I had an emergency and this family (that how they made me feel) came through.I was at my wits end with repair from out of town and needed to be on the road. The young lady answered and told me the price and the time I needed to bring my car to the shop, 10 minutes early and I was on my 40 minutes walk back to the hotel. By 6 that day she called and waited for me to pick up the car. The family had fixed and corrected the issue with my Lincoln and gave me a fighting chance to get back to Cleveland Ohio before the snow storm.Your business will always be on my Christmas list. My mailing and preferred mechanic list. Thank you and thank y all for helping an out of towner

Stay away I spent almost $1,000 to get some electrical and cooling fans did and car still having the same problem they telling me something different every time I go there and stuff supposed to be warranty there is a scam do not frequent with themService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They overfilled my oil which caused my car to smoke, luckily enough the oil didn't leak and damage other parts of the car.Guys don't come here! When I went back to the office the receptionist hid after she noticed the smoke coming from my car. I had to go find the mechanics myself because no one was there to help. The mechanics told me not to get mad and only looked at each other. They confessed that they broke the oil stick and overfilled it. DON'T trust this place! They didn't offer me any solutions or a refund.This business only cares about taking your money and could careless about the customers or offering competent service. This is the last time I come here.Service: Oil change

I was at this shop for 5min before I noticed Bed Bugs crawling all over me! And that's after being told that the 3hour job was now going to take 6hours to complete. Their reason for the increase in hours was that they needed to put my truck onto a "special" lift. Weird, I didn't realize it takes 3 hours just to put a truck onto a "special" lift! The staff is also extremely rude, I would give 0 stars if I could!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Martinez auto repair was definitely patient, helpful, great customer service. Had my husband car as good as new with a new paint job and look better than ever wouldn t know it was ever a hit and run on the car. This place is a scam!! They will make your car worse! My mom just went to go get her car fixed and they only made it worse. Funny how she went back and the receptionist hid. Do not trust this place. They only want your money.

I asked them to change my break peds or brake pads, they called me and told me that my rotors were badly scratched, look at the photos, they are rats.Les ped� que me cambiaran los break peds o balatas me llamo y me dijo que mis rotores estaban bien rallados miren las fotos son unas ratas

The ladies there are very bad because when I went on 6-6-20 the year of the car you don't know and if there is another car they will charge you for the other one, not the one you are paying for but I no longer fly to come here. They are very bad for the other one, I'm going to complain to the supervisor there.Las se�oras de ahi son muy malas porque cuando fu� el 6-6-20 el a�o del carro no me lo sabes y si hay otro carro equal te cobran por el otro no el que estas pagando pero yo ya no vuelo a venir aqu�. Son muy malas para la otra las voy a reclamar con el supervisor de ah�.
