Mavis took care of me...new tires and will alignment....let's go...good $$$ spent..Kumho Mountaineer 275/70/18,,took a while but good things come to those who are patient...

Recently went up here to get my TPMS sensor cleared/ fixed, they did just the job! Real professional and it was my first time coming. They hooked me up and hopefully i won t have the problem anymore. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who haven t been here. They will hook you up as well!

My sensor light turned on, I called the dealer where I purchased the vehicle, it was 4:15 pm and I told them I was on my way and needed assistance with my tire, they told me that the technicians left at 4 so they couldn t help me same day (then say you close at 4, not 5). I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes and they were able to assist me on the spot, they kept me informed about the issue, they got me in and out. I was so relieved and happy they were able to help. Prices were also very competitive. Highly recommended!!!

This is a great place and I always love to come here for tires because they do really good job at best price available in the town. Staff is really helpful and they will guide you through the process.I recommend this place.

My car needed MAJOR work. Axel rods, brakes, mounts, brackets, etc. They made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was kept in the loop! I needed an experienced mechanic too because of the year make and model of the vehicle. This location made the time and people available to solve this for me. Everyone at this location are super friendly and easy to work with. They will keep you updated about their progress. They will show you what is going on with your car. The manager, Paul is clearly passionate about what he does. When he speaks about cars you can tell he cares about the quality of work and your satisfaction. The wait is worth it! Definitely better to have the work done right the 1st time. It saves time and headaches. They are currently understaffed so make sure you ve got the time to wait. I was patient and Paul and his team have earned a customer for life!

Wonderful service every time! Mavis has been my go to place for my car care. The team they got there is absolutely windy and beyond helpful! 100% recommend getting work done there . They really take care of you and answer all questions and concerns.

I was terrified when the brake light on my car suddenly turned on without prior warning. I was so thankful Google told me I was 0.5 miles away from a brake shop!!! Leo made me feel really safe and welcome. He assured my car will be properly taken care of. He explained everything, and answered each question I had with ease & clarity! 10/10 recommend working with Leo at Mavis!

I came here because I had a flat tire and needed a new one. When I went they were able to take my tire, fix it and put it on my car for me and they even filled up my spare for me because it was low. Assistant manager Jordan and the entire staff were super welcoming and helpful and he even went the extra mile for me when I was having some troubles. They have great service here and I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else in the future!

When I need car Maintenance, MAVIS is my go to! I was greeted at the front desk by Nate. He had a great personality, answered all my questions and got my car serviced quickly. Prices are affordable- can t beat it!

I just took my tacoma yesterday to get my tire fixed, was so impressed on how fast they got me out of there. Leo has great customer service. Overall those are a great set of guys. I recommend them 100%!!!!!

Amazing Work and Team! Spoke with Nate, Jordan and his boss, Rick. Got my tires replaced and a new battery- my car feels 100% better, like new again. They both are confident in their work-all around great personalities! Definitely coming back if I need more work done. I Highly Recommend to get your work done with them!

Had a pleasant first time service at this place. They replaced all tires, battery, and wipers for my car at half of what the dealership quoted me. Rick in particular was stellar and went above and beyond to educate me + provide recommendations. I ll also give a shout out to Leo for his customer service. Would come back to this place for future car maintenance work!

I had A great Experience At This LocationJordan & The Mechanic Hector Talked & Show me What Was going on with my truck & what they recommended for me to do . Hector also replace my temporary oil plug with the proper oil plug. Hector also plug my tire as well. Overall Jordan & Hector was very pleasant I recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service & great car see service as well.

Yet another front desk commission base worker trying to sell me extra stuff I don't need..I just needed two wheels, alignment, and an oil change. They told me it should be ready within one hour, I waited two hours before I called and was informed that they didn't service my car!They told me that I needed a new suspension for $400(wish I recently changed) in order to proceed. Right after I left, I inspected my car at an official Honda dealer and they told me that my suspensions are totally fine!Please do something about the commission-based tricks folks, it's a shame that you steal from hard-working people!

Don't buy tires here they have very poor quality and horrible customer service it's a scam save your money and go anywhere else... after buying 4 tires with them and having to deal with their new manager I will not be spending my money here any longer nor will I ever recommend.

I had just gotten off working a 9pm to 7am shift was tired and was in need of replacement of my front brakes and brake rotors. As soon as they opened at 8 am I came in asking if they were available to do my brakes. The manager there said that he could be able to have someone come in at 09:30 am and have the parts delivered to do them. I was kind of iffy since it was an hour and a half that I had to wait. Take in consideration I live about 16 miles away and drive there right after work since my brake pads and rotors were making a scraping sound. After I agreed he inspectioned the car and told me I needed the pads and rotors replaced. So I waited patiently only for almost 10 am to go by and they ended up telling me that the guy who they said would do my brakes wasn t answering and pretty much they couldn t do it. And that a guy could do it but at noon. Not only did they waste my time but now I had to drive off the same way I brought my car. I m never coming back to this place. Very unprofessional. Felt like they could care less about people s time and worry more on selling things without having punctual workers.

I went to fill up my tire with the free air because I had a nail in it. I had been going everyday since the PSI kept dropping until I could get it fixed. As I was pumping the tire with air, a team member came to my car and asked if I needed help. I told him I d been doing this everyday because I have a flat. He Told me I ll take care of it right away for you. If you have 20 minutes I ll fix it right now and they were only 30 minutes from closing for the night. They took me right away and took something off of my plate with really great customer service! I will definitely be returning for other needs, and I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

This was the best experience at a car shop on a Sunday that I've ever had. Jordan was so nice and helpful. They helped where they could and told me the truth when they could not. Plus, they take appointments! They also gave me recommendations. I will go back when I need something.

The people at this place make me want to do better at my job, work hard, get that promotion, eventually start talking about a junior management position, work my way through night school while climbing the professional ladder and making lifelong connections like LinkedIn could never imagine. Then, I want to compete for the Johnson account to prove I have what it takes to become a full partner at my company. That way, I could make enough money to buy any and everything these folks offer. That's how dope this place is.Couldn't be nicer folks. Even when they weren't able to help me in the past, They still went out of their way to try. This time, they were able to patch my tire and had me back on the road in no time.Nothing is more commendable than watching someone be honest, even when it was going to make them less money. Watched it happen while I was waiting. It completely catches you off guard after seeing so many examples of the exact opposite at other places.Seriously, I hope you guys at Mavis read these. I'm sorry that it's so long. But, there's just too many great things that need to be said about you. Thank you so very much!

Did a appointment online for 9am when I got there there was a line of customers outside but when we got inside the worker said who ever had an appointment to the front of the line and attended me real quick. The prices where cheaper than alot of the places I got 4 tires and they took about an hour to install them and check for any issues on my car. I really recommend this place it is very professional.
