was an outstanding worker and brought joy to the shop. Amazing place man

These guys are amazing. Their prices are very reasonable. I have referred clients, family and friends to this shop. They aim to impress. I have not received any complaints. In fact, many of the referrals have gone out of their way to compliment the work and professionalism of this shop and their staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Metro Collisions. I brought my car here to get my bumper fixed due to a car accident. They fixed the bumper but the paint job was horrible. The bumper was not the same color as my car. They placed a regular white bumper on my vehicle although my car is not just a regular white, it is Platinum White Pearl. My bumper was white and there were no mica flakes on my bumper as it is on the rest of my vehicle. When I explained my concerns I was told that it was because the paint on my bumper was new and the paint on my car was old which sounds very weird because I just bought this car and only had it for 6 months. I was then asked to come back on a sunny day so we could look at my car again (In the month of December) then who I believe the son is, Andrew said if I was not satisfied with the car I should just call my insurance company, which was very rude because I spent my money there and they should have fixed my car properly. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience. Now I have to find a shop to correctly paint my vehicle. I wish I could post the video that shows the complete color change from the rest of my vehicle and my bumper.
